The Ganoderma has umbrella shape and pileus kidney shape, and is fruiting body of Ganoderma of Polyporaceae. Has effects of invigorating qi, tranquilizing mind, relieving cough and asthma, and can be used for treating vertigo, insomnia, palpitation, short breath, and cough and asthma due to asthenia. Ganoderma contains abundant ganoderan, ergosterol, triterpenes, coumarins, volatile oil, stearic acid, benzoic acid, alkaloid, vitamin B2 and vitamin C; the spore also contains mannitol, trehalose, etc.

The bacillus prodigiosus is also called serratia marcescens, belongs to the eubacteriales, enterobacteriaceae and serratia, and is the most representative genus of enterobacteriaceae. The species is gram-negative bacteria, exists in water, soil and human intestinal tract, the cells are rod-shaped or spherical, and the strains can usually produce red prodigiosin. Neutral lipopolysaccharide containing in its cell wall outer membrane a biological activity of resisting cancer, inhibiting infection, enhancing immunity, etc. is called Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide.

People often research the medicinal value of lucid ganoderma and lucid ganoderma fermentation products, and at present, no report on preparation of fertilizer by fermenting lucid ganoderma by adopting lucid ganoderma through lucid ganoderma is reported.

(1) according to the weight portion, 100 portions of ganoderma lucidum, 30 to 50 portions of corn and 20 to 40 portions of oyster are crushed by 40 to 80 meshes and evenly mixed;

(2) adding 800 parts of water at 50-65 ℃, inoculating 2-8 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation, and fermenting for 18-32 h;

(3) cooling to 25-35 deg.C, fermenting for 10-20 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate.

The filtration adopts a filter screen, and the mesh number of the filter screen is 100 meshes and 200 meshes.

And (4) diluting the filtrate prepared in the step (3) by 2-30 times.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the strain is inoculated into a culture medium which takes lucid ganoderma as a main component and fermented to obtain the ganoderin compound microbial polysaccharide, the ganoderin compound microbial polysaccharide contains a treponema conformation, and the main monosaccharide component of the ganoderin compound polysaccharide is analyzed by GC-MS to be arabinose and a small amount of galactose, mannose, xylose and idose; the polysaccharide is mainly in a (4 → 7) glycosidic bond connection configuration and is accompanied by a small number of structures connected by branched chains at the 1 → 6 position, the ganoderin microbial compound polysaccharide is glucan connected by arabinose units through beta- (4 → 7) glycosidic bonds, and the main configuration characteristic is a (4 → 7) beta-D-linear connection framework structure. The domestication mode is to physically adjust the culture temperature, and the activity of the strain is enhanced by utilizing the change of high and low temperature, so as to obtain richer secondary metabolites. In the following examples, the Bacillus species is Serratia marcescens NS-17, which is purchased from Shanghai Haosheng Biotech Co., Ltd, and the viable count of Bacillus is 5X10 in the cultured Bacillus preparation7cfu/g。

Example 1

The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 120 parts of lucid ganoderma, 40 parts of corn, 30 parts of oyster, 5 parts of bacillus prodigiosus and 500 parts of water.

The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the weight parts, 120 parts of lucid ganoderma, 40 parts of corn and 30 parts of oyster are crushed by 60 meshes and uniformly mixed;

(2) adding 500 parts of water with the temperature of 60 ℃, inoculating 5 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation, and fermenting for 24 hours;

(3) cooling to 30 deg.C, fermenting for 15h, and filtering with 150 mesh filter screen to obtain filtrate.

Example 2

The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of lucid ganoderma, 30 parts of corn, 20 parts of oyster, 3 parts of bacillus prodigiosus and 300 parts of water.

The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the weight parts, 100 parts of lucid ganoderma, 30 parts of corn and 20 parts of oyster are crushed by 50 meshes and uniformly mixed;

(2) adding 300 parts of water with the temperature of 50 ℃, inoculating 3 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation, and fermenting for 32 hours;

(3) cooling to 25 deg.C, fermenting for 18h, and filtering with 120 mesh filter screen to obtain filtrate.

Example 3

The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of lucid ganoderma, 50 parts of corn, 40 parts of oyster, 7 parts of bacillus prodigiosus and 700 parts of water.

The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the weight parts, 150 parts of lucid ganoderma, 50 parts of corn and 40 parts of oyster are crushed by 70 meshes and uniformly mixed;

(2) adding 700 parts of water with the temperature of 65 ℃, inoculating 7 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation, and fermenting for 18 hours;

(3) cooling to 35 deg.C, fermenting for 12h, and filtering with 200 mesh filter screen to obtain filtrate.

Comparative example 1

The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 120 parts of lucid ganoderma, 40 parts of corn, 30 parts of oyster, 5 parts of bacillus prodigiosus and 500 parts of water.

The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the weight parts, 120 parts of lucid ganoderma, 40 parts of corn and 30 parts of oyster are crushed by 60 meshes and uniformly mixed;

(3) cooling to 30 deg.C, fermenting for 15h, and filtering with 150 mesh filter screen to obtain filtrate.

Comparative example 2

The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of corn, 150 parts of oyster, 5 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation and 500 parts of water.

The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the weight portion, 40 portions of corn and 150 portions of oyster are crushed by 60 meshes and evenly mixed;

(2) adding 500 parts of water with the temperature of 60 ℃, inoculating 5 parts of bacillus prodigiosus preparation, and fermenting for 24 hours;

(3) cooling to 30 deg.C, fermenting for 15h, and filtering with 150 mesh filter screen to obtain filtrate.

Experimental example 1:
