Background

Nitrogen, which is a chemically inert gas that is difficult to react with other substances at room temperature, is used as a protective gas for cooling and as a preservative, and therefore is in great demand in the market.

The air filter in the existing nitrogen production equipment has poor filtering effect; the whole nitrogen production equipment is easy to cause the vibration of the whole production line due to the structural characteristics, so that the service life of the whole equipment is influenced, and most of the vibration causes the vibration due to the fluctuation of the internal air pressure; therefore, the significance of improving the filtering effect and reducing the vibration is great.
