Background

In the cotton spinning production process, the carding machine is used for opening, uniformly mixing, carding and removing impurities from the raw materials of the cotton rolls or the oil cotton layers conveyed in the previous process, and finally bundling the raw materials into cotton slivers which are regularly stored in a sliver can for the subsequent process.

The aluminum alloy movable cover plate is a key part for realizing carding and impurity removal of the carding machine. However, in the working process of the movable cover plate, the temperature of the movable cover plate is continuously raised due to the influence of various factors such as continuous friction force and the like, the existing aluminum alloy movable cover plate is as shown in figure 1 and comprises an aluminum alloy cover plate framework 1, a steel card clothing edge clamp 2 and a steel card clothing 3, the steel card clothing 3 is fixed on the lower end face of the aluminum alloy cover plate framework 1 through the steel card clothing edge clamp 2, the existing carding machine generally has the condition of unstable carding quality, the technical requirements for use under the constant temperature condition are generally adopted, even if the technical requirements are adopted, the stability is improved, the fundamental treatment still cannot be achieved, and the carding quality still fluctuates under the continuous working state. Intensive studies have been made by the applicant.

In order to improve the carding quality of the carding machine, the influence of the thermal deformation on the steel card clothing must be completely eliminated.
