2. The spouted liquid stand-up pouch of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the BOPP is 15-30 μm, the thickness of the PE is 50-150 μm, and the ratio of the thickness of the BOPP to the thickness of the PE is 1: 4-7.

3. The spouted liquid stand-up pouch of claim 2, wherein: the thickness of the BOPP is 20-28 μm, and the thickness of the PE is 80-140 μm.

4. The spouted liquid stand-up pouch of claim 2, wherein: the peel strength of the BOPP and the PE is not less than 1.5N/15 mm.

5. A method of making a self-supporting spouted liquid pouch according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: step one, printing on a corona surface of the BOPP to prepare the INK; coating an adhesive on the printing surface of the INK, and then compounding the PE corona surface to obtain a composite film; and step three, curing the composite film, and then making a bag and adding a nozzle.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein: in the first step, the printing speed of the corona surface printing of the BOPP is 100-200m/min, and high-temperature treatment is carried out after printing to enable the printing liquid to be cured at high temperature to form the INK.

7. The method of claim 5, wherein: and in the second step, the printing surface of the INK is compounded with the corona surface of the PE through an adhesive and then is subjected to high-temperature treatment, so that the adhesive between the INK and the PE is cured at high temperature.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein: the adhesive is selected from one or more of polyvinyl alcohol compound glue, polyurethane two-component glue and modified polyolefin adhesive.

9. The method of claim 5, wherein: the bag making comprises the steps of carrying out heat sealing by adopting a heat sealing cutter, wherein the temperature of a bottom knife of the heat sealing cutter is controlled to be 200-grade 235 ℃, and the temperature of a transverse knife of the heat sealing cutter is controlled to be 160-grade 210 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with a nozzle and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Spouted liquid stand-up pouches are widely used to package liquid, pasty, powdered and small granular products due to their excellent standing properties and stability. At present, most of the liquid self-supporting bags with mouths on the market, especially the liquid self-supporting bags with mouths with large capacity, generally adopt the multilayer composite structure of PET/NY/PE, and the multilayer composite structure has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high strength, strong production adaptability and the like, but the multilayer composite structure is not environment-friendly and can not be recycled.

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and recyclability, the existing technical scheme is to use a polyolefin material to replace a PET/NY/PE multilayer composite structure, but the polyolefin material has the defects of poor temperature resistance, low mechanical strength and small production window. However, the technical problems existing in the prior technical scheme are as follows: the existing equipment for preparing the mouthed liquid self-standing bag is produced by using a polyolefin material, so that the yield is reduced, and the investment is high if production equipment matched with the polyolefin material is used.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a small-capacity self-standing liquid bag with a nozzle, which is prepared from polyolefin materials and can meet the requirements of environmental protection and recoverability. The invention also provides a method for preparing the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle, which can be realized by the existing equipment for preparing the liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle, and has higher yield.

The definition of a small volume, spouted liquid stand-up pouch in the present invention is a spouted liquid stand-up pouch with a liquid containment volume of not less than 500mL and not more than 1L.

This small capacity spouted liquid stand-up pouch at least needs to satisfy: 1. is a flexible container; 2. a package having sufficient transparency to enable viewing of the container; 3. capable of storing liquids and having barrier properties to ensure that the concentration of active ingredient in the aqueous composition is substantially constant during storage for a sufficiently long time. The material for the small capacity spouted liquid stand-up pouch therefore needs to satisfy at least: 1. the material must be transparent or translucent; the material must provide good water resistance; 3. the material must provide good gas impermeability; 4. the material must have good sealing properties, 5 the material must resist environmental stress cracking; 6. the material must be resistant to flex cracking; 7. the material must not delaminate during processing or storage; 8. the material must not significantly relax during storage and use. Thus, based on the definition of the properties of the material and the material selection range being polyolefin materials, the applicant has selected a combination of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) among polyolefin materials through a plurality of experiments and tests.

Neither PP material alone nor PE material alone could be applied to existing equipment for making spouted liquid stand-up pouches to make small volume spouted liquid stand-up pouches, and therefore the applicant has made improvements to the combination of PP and PE materials.

