In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a new package is provided, which can be die-cut from a piece of paperboard, formed by binding and folding, and is easy to use and reusable.

Specifically, the box comprises a first side plate 10, a second side plate 11, a third side plate 13 and a fourth side plate 13 which are connected in sequence, wherein the first side plate 10, the second side plate 11, the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 13 are connected end to form a box body of the packing box. The end of the first side plate 10 far away from the second side plate 11 or the end of the fourth side plate 13 far away from the third side plate 13 can be further provided with a joint 14, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the joint 14 are obliquely arranged so as to prevent the joint 14 from being too long to influence the folding of the packing box. The joint 14 can realize the forming of the box body by a nailing mode instead of a sticking mode and the like, and can ensure the stability of the box body.

The lower end of the first side plate 10 is connected with a first bottom plate 20, the lower end of the third side plate 13 is connected with a second bottom plate 21, two sides of the second bottom plate 21 are respectively connected with a third folding bottom plate 22 and a fourth folding bottom plate 23, and the first bottom plate 20, the second bottom plate 21, the third folding bottom plate 22 and the fourth folding bottom plate 23 are folded to form a box bottom of the box body so as to support an object. When the packing box is folded and formed, the second top board 31 is folded, then the first top board 30 is folded to enable the inserting board 35 to be inserted into the first inserting hole 36, and then the inserting tongue 37 is inserted into the tongue hole 38, so that the fixation of the box cover is formed.

More preferably, the upper ends of the second side plate 11 and the fourth side plate 13 are further connected to a third top plate 32 and a fourth top plate 33, respectively, and the connecting positions of the adjacent top plates and side plates are all provided with a first fillet 34, that is, the positions of the first top plate 30, the second top plate 31, the first side plate 10 and the second side plate 11 are filleted, and similarly, the connecting positions of the second top plate 31, the third top plate 32, the second side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 are also filleted. The arrangement of the first rounded corners 34 makes the top plate more easily folded inwards and less likely to damage the structure of the packing box.

In order to make the packing box of the present invention portable, a long hole 40 for the hand buckle to pass through may be opened in the middle of the first top board 30, and a hand hole 39 is opened at a corresponding position of the second top board 31. The two lifting holes 39 are arranged, and when the packaging box needs to be used, a lifting buckle can penetrate through the lifting holes 39 and penetrate out of the strip holes 40, so that the packaging box is convenient to lift and carry.

In a specific embodiment, the thickness of the corrugated cardboard adopted by the novel packaging box provided by the invention is 3mm, and the corresponding types of the novel packaging box are as follows: and B pit. Specifically, the length, width and height of the box body are respectively a1, b1 and c1, and the corresponding sizes are respectively 290mm, 150mm and 270 mm. In another embodiment of the present invention, a forming method of a novel packing box is further provided, with reference to fig. 5, the forming method includes the steps of:

s1, processing to obtain a packaging box blank, wherein the packaging box blank comprises a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are sequentially connected, a first top plate and a first top plate which are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the first side plate, a second top plate and a second bottom plate which are respectively connected with the third side plate, and a third folding bottom plate and a fourth folding bottom plate which are connected with the two sides of the second bottom plate, joints are connected on the first side plate and/or the fourth side plate, and creases are arranged among the plates;

s2, binding the first side plate and the fourth side plate by using the joint to form a box body by the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate;

s31, folding the second bottom plate into the box body and close to the inner wall of the box body, and then folding the third folding bottom plate and the fourth folding bottom plate towards the first bottom plate;

In the steps of the method of the present invention, step S4 may also be set before step S31, i.e., fixing the box cover and then fixing the box bottom, or some specific actions in the steps may be performed before step S31 or between steps S31-S33, such as folding the third top plate and the fourth top plate toward the middle of the box in step S4 after step S31 is completed. The production method of the novel packing box has the advantages of simple product production and high reuse rate.
