The invention belongs to the field of design of marine nuclear power devices, and particularly relates to a device for inhibiting a water jump or oscillation phenomenon in a built-in voltage stabilizer.

Background

The integrated small-sized stack adopts the technologies of modular design, modular production and modular assembly, has good safety characteristic and wide application. Because the volume is small, the early investment risk is low, so the economic competitiveness is strong. In addition, the method can be used for land-based and ocean, and the adaptability of the plant site is good. The method can be used in countries and regions with small power demand scale, large power change and relatively weak power grid infrastructure, can also be used in the fields of power supply in remote areas, common resident heating and industrial production heating, power and energy supply of offshore oil exploitation platforms, seawater desalination and the like, and has very wide market prospect. The manostat is used as the main equipment of a primary circuit pressure safety system in a ship nuclear power plant, and is used for regulating, controlling and protecting the pressure of primary circuit coolant under various normal operation or accident conditions of a reactor, and the function of the manostat is extremely important. Unlike conventional reactors, the pressurizer or the pressure stabilizing space of the integrated small reactor is generally arranged at the top of the reactor, the shape of the pressurizer or the pressure stabilizing space is different from that of the conventional reactor, and complicated and large-scale internal components such as an electric heating rod, a control rod guide cylinder and the like are arranged inside the pressurizer or the pressure stabilizing space.

The sea-based reactors such as offshore nuclear power platforms, nuclear power ships and floating nuclear power plants can be under the motion working condition by strong wind, waves, tides, sailing and the like, and the nuclear power devices such as voltage stabilizers and the like can be under the action of additional inertia force. The pressure stabilizer is internally provided with a two-phase space, and the free liquid level can be separated from a flat state under the action of additional inertia force to form a hydraulic jump phenomenon or a liquid bin sloshing phenomenon. In China, the western Pacific region with frequent storms is bound to be affected more seriously. Hydraulic jump phenomena cause three types of negative effects: firstly, cause the uncovering of electrical heating rod or spray nozzle's flooding, threaten equipment operational reliability, secondly can lead to the water charge volume to measure and present great error, to the water level so that a loop pressure control causes the threat, thirdly the inner member and wall measuring equipment can be strikeed to strong water jump, threatens its security and reliability. Chinese patent CN106024074A provides a nuclear power plant's stabiliser that restraines liquid level and rocks, including stabiliser theme and a plurality of space bars that block liquid and rock, the space bar has two kinds of modes to arrange, is horizontal multilayer and circumference multilayer respectively, and the interval sets up, is applicable to the marine condition, and its baffle occupation space is great, arranges a large amount, can seriously influence the arrangement of various internals in the stabiliser, is difficult to practical application to in the built-in type stabiliser of integration reactor.

Chinese patent CN206619397U proposes a novel structure for suppressing the sloshing phenomenon in the voltage stabilizer, including the upper and lower spacers located inside the voltage stabilizer, the two spacers are distributed differently, reducing the space-diameter-height ratio jointly, making the sloshing phenomenon more difficult to occur, but the complex spacer arranged therein also occupies a larger space, affecting the arrangement of the original inner members in the voltage stabilizer, and the spacer structure is special, and may break when the mechanical impact is serious.

Chinese patent CN211555481U proposes a novel stabiliser that restraines phenomenon of shaking and prevent shaking device thereof, its structure includes that the body both ends carry out the upper cover and the low head of closing cap, still including setting up the one or more device of preventing shaking that radially sets up in the body, at least one prevents that the device mounting height of shaking is less than the normal operating water level, can effectively reduce to shake the influence of measuring the water level, but its every layer prevents that the device of shaking all with avoid rigid connection, the easy transmission is strikeed, and the water level is the variation value in the stabiliser, the fixed height prevents that the effectiveness of shaking the device under the variation water level operating mode can't be guaranteed.

Aiming at the problems or designs that the internal components of the integrated reactor built-in type voltage stabilizer are more and all designed devices are in hard connection, a reliable device which is self-adaptive to liquid level, can flexibly absorb hydraulic jump wave energy and is flexibly connected with a wall surface is needed to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device for inhibiting a water jump or sloshing phenomenon in a built-in voltage stabilizer.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

the invention relates to a device for inhibiting a water jump or oscillation phenomenon in a built-in voltage stabilizer, which comprises an inhibition module, wherein the inhibition module comprises a container body wall surface 1-1, a self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate, an upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1, a lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2, a damping device and a fixing piece, the damping device and the fixing piece are connected with the upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate and the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2, the upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1 is positioned at the upper end of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate, the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2 is positioned at the lower end of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate, and the upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate and the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2 are fixed at the inner ring of the body wall surface 1-1 through the damping device and the fixing piece.

The present invention may further comprise:

The damping device and the fixing piece comprise damping devices 4-1, fixing pieces 4-2 and ribbed plates 4-3, the damping devices 4-1 are installed on limiting holes 2-4 of the transverse annular plates 2-1, the fixing pieces 4-2 are installed in plate grooves 2-5 of the transverse annular plates 2-1, and the ribbed plates 4-3 are connected with the damping devices 4-1 and the fixing pieces 4-2.

