Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear facilities, in particular to a disassembling tool suitable for a pressure-resistant shell part of a reluctance motor type control rod driving mechanism.

Background

In the long-term operation of the reactor, the control rod driving mechanism is aged and other factors cause the control rod driving mechanism to be failed, the control rod driving mechanism is required to be disassembled for maintenance, and the disassembly of the pressure-resistant shell part is included in the disassembling process. The structure of the pressure vessel member is shown in fig. 1 and 2, wherein B in fig. 1 is a pressure vessel stem connection screw, fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 1A, and in fig. 2, a is a pressing screw, and B is a removal tool groove.

This work has the following difficulties:

1) the disassembly working environment of the pressure-resistant shell part is a radioactive place;

2) the pressure shell component is narrow in disassembly working site;

3) the pressure shell part is a loop pressure boundary of the reactor, and the loop pressure boundary can be damaged in the disassembly process, so that radioactive substances in a loop of the reactor leak out, and great difficulty is caused to maintenance work.

In order to overcome the difficulty in the detection of the control rod driving mechanism, a novel special tool for dismounting the pressure shell part of the reluctance motor type control rod driving mechanism is planned and designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a disassembling tool suitable for a pressure shell part of a reluctance motor type control rod driving mechanism, which can be suitable for a narrow radioactive place, can quickly disassemble the pressure shell part and reduce radiation.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the dismounting tool is suitable for the pressure shell part of the reluctance motor type control rod driving mechanism and comprises a transmission rod, a positioning rod fixing disc, a transmission sleeve, a positioning cylinder and a screwing thread sleeve;

one end of the transmission sleeve is connected with the transmission rod, the other end of the transmission sleeve is connected with the screwing thread sleeve, the inner diameter of the transmission sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the pressure shell part, and the inner wall of the screwing thread sleeve is provided with an internal thread matched with the pressing thread on the pressure shell part;

the positioning rod fixing disc is provided with a through hole for penetrating through a transmission rod, the transmission rod penetrates through the positioning rod fixing disc, and a first limiting block and a second limiting block are respectively arranged on the transmission rod above and below the positioning rod fixing disc in a sliding manner;

the positioning rod fixing disc is provided with a plurality of positioning key connecting rods, the positioning key connecting rods are arranged on the outer side of the transmission sleeve, the free ends of the positioning key connecting rods are connected with the positioning cylinders, the positioning cylinders are arranged on the outer side of the transmission sleeve, and the inner wall or the lower end of each positioning cylinder is provided with a plurality of positioning keys matched with the disassembling tool grooves in the pressure-resistant shell component.

The transmission rod is a transmission connecting rod, on one hand, the transmission rod can be used for realizing the rotation of the transmission sleeve and further realizing the threaded connection between the inner wall of the screwed sleeve and the pressure-resistant shell part, on the other hand, the transmission rod can be used for realizing the upward sliding of the first limiting block and the second limiting block, the upward and downward sliding of the positioning rod fixing disc on the transmission rod is realized through the upward and downward sliding of the first limiting block and the second limiting block, and finally, the upward and downward movement of the positioning key is driven, so that the positioning key can be inserted into the disassembling tool groove or taken out of the disassembling tool groove.

The positioning barrel is used for positioning the positioning key connecting rod to enable the positioning key to be inserted into a designated position, and the positioning key is used for pressing the positioning key to the pressure-resistant shell part disassembling tool groove when the threaded sleeve is screwed down and is matched with the pressing thread of the pressure-resistant shell part through threaded connection.

The invention realizes the threaded connection of the whole disassembling tool and the pressure-resistant shell part by arranging the screwing threaded sleeve, and simultaneously realizes the radial positioning of the disassembling tool by pressing the positioning key to the disassembling tool groove of the pressure-resistant shell part, so that the whole disassembling tool and the pressure-resistant shell part form an integrated structure when rotating in the radial direction, and the disassembling of the pressure-resistant shell part can be realized by rotating the disassembling tool.

The disassembling tool is small in size, is only slightly larger than a pressure-resistant shell part, and can be used for solving the problem that the pressure-resistant shell part is disassembled; in a narrow radioactive place, radioactive substances in a loop of the reactor leak out in the disassembly process, so that the maintenance work is greatly difficult. The pressure-resistant shell part can be quickly and simply detached, so that powerful guarantee is provided for the maintenance of the control rod driving mechanism.

Furthermore, one end of the transmission rod is connected with the transmission sleeve, and the other end of the transmission rod is connected with a screwing handle device.

The arrangement of the screwing handle device improves the convenience of operation.

Further, the screwing handle device is a strip-shaped handle, and the outer wall of the strip-shaped handle is a threaded surface.

The thread surface can improve the contact area between the palm and the strip-shaped handle in manual operation.

Furthermore, the transmission rod is a threaded rod, the first limiting block and the second limiting block are both in threaded connection with the transmission rod, and the first limiting block and the second limiting block are respectively a compression adjustable nut and a lower portion adjustable nut.

