S5, installing the support well lid 3, placing the support well lid 3 on the support well ring 2, then adjusting the position of the support well lid 3 to align the well lid threaded hole 35 in the support well lid 3 with the buffer threaded hole 34 in the buffer slide block 52, and finally installing the connecting bolt 36 to complete the installation of the support well lid 3;

s6, constructing a pavement; and constructing an asphalt concrete surface layer between the supporting well ring 2 and the pavement.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, at the in-process of construction, support concrete 62 has been pour in the outside of locating rack 4 to combine prefabricated support walling crib 2, thereby accomplish the fixed to locating rack 4, locating rack 4 is difficult to appear the phenomenon that the offset damaged after connecting, thereby makes the buffering slide rail 51 position of connecting on locating rack 4 keep fixed. Buffering slide rail 51 also pours together with support concrete 62, and the structure is more firm, can make heavy vehicle pass through in, is difficult to stimulate buffering slide rail 51 and warp the damage to stable position that will support well lid 3 is fixed. The problem that the ground supporting the well lid 3 is pressed down due to the fact that one side of the well lid 3 is pressed down forcibly, and the ground supporting the well lid 3 sinks, cracks and even is damaged is not easy to occur.