In one aspect, the present invention provides a small volume, spouted liquid stand-up pouch that employs a multilayer composite structure comprising an outside-in lamination of BOPP, INK, PE.

The BOPP is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film which has the advantages of light weight, no toxicity, no odor, moisture resistance, high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, good printing performance, good transparency, high transparency, good gloss, good barrier property, high impact strength, low temperature resistance and the like. INK is a printed film. PE is polyethylene film.

In order for the small volume, spout-on liquid stand-up pouch to meet performance requirements and environmental and recyclable requirements, the multilayer composite structure is defined as follows:

the thickness of BOPP is 15-30 μm, the thickness of PE is 50-150 μm, and the ratio of the thickness of BOPP to the thickness of PE is 1: 4-7;

2. the sealing edge of the small-capacity spout-added liquid self-standing bag is of a BOPP/PE composite structure, the composite structure is not connected by an adhesive, and the peel strength of the BOPP and the PE is not less than 1.5N/15 mm.

In one embodiment, the BOPP has a thickness of 20-28 μm and the PE has a thickness of 80-140 μm.

However, in the existing environment-friendly recyclable packaging bag made of polyolefin material, part of the packaging bag adopts a PP/PE multilayer composite structure, but the peeling strength of PP and PE of the packaging bag is 0.4-1.0N/15mm, so that the capacity of the packaging bag is small (less than 500mL), and the mechanical properties (pressure resistance, falling performance, impact resistance and the like) of the packaging bag are poor. The small-capacity spout-added liquid self-standing bag provided by the invention adopts a BOPP/INK/PE multilayer composite structure, adopts BOPP and improves the preparation method, so that the peel strength between the BOPP and the PE is improved to be more than 1.5N/15 mm. Compared with the existing environment-friendly recyclable packaging bag, the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle is improved in capacity, and the mechanical property of the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle is equivalent to that of the existing liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle (a PET/NY/PE multilayer composite structure).

In another aspect, the present invention provides a method of making a small volume, spouted liquid stand-up pouch as described above, comprising the steps of:

firstly, printing on a corona surface of BOPP to prepare INK;

secondly, gluing (coating adhesive) the printing surface of the INK to compound the corona surface of the PE;

and step three, curing the compounded BOPP/INK/PE composite membrane, and then making a bag and adding a nozzle.

The steps can be realized by adopting the existing equipment for preparing the liquid self-supporting bag with the nozzle.

In the first step, the printing speed of the corona surface printing of the BOPP is 100-200m/min, then the printing liquid is cured at high temperature to form the INK by using an oven for printing the corona surface of the BOPP, the temperature of the oven is controlled to be 40-70 ℃, in the whole process of the first step, the unreeling tension is 30-60N, and the reeling tension is 50-70N.

In the second step, the gluing amount of the glue on the printing surface of the INK is 3.0-3.5gsm, the printing surface of the INK is compounded with the corona surface of the PE through the adhesive, then the adhesive between the INK and the PE is cured at high temperature by using an oven, the temperature of the oven is controlled to be 55-85 ℃, in the whole process of the second step, the unwinding tension of the BOPP is 60-100N, the unwinding tension of the PE is 70-150N, the tension of the oven is 18-30N, the winding tension is 100-250N, and the compounding speed is 100-200 m/min.

Wherein, the bag making described in the third step is to seal single or multiple BOPP/INK/PE composite films to form a self-standing bag, the PE layer of the self-standing bag is on the inner side, the bag making process can adopt the bag making process applied to the existing nozzle-added liquid self-standing bag disclosed in the prior art, the sealing treatment is to carry out heat sealing by adopting a heat sealing cutter, specifically, the bottom knife temperature of the heat sealing cutter is controlled to be 200-. And the heat-sealed part of the composite film prepared in the second step is of a BOPP/PE composite structure and does not contain INK.