3. The upper end surface and the lower end surface of the transverse annular plate 2-1 are symmetrically connected with two longitudinal partition plates 2-2.

The invention has the advantages that:

11. the expansion performance is strong, and the reactor can be applied to other carrier liquid containers such as a reactor core water replenishing tank, a pressure-restraining water pool and the like in a reactor, or containers in other industries such as a cargo ship cargo tank, an aerospace fuel tank, an agricultural aircraft medicine box and the like;

12. the applicability is strong, the method is suitable for ocean conditions, and application scenes are available under the conditions of earthquake working conditions, flight working conditions and the like.

Detailed Description

According to fig. 1 and 2, the wall surface 1-1 of the container body mainly refers to the wall surface of a built-in type pressure stabilizer of a chamber integrated reactor, and also refers to the wall surface of other important liquid carrier containers which are easy to generate hydraulic jump or sloshing phenomenon, the parameters such as shape, specification, model, size, material and the like of the container body are determined according to objective requirements of the container body, and the parameters of the container body are not influenced by the device as the object for supporting and acting the installation of the device.

According to the figures 1, 3 and 4, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate is mainly arranged near the water surface of the pressure stabilizer, the self-adaptation refers to height self-adaptation, and can automatically change the position near a straight liquid surface according to the water content or the liquid level height, the best inhibition effect can be achieved, the negative effect of 30% of the water content formed by the fixed height partition plate is avoided, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate is not in direct contact with the wall surface 1-1 of the container body, the upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1 and the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate is connected and maintained by a damping device and is divided into a transverse annular plate 2-1 and a longitudinal partition plate 2-2, the middle of the transverse annular plate is transited by a radius 2-3, limiting holes 2-4 and plate grooves 2-5 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, the longitudinal partition plate 2-2 below the transverse annular plate 2-1 blocks liquid from transversely flowing and impacting the wall surface, the radius 2-3 guides water flow downwards to increase stirring dissipation, upward recoil force acts on the transverse ring plate 2-1, the transverse ring plate 2-1 mainly inhibits the amplitude of upward hydraulic jump and absorbs impact in the vertical direction, the transverse ring plate 2-1 comprises the recoil force of the water flow caused by the radius 2-3, the longitudinal partition plate 2-2 above the transverse ring plate 2-1 blocks liquid flow passing over the transverse ring plate 2-1 and forms longitudinal flow, the recoil force is absorbed by the transverse ring plate 2-1, the limiting hole 2-4 is mainly used for arranging a damping device and limiting the transverse movement of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate, and the plate groove 2-5 mainly provides an installation space for the damping device and a fixing part. The material of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate is hollow 304H austenitic stainless steel, or other light-weight, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and high-strength materials or structures are used for ensuring that the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate can always float near the free liquid level.

The upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1 and the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-1 are mainly arranged at the upper limit position and the lower limit position of the conventional operation water content of the pressure stabilizer, the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate 2-1 between the upper layer fixed partition plate and the lower layer fixed partition plate is close to the liquid level all the time, if the conventional water content change range of the container is large, the device can be arranged in the container in multiple layers, each layer is a module, the upper layer fixed partition plate 3-1 and the lower layer fixed partition plate 3-2 have the main functions of blocking the vertical flow of liquid and inhibiting water jump waves after the function of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plates. The part is made of solid 304H austenitic stainless steel, has excellent corrosion resistance, toughness, ductility, strength and fatigue resistance, and has the inner diameter, the outer diameter and the thickness which are determined according to the model of the voltage stabilizer and the arrangement condition of internal components.

The damping device and the fixing part mainly comprise a damping device 4-1, a fixing part 4-2, rib plates 4-3 and the like, wherein the fixing part 4-2 is directly fixed with the wall surface 1-1 of the container body, and the rib plates 4-3 are arranged to increase the structural strength, and the damping device 4-1 preferably adopts a spring damping device which is more suitable for the working conditions of strong radiation, high temperature and high pressure and inconvenient maintenance in a loop due to simple mechanical structure, higher reliability and stronger applicability compared with other damping devices such as hydraulic type, electromagnetic type and piston type. The self gravity of the self-adaptive heterogeneous partition plate, the internal force of the damping device and the buoyancy of liquid meet the following requirements: when no water exists in the voltage stabilizer, the inhibiting plate is positioned at the lowest stroke; when the voltage stabilizer is in a normal operation water level waterless jump, the inhibiting plate should float at the normal operation water level (mostly 50% water filling amount position) and make the upper and lower spring damping devices bear no force or prestress with the same property. The material of the spring is Inconel X-750 or other common alloy materials in the stack, and the number and the arrangement position are determined according to the structural condition in the voltage stabilizer and after specific verification and comparison.

The damping device absorbs hydraulic jump wave energy, reduces wave reflection coefficient, enables the energy to be flexibly absorbed but not reflected, realizes self-adaptive liquid level, can realize the absorption effect on the hydraulic jump under the condition of changing water loading capacity, reduces the ratio of the hydraulic jump energy to be transmitted to the voltage stabilizer body, and reduces the possibility of harmful vibration. The invention is not limited to be used independently, and can be used independently as a module and applied to containers with large water content change or complicated internal flow.
