A method for repairing a step shaft forging by using a hydraulic machine is used for repairing the diameter size of a large-diameter shaft body of a forging to the required diameter size under the condition that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging is smaller than the required diameter, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

heating the step shaft forging to the initial forging temperature and discharging the step shaft forging from the furnace;

sleeving the circular ring tool on a step of a large-diameter shaft body to be repaired of the step shaft forging;

erecting the step shaft forging on a hydraulic press moving platform by using a vertical material tool;

the step shaft forging is moved to the position below the hydraulic press pressure pressing device by the hydraulic press moving platform;

the hydraulic press screwdown gear applies screwdown force to the circular ring tool, the screwdown force is transmitted to the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired through the circular ring tool, and the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired is upset, so that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging is repaired to the required diameter.

The method for repairing a stepped shaft forging using a hydraulic machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of fitting the ring tooling on the step of the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired of the stepped shaft forging, the ring tooling is fitted from the small-diameter shaft body of the stepped shaft forging and placed on the step between the small-diameter shaft body and the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired.

The method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner diameter of the ring tool is greater than or equal to the diameter of the small-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging, and the outer diameter of the ring tool is greater than or equal to the required diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging.

The method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of erecting the step shaft forging on the moving platform of the hydraulic machine by using the material erecting tool, the axis center line of the step shaft forging is parallel to the working direction of the pressing device of the hydraulic machine.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of step shaft machining, and particularly relates to a method for repairing a step shaft forging by using a hydraulic machine.

Background

Step axle forging is the high frequency product in the forging production, and in the forging process, misoperation can take place occasionally to lead to step axle forging major diameter axle body diameter size to be less than the required size, can lead to the forging to scrap and handle. In the prior art, no effective repair measure exists, so that the production cost of the step shaft forging is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve part or all technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method for repairing a step shaft forging by using a hydraulic machine, which is used for repairing the diameter size of a large-diameter shaft body of the forging to the required diameter size under the condition that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging is smaller than the required diameter, and the method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine comprises the following steps:

heating the step shaft forging to the initial forging temperature and discharging the step shaft forging from the furnace;

sleeving the circular ring tool on a step of a large-diameter shaft body to be repaired of the step shaft forging;

erecting the step shaft forging on a hydraulic press moving platform by using a vertical material tool;

the step shaft forging is moved to the position below the hydraulic press pressure pressing device by the hydraulic press moving platform;

the hydraulic press screwdown gear applies screwdown force to the circular ring tool, the screwdown force is transmitted to the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired through the circular ring tool, and the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired is upset, so that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging is repaired to the required diameter.

Preferably, in the method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine, in the step of sleeving the ring tool on the step of the to-be-repaired large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging, the ring tool is sleeved from the small-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging and is placed on the step between the small-diameter shaft body and the to-be-repaired large-diameter shaft body.

Preferably, in the method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine, the inner diameter of the ring tool is greater than or equal to the diameter of the small-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging, and the outer diameter of the ring tool is greater than or equal to the required diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging.

Preferably, in the method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine, in the step of erecting the step shaft forging on the moving platform of the hydraulic machine by using the vertical tooling, the axis center line of the step shaft forging is parallel to the working direction of the pressing device of the hydraulic machine.

The method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine has the advantages of high repair rate of the step shaft forging, safety, reliability and simple operation, and can effectively repair the step shaft forging as long as the opening height of the hydraulic machine is enough and the length allowance of the shaft body of the step shaft forging is enough, thereby solving the problem that a forging manufacturer throws materials again because of scrapping compensation and obviously reducing the production cost of the step shaft forging.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine is suitable for repairing the forging by using the hydraulic machine under the condition that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the forging is smaller than the required diameter in the forging process of the step shaft product, and the diameter size of the large-diameter shaft body of the forging is repaired to the required diameter size.

Referring to fig. 1, the method for repairing a step shaft forging using a hydraulic machine of the present invention includes: heating the step shaft forging to the initial forging temperature, discharging, sleeving a circular ring tool 101 on a step of a large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired of the step shaft forging, erecting the step shaft forging on a moving platform 105 of a hydraulic press by using a vertical tool 103, the axial center line of the forging is parallel to the working direction of a hydraulic press pressing device 104, the hydraulic press moving platform 105 moves the step shaft forging to the position below the hydraulic press pressing device 104, the hydraulic press pressing device 104 applies pressing action force to the ring tool 101, the ring tool 101 transmits the pressing action force to the large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired, therefore, the height of the large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired of the step shaft forging is reduced, the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired of the step shaft forging is increased, the large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired of the step shaft forging is upset, the purpose that the diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging is repaired to the required diameter is achieved, and therefore the step shaft forging is repaired.

Preferably, the circular ring tooling 101 is sleeved from the small-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging and placed on the step between the small-diameter shaft body and the large-diameter shaft body 102 to be repaired.

Further preferably, the inner diameter of the circular ring tool 101 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the small-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging, and the outer diameter of the circular ring tool 101 is greater than or equal to the required diameter of the large-diameter shaft body of the step shaft forging.

As a specific example, the implementation of the method for repairing a step shaft forging by using a hydraulic machine of the present invention is described below by taking a step shaft with a diameter of 600mm × 2500mm + a diameter of 950mm × 2500mm + a diameter of 600mm × 2500mm as an example. In the forging process, due to the operation error of workers, the diameter size of the large-diameter shaft body is pressed to phi 920mm which is smaller than the diameter size phi 950mm required by factory production. During repair, the step shaft forging is heated to the initial forging temperature, after the step shaft forging is taken out of a furnace, a circular tool with the inner diameter of phi 610mm and the outer diameter of phi 1200mm is sleeved from a small-diameter shaft body with the size of phi 600mm, and is placed on a step between the small-diameter shaft body and a large-diameter shaft body to be repaired with the size of phi 920mm, the step shaft forging is erected on a hydraulic machine moving platform through a hoisting device and a vertical material tool, the step shaft forging is moved to the position below a hydraulic machine pressing device through the hydraulic machine moving platform, an upper anvil of a press of a hydraulic machine pressing device is in contact with the circular tool and exerts acting force slowly, the circular tool transmits the pressing acting force to the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired with the size of 920mm, and the large-diameter shaft body to be repaired with the size of phi 920mm is upset to phi 950mm, so that the forging is repaired.

The method for repairing the step shaft forging by using the hydraulic machine has the advantages of high repair rate of the step shaft forging, safety, reliability and simple operation, and can effectively repair the step shaft forging as long as the opening height of the hydraulic machine is enough and the length allowance of the shaft body of the step shaft forging is enough, thereby solving the problem that a forging manufacturer throws materials again because of scrapping compensation and obviously reducing the production cost of the step shaft forging.
