Technical Field

Background

Organic waste gases are a common name for VOCs, which are acronyms for volatile organic compounds (VOLATILE organic Compounds). There are many definitions, such as the relatively influential ASTM D3960-98 standard in the united states and the definition of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) by the world health organization (WHO,1989) are also different. The definition of VOCs volatile organic compounds in China refers to organic compounds with saturated vapor pressure of more than 70Pa at normal temperature and boiling point of 260 ℃ below under normal pressure, or all organic compounds with corresponding volatility and vapor pressure of more than or equal to 10Pa at 20 ℃.

The current common VOCs waste gas treatment technology is divided into a recovery technology and a destruction technology. Wherein, the recovery technology aims at high concentration, particularly more than 5000mg/m or more expensive VOCs, and the commonly used recovery technology mainly comprises adsorption, absorption, condensation, membrane technology and the like; aiming at the standard emission of waste gas of most enterprises, most of the waste gas is destroyed by adopting the technologies, which mainly comprise combustion, photocatalysis, biodegradation, plasma technologies and the like.

In the related art, when the treatment is performed by photocatalysis, the VOCs waste gas is decomposed by the photolysis lamp bank and the catalyst plate bank, but when the decomposition is performed, the decomposition of the VOCs waste gas may not be thorough due to uncertain factors such as gaps between the photolysis lamp banks and waste gas flowing.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device and a process for treating organic waste gases VOCs to solve the above problems.
