In the ozone sterilization of the embodiment, ozone gas comes from the ozone generator 236 and is pumped by the dustproof and explosion-proof induced draft fan 238 positioned in the air outlet cavity 233 to enter the sterilization tank body 1; the gas source of the ozone gas is purified air which is primarily filtered and secondarily filtered.

The embodiment also discloses a sterilization method based on the horizontal sterilization tank for the plant beverage aluminum foil bags, which comprises the following steps:

step one, pushing a goods shelf vehicle into a sterilization tank body 1 according to regulations, then closing a tank door 3 of the sterilization tank body 1, wherein 8 frames/groups multiplied by 3 groups are arranged on the goods shelf vehicle, and 24 frames/frames are provided in total;

step two, vacuumizing the sterilization tank body 1, and stopping vacuumizing when the vacuum degree in the sterilization tank body 1 reaches a specified value (-0.09 mpa);

step three, introducing steam into a sterilization tank jacket through a steam inlet pipe 7, heating the sterilization tank body 1 to 60-65 ℃; steam is introduced into a bottom pipe 12 in the sterilization tank body 1 through a steam inlet pipe 7 and is used for heating and preserving the temperature of the whole sterilization tank body 1 from bottom to top from the bottom of the tank room during food sterilization;

step four, introducing saturated steam into the spray pipe, spraying the saturated steam into the sterilization tank body 1 through a nozzle 21 on the spray pipe, and starting sterilization;

opening a valve on the steam outlet pipe 13 to circulate steam while sterilizing, and opening a steam trap 15 to discharge steam condensate;

fifthly, sterilizing at 121 ℃ under the steam pressure of 0.1mpa to ensure that saturated steam in the sterilization tank body 1 has penetrating power to kill microorganisms inside and outside the bag, and sterilizing for 10-15 minutes;

step six, repeating the step two to the step five, and performing circulation for three times;

step seven, closing the steam of the nozzle 21 and the steam of the bottom pipe 12 after the sterilization is finished, stopping supplying the steam into the sterilization tank body 1 and keeping the steam of the jacket of the sterilization tank; opening an induced air inlet pipe 22 and an induced air outlet pipe 18, introducing low-humidity fresh air into the sterilization tank body 1, and carrying out induced air drying;

step eight, when the humidity in the sterilization tank body 1 is less than 25% and the temperature is less than 40 ℃, closing steam in a jacket of the sterilization tank; when the temperature of the tray is lower than 30 ℃, closing the induced draft fan, stopping induced draft dehumidification operation, and ending the sterilization program;

and step nine, opening the tank door 3 and pushing out the goods shelf vehicle.

The horizontal sterilizing tank can also sterilize the contents of solid materials such as particles, powder and the like and packaging bags thereof.