The first limiting block and the second limiting block can be connected through threads to move up and down on the transmission rod, and the device has the advantage of being convenient to operate.

Furthermore, a guide through groove matched with the positioning key connecting rod is arranged on the side wall of the screwing threaded sleeve, and the guide through groove penetrates through the side wall of the whole screwing threaded sleeve in the axial direction.

This direction leads to groove not only has the guide effect, and can be convenient for observe the concrete position of navigation key, is convenient for insert the navigation key to the assigned position fast.

Furthermore, the positioning key connecting rod is detachably connected with the positioning barrel, and particularly can adopt clearance fit.

Furthermore, the positioning rod fixing disc is provided with 4 positioning key connecting rods, and the 4 positioning key connecting rods are arranged in an annular array.

Furthermore, the inner diameter of the screwing threaded sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the transmission sleeve, the top of the screwing threaded sleeve extends inwards along the radial direction to form an annular plate connected with the outer wall of the transmission sleeve, a through groove used for penetrating a positioning key is formed in the annular plate, or the screwing threaded sleeve is connected with the outer wall of the transmission sleeve through a plurality of connecting plates.

Further, the top of the transmission sleeve is a closed end, the through hole is formed in the center of the closed end, and the lower portion of the transmission sleeve is an open end.

Further, the transmission sleeve and the screwing thread sleeve are both made of steel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

1. the invention can be used for solving the problem that the pressure-resistant shell part is detached; in a narrow radioactive place, radioactive substances in a loop of the reactor leak out in the disassembly process, so that the maintenance work is greatly difficult. The pressure-resistant shell part can be quickly and simply detached, so that powerful guarantee is provided for the maintenance of the control rod driving mechanism.

2. The disassembling tool has simple and compact structure and is convenient to process, manufacture and maintain.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the dismounting tool for the pressure shell member of the reluctance motor type control rod drive mechanism comprises a transmission rod 2, a positioning rod fixing disk 4, a transmission sleeve 7, a positioning cylinder 8 and a screwing thread sleeve 10;

one end of the transmission sleeve 7 is connected with the transmission rod 2, the other end of the transmission sleeve is connected with the screwing threaded sleeve 10, the inner diameter of the transmission sleeve 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the pressure shell part, and the inner wall of the screwing threaded sleeve 10 is provided with an internal thread matched with a pressing thread on the pressure shell part;

a through hole for passing through the transmission rod 2 is formed in the positioning rod fixing disc 4, the transmission rod 2 is arranged on the positioning rod fixing disc 4 in a penetrating mode, and a first limiting block 3 and a second limiting block 5 are arranged on the transmission rod 2 above and below the positioning rod fixing disc 4 in a sliding mode respectively;

the positioning rod fixing disc 4 is provided with a plurality of positioning key connecting rods 6, the positioning key connecting rods 6 are arranged outside the transmission sleeve 7, the free ends of the positioning key connecting rods 6 are connected with the positioning barrel 8, the positioning barrel 8 is arranged outside the transmission sleeve 7, and the inner wall or the lower end of the positioning barrel 8 is provided with a plurality of positioning keys 9 matched with the disassembling tool grooves in the pressure-resistant shell component.

In order to facilitate the rotation in the embodiment, one end of the transmission rod 2 is connected with the transmission sleeve 7, and the other end is connected with the screwing handle device 1; the screwing handle device 1 is a strip-shaped handle, and the outer wall of the strip-shaped handle is a threaded surface.

In the embodiment, in order to facilitate the up-and-down movement of the first limiting block 3 and the second limiting block 5 on the transmission rod 2; the drive rod 2 is a threaded rod, the first limiting block 3 and the second limiting block 5 are both in threaded connection with the drive rod 2, and the first limiting block 3 and the second limiting block 5 are respectively a compression adjustable nut and a lower-part adjustable nut.

In this embodiment, the positioning rod fixing disk 4 is provided with 4 positioning key connecting rods 6, and the 4 positioning key connecting rods 6 are arranged in an annular array.

The disassembling tool is designed for disassembling the pressure-resistant shell part of the reluctance motor type control rod drive mechanism, and can be used for solving the problem that the pressure-resistant shell part is disassembled; in a narrow radioactive place, radioactive substances in a loop of the reactor leak out in the disassembly process, so that the maintenance work is greatly difficult. The pressure-resistant shell part can be quickly and simply detached, so that powerful guarantee is provided for the maintenance of the control rod driving mechanism.

Example 2:

as shown in fig. 3-6, a guiding through groove matched with the positioning key connecting rod 6 is arranged on the side wall of the tightening threaded sleeve 10, and the guiding through groove not only has a guiding function, but also can facilitate observation of the specific position of the positioning key, and facilitate quick downward insertion of the positioning key to a specified position.

Example 3:

as shown in fig. 3-6, the positioning key connecting rod 6 and the positioning cylinder 8 are in clearance fit.