Wherein, the nozzle adding process disclosed in the prior art can be adopted in the nozzle adding process described in the third step, the high-temperature welding is adopted between the self-standing bag and the nozzle, specifically, the welding temperature is 155-.

Other devices capable of realizing high-temperature treatment can be used in the first step and the second step to replace the oven.

The small volume spouted liquid stand-up pouch prepared by the method of the present invention passed drop test (height of 0.8m dropped 3 times without breakage or cracking) and pressure test (60 s maintained in a pressed state with a 60kg weight without breakage or cracking), and the small volume spouted liquid stand-up pouch was excellent in impact resistance thanks to the BOPP/INK/PE composite structure.

Compared with the prior art, the method for preparing the small-capacity liquid self-supporting bag with the nozzle provided by the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1. the small-capacity spout-added liquid self-standing bag is prepared from polyolefin materials, and meets the requirements of environmental protection and recycling;

2. the liquid self-standing bag provided by the invention is of a nozzle structure, but the existing environment-friendly recyclable self-standing bag prepared from polyolefin materials cannot be arranged into a nozzle structure;

3. the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle provided by the invention has the advantages that various performance indexes are equivalent to those of the existing non-recyclable liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle (PET/NY/PE multilayer composite structure), and the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle can pass a drop test and a pressure test;

4. the method for preparing the small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle can be realized by adopting the conventional equipment for preparing the liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle, and the yield is not lower than 84%.

The following description will be given with reference to specific examples.

Detailed Description

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides a small volume, spouted liquid stand-up pouch comprising two opposing faces joined together by a peripheral heat seal. The region of connection of the two opposite faces (corresponding to detail a in fig. 1) comprises two films which are laminated: the film comprises an inner film 1 and an outer film 2, wherein the inner film 1 is PE, and the outer film 2 is BOPP; the unconnected portion of the two opposite faces (corresponding to detail B in figure 1) comprises a stack of three films: inner film 1, INK2 and outer film 3, i.e. INK3, are sandwiched between inner film 1 and outer film 2, inner film 1 being PE and outer film 2 being BOPP.

PE has good adhesion and content compatibility, BOPP still has good physical and mechanical properties under high pressure and BOPP has good printability. The thickness of the BOPP is 15-30 μm, the thickness of the PE is 50-150 μm, and the ratio of the thickness of the BOPP to the thickness of the PE is 1:4-7, and when the thickness is within the range, the small-capacity spout-added liquid self-standing bag can meet the requirements of connection strength, sealing performance and high barrier property.

Through a plurality of tests and tests, the applicant finds that the thickness of the BOPP and the thickness of the PE influence the mechanical properties of the small-capacity spout liquid self-standing bag, and specifically:

1. when the BOPP is less than 15 μm thick and the PE is less than 50 μm thick, the small-capacity, spout-equipped liquid stand-up pouch fails drop test and pressure test, and the seal thereof is liable to be broken after the small-capacity, spout-equipped liquid stand-up pouch is filled with liquid to cause leakage;

2. when the thickness of the BOPP is not less than 15 μm, the mechanical properties of the small capacity spouted liquid stand-up pouch are improved and can pass drop test and pressure test, but when the thickness of the BOPP is more than 150 μm, the improvement of the mechanical properties of the small capacity spouted liquid stand-up pouch is insignificant;

3. when the thickness of PE is not less than 50 μm, the connection strength of the connected part of the small-capacity spouted liquid self-standing bag can satisfy the requirement that the capacity of the small-capacity spouted liquid self-standing bag reaches 0.5-1.0L, and when the thickness of PE is more than 150 μm, the connection strength of the connected part of the small-capacity spouted liquid self-standing bag is not remarkably improved;

4. in order to achieve a good balance among production cost, mechanical properties and connection strength, the ratio of the thickness of the BOPP to the thickness of the PE needs to be limited to 1:4-7, and if the ratio of the thickness of the BOPP to the thickness of the PE is greater than the range, the connection strength of the small-capacity self-standing spout liquid bag is negatively affected as the thickness of the BOPP increases; if the ratio of the BOPP thickness to the PE thickness is less than this range, the mechanical properties of the small volume, spout liquid stand-up pouch will be negatively affected as the PE thickness increases.

