1. A laundry treating machine (1) comprising:

-a housing (2),

-a drum (4) mounted within said casing (2) and designed to receive laundry,

-a porthole door (5) providing access to the drum (4),

a main power line (10) designed to have a main predetermined supply voltage (V1),

-a door power line (11),

-a door lock switch device (12) configured to switch back and forth between a closed state and an open state to connect and disconnect, respectively, the door power line (11) to and from the main power line (10),

-one or more first electric/electronic loads (14, 15) connected to said main power line (11) upstream of said door lock switching device (12),

-one or more second electronic/electric loads (20, 23) connected to the door power line (11) downstream of the door lock switching device (12),

-one or more electronic sensing circuits (14b, 15b, 27, 32) connected to the main power line (10) upstream of the door lock switching device (12) and configured to detect one or more parameters indicative of the operation of the first and/or second electronic/electric loads (14, 15, 20, 23),

the laundry treating machine is designed to switch from an active state associated with an active energy consumption to a standby state associated with a minimum energy consumption lower than said active energy consumption, in which standby state the door lock switch device (12) is in the open state,

the laundry treating machine is characterized by comprising:

-a first switch (16) connecting the first electronic/electric load (14, 15) and the sensing circuit (14b, 15b, 27, 32) to the main power line (11) upstream of the door lock switching device (12), and

-an electronic control device (13) configured to switch said first switch (16) from an off state to the on state to electrically disconnect said first electronic/electric load (14, 15) and said sensing circuit (14b, 15b, 27, 32) from said main power line (11) when said laundry treating machine is in said standby state.

2. The laundry treating machine according to claim 1, comprising:

-an electric motor (6) designed to rotate said drum (4),

-said second electric/electronic load (20, 23) comprising a motor control device (23) configured to control said electric motor (6),

-a current line (28) electrically connecting the motor control device (23) to the main power line (10) through the first switch (16),

-said electronic control means (13) are further configured to switch said first switch (16) from the open state to the closed state, when said laundry treatment machine goes from the switch-off state to the switch-on state, before the door-lock switching device (12) is switched from the open state to the closed state, so as to supply current to said motor control device (23) via said current line (28).

3. The laundry treating machine according to claim 2, comprising: a current limiter circuit (29) connected to the current line (28) and designed to limit the current supplied to the motor control device (23) to a value below a predetermined current threshold.

4. A laundry treating machine according to claim 3, wherein said motor control device (23) comprises a capacitor (23 a); the current limiter circuit (29) is designed to limit the current for charging the capacitor (23 a).

5. The laundry treating machine according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein:

-the first electronic load (14, 15) comprises one or more electric motor pumps;

-opening of said first switch (16) disconnects the electronic sensing circuits (14b, 15b) associated with said electric motor pump from said main power line (10).

6. The laundry treating machine according to claim 5, wherein:

-the electric motor pumps are controlled by respective switching devices (14a, 15 a);

-said electronic sensing circuit (14b, 15b) is designed to detect a malfunction of said switching device (14a, 15 a).

7. The laundry treating machine according to any one of the preceding claims,

-said second electronic/electric load (20, 23) comprises a heating device connected between said door power line (11) and a reference line (3) having a predetermined voltage,

-the electronic sensing circuit comprises a heating device sensing circuit (26) electrically connected between the heating device and the main power line (10) through the first switch (16),

-opening of the first switch (16) disconnects the heating device sensing circuit (26) from the main power line (10).

A laundry treating machine according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said electronic control device (13) is further configured to switch said first switch (16) from said closed state to said open state when said laundry treating machine goes from an on state to an off state after the door lock switching device (12) is switched from the off state to the off state.

Laundry treating machine according to any of the preceding claims, designed to switch back and forth between an operating state associated with a high energy consumption and a waiting state associated with a medium energy consumption lower than said high energy consumption; the active state corresponds to the wait state; the active energy expenditure corresponds to the intermediate energy expenditure.

10. Laundry treatment machine according to claim 9, wherein said electronic control means (13) are configured to switch said door lock switch device (12) from the closed state to the open state when said laundry treatment machine switches from the operating state to said waiting state.

11. Laundry treatment machine according to claim 10, wherein said electronic control means (13) are configured to check one or more control parameters of said laundry treatment machine in said waiting state and to switch said door lock switch device (12) from the closed state to the open state based on the result of said check.

12. A method for controlling a laundry treatment machine (1) comprising:

-a housing (2),

-a drum (4) mounted within said casing (2) and designed to receive laundry,

-a porthole door (5) providing access to the drum (4),

a main power line (10) designed to have a main predetermined supply voltage (V1),

-a door power line (11),

-a door lock switch device (12) configured to switch back and forth between a closed state and an open state to connect and disconnect, respectively, the door power line (11) to and from the main power line (10),

-one or more first electric/electronic loads (14, 15) connected to said main power line (11) upstream of said door lock switching device (12),

-one or more second electronic/electric loads (20, 23) connected to the door power line (11) downstream of the door lock switching device (12),

-one or more electronic sensing circuits (14b, 15b, 27, 32) connected to the main power line (10) upstream of the door lock switching device (12) and configured to detect one or more parameters indicative of the operation of the first and/or second electronic/electric loads (14, 15, 20, 23),

-a first switch (16) connecting the first electronic/electric load (14, 15) and the sensing circuit (14b, 15b, 27, 32) to the main power line (11) upstream of the door lock switch device (12),

the laundry treating machine is designed to switch from an active state associated with an active energy consumption to a standby state associated with a minimum energy consumption lower than said active energy consumption, in which standby state the door lock switching device (12) is in the open state,

the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: -switching said first switch (16) from an off-state to the on-state when said laundry treating machine is in said standby state, to electrically disconnect said first electronic/electric load (14, 15) and said sensing circuit (14b, 15b, 27, 32) from said main power line (11).

13. Method according to claim 12, wherein the laundry treatment machine (1) comprises an electric motor (6) designed to rotate the drum (4),

-said second electric/electronic load (20, 23) comprising a motor control device (23) configured to control said electric motor (6),

-a current line (28) electrically connecting the motor control device (23) to the main power line (10) through the first switch (16),

the method comprises the following steps: -switching said first switch (16) from the open state to the closed state when said laundry treatment machine goes from the switch-off state to the switch-on state before the door lock switch device (12) is switched from the open state to the closed state, so as to supply current to said motor control device (23) via said current line (28).

14. The method according to any of the preceding claims 12 or 13, comprising the steps of: switching said first switch (16) from said closed state to said open state when said laundry treating machine turns from an on state to an off state after the door lock switching device (12) is switched from the closed state to the open state.

15. The method according to any of the preceding claims 12 to 14, comprising the steps of: switching the laundry treating machine 1 back and forth between an operating state associated with a high energy consumption and a waiting state associated with a medium energy consumption lower than said high energy consumption; the active state corresponds to the wait state and the active energy consumption corresponds to the intermediate energy consumption.
