Background

The single-port laparoscopic transumbilical surgery is the leading international minimally invasive technique, and during the surgery, surgical instruments and equipment enter the abdominal cavity through the umbilical orifice and cover a surgical incision by using the wrinkled wall of the umbilical region. Compared with the traditional laparoscopic abdominal minimally invasive surgery, the transumbilical single-port laparoscopic minimally invasive technique has the unique advantages that: the wound is further reduced, no scar is left after operation, the patient recovers quickly and the infection rate is low. Because the surgical instruments to be placed into the abdominal cavity are all centralized in a single hole to enter, the instruments can be intertwined, interfered and obstructed, the image passing-out picture stability is influenced, and the flexibility of operations such as surgical dissection, separation and the like is influenced. Meanwhile, in single-port laparoscopic surgery, the entry position of a surgical instrument is fixed to a transumbilical single-port position, and when the surgery is performed on the focus at different positions in the patient, some traction actions need to be performed on internal organs of the patient. Therefore, the traction device for assisting the single-port laparoscope is provided, so that the operation can be conveniently carried out. It is envisioned that this technique has some desired effect in current single port laparoscopic techniques for increasing the success of the procedure. However, the inventor finds that there are still many problems in the practical implementation of this technology, for example, a patent document with the application number of CN201110090121.6 in our country discloses a magnetic auxiliary traction device for a single-port laparoscope, which realizes the function of auxiliary traction, but it realizes the clamping effect of forceps head to the internal organs through a surgical instrument, and the complexity of the practical operation is high, and at the same time, the operation realizes the positioning effect through a magnet and an electromagnet, which is inconvenient to be introduced into the abdominal cavity of a patient and is easy to damage the abdominal cavity of the patient.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a traction device for assisting a single-port laparoscope, which can change the open and close states of the forceps heads for clamping and traction, and which is easy to enter and introduce into the abdominal cavity of a patient and has a better traction effect.

Compared with the existing auxiliary traction apparatus, the abdominal cavity traction apparatus has the characteristics of convenience in operation, high safety and reasonable structure, meanwhile, the operation of a user is more convenient, the complex clamping effect of the forceps head is not required to be controlled through a laparoscope and an abdominal cavity surgical apparatus, the introduction and the removal of the abdominal cavity of a patient are facilitated, the stability of the whole apparatus is high when the apparatus is used, and the apparatus is more conveniently arranged in the abdominal cavity and outside the abdominal cavity of the patient through a magnetic positioning structure and is convenient to adjust according to the situation.

As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, in some embodiments, different from a general electromagnet structure, in order to adapt to attraction of the magnetic device 21 while ensuring comfort of a patient and reducing influence on the patient, the attraction device 22 includes a medical silica gel suction cup 221, a rectangular groove is provided on the medical silica gel suction cup 221, an electromagnet 222 is fixedly embedded in the rectangular groove, a protective housing is provided outside the electromagnet 222, the protective housing is also made of a medical silica gel material and protects the electromagnet 222, the attraction device 22 further includes a storage battery device 223, the storage battery device 223 is fixedly and electrically connected with the electromagnet 222 through a conductive wire 224, the storage battery device 223 forms a series connection with the electromagnet 222 through a conductive wire 224, a rheostat 225 is further fixedly provided on the storage battery device 223, the rheostat 225 is connected in series between the storage battery device 223 and the electromagnet 222, the rheostat 225 can control and adjust the resistance through controlling the shift lever, so as to adjust the attraction force of the electromagnet 222, the storage battery device 223 is also provided with only a charging port, and the storage battery device 223 adopts a rechargeable battery, so that the device can be recycled.

In addition, in fig. 5, another modified scheme of the present invention is also shown, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, in this embodiment, the magnetic member 215 includes an annular air bag 2151 fixedly sleeved outside the annular member 211, the annular air bag 2151 is fixedly sleeved on the annular member 211 through a plurality of connecting posts 216, wherein an opening position corresponds to between two of the connecting posts 216, the annular air bag 2151 is corrugated when not inflated, has high elasticity and can be contracted, the corrugated folds are arc-shaped, so that the surface does not have a sharp shape, the annular air bag 2151 is made of medical silica gel, has soft property, avoids harm when contacting with the inner wall of the abdominal cavity, and ensures protection for the patient; the annular air bag 2151 is filled with a certain amount of magnet beads, the magnet beads can be fully filled when the annular air bag 2151 is in a flat shape, the flat shape of the annular air bag 2151 can be attached to the annular piece 211 to form a cylinder shape, so that the diameter is reduced, the minimum diameter can be less than 5.5mm, the puncture outfit is suitable for the inner diameter of the existing puncture outfit for laparoscopic surgery, the puncture outfit is convenient to introduce into the abdominal cavity of a human body, the magnet beads can flow in the annular air bag 2151 after the annular air bag 2151 is inflated and expanded, and can be attracted to one position after being attracted by magnetic force to play the role of attracted magnets, the attracted state is ensured, and the annular air bag 2151 can be attracted and limited by the magnetic force; the annular bladder 2151 therefore needs to be inflated after the magnetic member 215 has been placed inside the abdominal cavity, for which case a specific implementation is also given in the present invention. For example, the magnetic member 215 further includes a small inflator 2152, the inflating end of the small inflator 2152 is fixedly connected and communicated with the annular air bag 2151 through a thin air pipe 2153, the small inflator 2152 inflates to inflate the annular air bag 2151, so that the annular air bag 2151 can be positioned inside the abdominal cavity to limit the thin air pipe 11, a filter pipe 2154 is disposed at the position where the thin air pipe 2153 is fixedly connected with the annular air bag 2151, openings at two ends of the filter pipe 2154 are fixedly connected with metal filter screens, and therefore magnet beads are prevented from leaking out in the deflating and inflating processes, and a deflation valve is further disposed on the small inflator 2152 and used for deflating.