In this example, the thickness of the BOPP is 24 μm, and the thickness of the PE is 110 μm.

In this embodiment, the BOPP is specifically prepared by the following method:

step one, three-layer co-extrusion, namely preparing a film by taking an outer surface layer raw material, a core layer raw material and an inner surface layer raw material by using a three-layer co-extrusion technology, wherein the co-extrusion temperature is 180-190 ℃, and the cooling speed is 5-10 ℃/min during cooling to obtain a film A;

step two, longitudinal stretching, namely taking the film A to perform longitudinal stretching, wherein the longitudinal stretching temperature is 110-120 ℃, and the longitudinal stretching multiple is 5-6 times, so as to prepare a film B;

step three, transverse stretching, namely transversely stretching the film B, wherein the transverse stretching temperature is 120-130 ℃, and the transverse stretching multiple is 8-9 times to obtain a film C;

and step four, processing, namely, placing the film C at the temperature of 140-150 ℃, preserving the heat for not less than 5min, allowing the film C to relax for not less than 60s, rapidly cooling to room temperature at the speed of 20-30 ℃/min, keeping out of the sun, standing for not less than 1d, and cutting to obtain the BOPP.

In this embodiment, surface layer raw materials, sandwich layer raw materials and interior surface layer raw materials all adopt the level of moulding plastics polypropylene, for example, can purchase from the Yanshan petrochemical industry, and surface layer raw materials's model is: k1001 or K1003, the core layer raw material has the type number: k1005 and K1008, and the model of the raw material of the inner surface layer is K7726. The preparation method can further improve the mechanical properties (tensile strength, puncture strength, elastic modulus and the like) and high-temperature resistance of the BOPP, and can enable the BOPP to be easy to recycle.

The embodiment also provides a method for preparing the small-capacity self-supporting liquid bag with the nozzle, which specifically comprises the following steps:

firstly, printing on a corona surface of BOPP to prepare INK;

secondly, gluing (coating adhesive) the printing surface of the INK to compound the corona surface of the PE;

and step three, curing the compounded BOPP/INK/PE composite membrane, and then making a bag and adding a nozzle.

The steps can be realized by adopting the existing equipment for preparing the liquid self-supporting bag with the nozzle.

In the first step, corona treatment is carried out on the surface layer of the BOPP to obtain a corona surface, high-energy electrons are obtained under the action of an electric field to impact the surface of the film after the surface layer of the BOPP is subjected to corona treatment, the energy is distributed on the film, the surface of the film is electret to form polar chemical free groups, so that free bonds are generated on the surface of the film, the high-energy electrons collide with oxygen molecules, nitrogen molecules, water molecules and the like in the air, and oxidation-reduction reaction is accompanied with the oxygen molecules, the nitrogen molecules, the water molecules and the like to generate ozone, nitrogen oxides and the like. Since ozone has strong oxidizing property, when it contacts the surface of BOPP, it undergoes organic reaction on its surface to generate hydroxyl group (-OH), carboxyl group (-COOH), carbonyl group, etc. The introduction of the oxygen-containing functional group greatly enhances the surface tension and the adhesive force of the BOPP, so that the corona surface of the BOPP is easy to combine with the printing ink, and higher adhesive force and printing ink adhesive force are shown. In the second step, the corona surface is obtained by performing corona treatment on the surface layer of the PE, so that the technical effect that the corona surface of the PE is easy to combine with the printing ink is achieved. And the stripping strength of the BOPP and the PE can be improved when the corona surface of the BOPP and the corona surface of the PE are compounded.

In the first step, the printing speed of the BOPP corona surface printing is 100-200m/min, then the printing liquid is cured at high temperature to form INK by using an oven in the BOPP corona surface printing, the temperature of the oven is controlled to be 40-70 ℃, in the whole process of the first step, the unreeling tension is 30-60N, and the reeling tension is 50-70N.

