The diaphragm coupling transmits torque by shearing force of the bolt. The stressed diameter of each bolt is fixed, so that the transmission torque of the coupling with the same specification is limited. Meanwhile, due to factors such as starting, installation and use conditions and the like, the diaphragm coupler is overloaded and bears impact force, and the rated torque of the unit is greater than that of the coupler, so that unstable starting, and the conditions of diaphragm tearing and bolt breakage are easily caused.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the diaphragm coupling in the prior art, and provides a magnetic composite diaphragm coupling which is good in starting stability, small in transmission vibration, strong in overload damage resistance and large in transmission torque.

the flange end disc of the input end half coupling and the flange end disc of the output end half coupling are respectively fixedly connected with an L-shaped outer sleeve through screws, the inner annular surface of the L-shaped outer sleeve is provided with a circular groove, and an outer magnetic steel block is fixedly arranged in the circular groove;

When the flexible starting coupling works, the driving bolt holes in the left end flange end disc of the middle joint and the right end flange end disc of the middle joint are arc-shaped groove holes, so that when the coupling is started to work and transmit, the middle joint, the input end half shaft joint and the output end half shaft joint can generate certain relative rotation displacement, and the outer magnetic steel blocks on the L-shaped outer sleeves on the input end half shaft joint and the output end half shaft joint and the inner magnetic steel blocks on the flange of the middle joint generate mutual magnetic attraction to transmit torque, so that the flexible starting of the coupling is realized, and the flexible starting coupling plays an elastic buffering role in the running of the rotation vibration of an input shaft and an output shaft and the speed change impact of acceleration and deceleration; meanwhile, the transmission torque can be improved through magnetic transmission, the sizes of the driving bolt and the diaphragm can be relatively reduced, or the transmission torque is improved, so that the stable operation of the diaphragm coupling is facilitated; when the mutual attraction of the outer magnetic steel block and the inner magnetic steel block reaches the maximum, the driving bolt is gradually stressed, and when the unit is stable and fully loaded, the driving bolt and the magnetic transmission simultaneously transmit torque.

The invention has simple structure and convenient manufacture, can reduce the instantaneous shearing force borne by the driving bolt during starting so as to effectively prevent the driving bolt from fatigue fracture, and the L-shaped outer sleeve can also effectively play a role of protecting the membrane component so as to prevent the membrane component from tearing and flying out in use, thereby being particularly suitable for being used under the environment with the change of working conditions or under a variable frequency motor.

The invention relates to a magnetic composite diaphragm coupling which comprises an input end half shaft joint 1, a middle joint 3, an output end half shaft joint 2, a diaphragm assembly 4, a compensating cushion block 5, a driving bolt 6 and a nut 7; the flange end plate of the input end half shaft joint 1 is matched and connected with the flange end plate of the middle joint 3, and the flange end plate of the output end half shaft joint 2 is matched and connected with the flange end plate of the middle joint 3 through a diaphragm assembly 4, a compensating cushion block 5, a driving bolt 6 and a nut 7; the flange end plate 11 of the input end half coupling 1 and the flange end plate 21 of the output end half coupling 2 are respectively fixedly connected with an L-shaped outer sleeve 9 through screws, the inner ring surface of the L-shaped outer sleeve 9 is provided with a circular ring groove, and an outer magnetic steel block 92 is fixedly arranged in the circular ring groove; the outer circular surfaces of the left end flange end disc 31a of the middle section 3 and the right end flange end disc 31b of the middle section 3 are provided with circular ring grooves, and inner magnetic steel blocks 33 are fixedly arranged in the circular ring grooves; the external magnetic steel block 92 is correspondingly matched with the internal magnetic steel block 33; the drive bolt holes 35 on the left end flange end disc 31a of the middle section 3 and the right end flange end disc 31b of the middle section 3 are circular arc-shaped groove holes.