In the second step, the gluing amount of the glue on the printing surface of the INK is 3.0-3.5gsm, the printing surface of the INK is compounded with the corona surface of the PE through the adhesive, then the adhesive between the INK and the PE is cured at high temperature by using an oven, the temperature of the oven is controlled to be 55-85 ℃, in the whole process of the second step, the unwinding tension of the BOPP is 60-100N, the unwinding tension of the PE is 70-150N, the tension of the oven is 18-30N, the winding tension is 100-250N, and the compounding speed is 100-200 m/min.

The adhesive described in the embodiment is selected from one or more of polyvinyl alcohol compound glue, polyurethane two-component glue and modified polyolefin adhesive, and is preferably polyvinyl alcohol compound glue.

The reasons that the small-capacity spouted liquid stand-up pouch prepared from polyolefin material, which can be prepared by the existing apparatus for preparing a spouted liquid stand-up pouch, provided in this example, at least include: the peeling strength of the BOPP and the PE is not less than 1.5N/15mm, so that the condition of separation of the BOPP and the PE in a preparation process can not occur by using the existing equipment for preparing the liquid self-supporting bag with the nozzle, and the yield is further improved.

In this embodiment, in order to make the peel strength of BOPP and PE not less than 1.5N/15mm, it is necessary to satisfy: the BOPP is prepared by the method provided by the embodiment; 2. controlling the thickness of BOPP and the thickness of PE; 3. controlling the ratio range of the thickness of the BOPP and the thickness of the PE; 4. respectively carrying out corona treatment on the surface layer of the BOPP and the surface layer of the PE; 5. and controlling the unreeling tension, the reeling tension, the oven tension and the compounding speed when the BOPP and the PE are compounded.

The small-capacity liquid self-standing bag with the nozzle provided by the embodiment can be applied to food packaging, industrial product packaging, daily chemical product packaging and medical appliance packaging. In addition, the small-capacity liquid self-supporting bag with the nozzle can be melted again, extruded and granulated after the nozzle is removed, and recycled.

The following tests were conducted on a small volume spouted liquid stand-up pouch (hereinafter referred to as sample 1) and an existing environmentally friendly recyclable packaging bag made of polyolefin material (hereinafter referred to as sample 2) provided in this example:

1. and (3) testing puncture strength: the standard environment of sample state regulation and test is carried out according to GB/T2918, and the test environment conditions are that the temperature is 23 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃, the relative humidity is 50 percent plus or minus 1 percent, and the test is carried out according to GB/T10004 'Plastic composite film for packaging, bag dry compounding and extrusion compounding'.

2. Oxygen transmission capacity test: the standard environment of sample state regulation and test is carried out according to the GB/T2918 regulation, the test environment condition is that the temperature is 23 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃, the relative humidity is 50 percent plus or minus 1 percent, and the test is carried out according to GB/T1038-2000 pressure difference method of plastic film and thin sheet gas permeability test method.

3. Water vapor transmission test: the standard environment for sample state regulation and test is specified in GB/T2918, and the test environment conditions are 23 ℃ +/-2 ℃ and 50% +/-1% of relative humidity, and the test is carried out according to GB/T1037-1988 cup method for testing the water vapor permeability of plastic films and sheets.

4. Testing of heat seal strength: the standard environment of sample state regulation and test is performed according to GB/T2918, and the test environment condition is that the temperature is 23 ℃ + -2 ℃, the relative humidity is 50% + -1%, and the sample is pre-placed for 8hr under the condition; heat seal strength unit: n/15 mm.

Sample 2 was a PP/PE multilayer composite structure and samples 1 and 2 were the same thickness with the results shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results of table 1:

the small-capacity self-standing liquid bag with a nozzle provided by the embodiment adopts a BOPP/INK/PE composite structure, and the puncture force is larger due to the adoption of the BOPP. The small-capacity self-standing spouted liquid bag provided by the embodiment enables the heat-seal strength to be high by controlling the ratio of the thickness of the BOPP to the thickness of the PE and the temperature of the heat-seal cutter.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
