Further, the side pushing mechanism 3 comprises a supporting leg a31 and a supporting leg b32 fixedly arranged at two sides of the conveying net 23, an air cylinder 33 fixedly arranged on the supporting leg a31, a pushing plate a34 driven by the air cylinder 33 and slidably arranged on the supporting leg a31, a pushing plate b35 slidably arranged on the supporting leg b32, a rack a36 fixedly arranged on the pushing plate a34, a rack b37 fixedly arranged on the pushing plate b35, a gear a38 rotatably arranged on the supporting leg b32, a plurality of carding teeth 39 fixedly arranged on the pushing plate a34 and the pushing plate b35, a telescopic plate 311 rotatably arranged on one ends of the pushing plate a34 and the pushing plate b35, a rotating plate 312 rotatably arranged on one ends of the supporting leg a31 and the supporting leg b32, and a sliding groove a313 arranged on the rotating plate 312, wherein the telescopic plate 311 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove a313 in the rotating plate 312.

It should be further noted that in this embodiment, a pushing plate a34 and a pushing plate b35 are arranged in the side pushing mechanism 3, a rack a36 and a rack b37 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the pushing plate a34 and the pushing plate b35, a gear a38 is arranged between the rack a36 and the rack b37, when the air cylinder 33 drives the pushing plate a34 to push towards the middle of the conveying net 23, the rack a36 drives the gear a38 to rotate, and further under the action of the rotation of the gear a38, the rack b37 simultaneously pushes towards the middle of the conveying net 23, in this process, the combing teeth 39 arranged on the pushing plate a34 and the pushing plate b35 push and gather the aquatic weeds towards the middle in the conveying process, so that the aquatic weeds reach the shredding mechanism 4 and are located at the middle position of the conveying net 23, the shredding mechanism 4 can conveniently cut the conveyed aquatic weeds, and the omission of the aquatic weeds can be prevented; the retractable plate 311 is rotatably arranged at the tail ends of the push plate a34 and the push plate b35, the retractable plate 311 is slidably arranged in the rotating plate 312, when the push plate a34 and the push plate b35 push aquatic weeds, the retractable plate 311 slides out of the rotating plate 312 to block the aquatic weeds which are subsequently transmitted, when the push plate a34 and the push plate b35 reset, the retractable plate 311 returns to the inside of the rotating plate 312, the retractable plate 311 and the rotating plate 312 are arranged to prevent the aquatic weeds from falling off from the edge of the conveying net 23 in the process of gathering and pushing the aquatic weeds, the intelligent degree of the device is improved, and the efficiency of conveying and cutting the aquatic weeds is improved.

Further, the shredding mechanism 4 includes a support frame 41 fixedly disposed on the hull 1, a cutting barrel 42 and a motor c43 fixedly disposed on the support frame 41, a rotating rod 44 driven by a motor c43, a plurality of blades 45 fixedly disposed on the rotating rod 44, a blanking hopper 46 fixedly disposed on the bottom surface of the cutting barrel 42, a rotating seat b47 fixedly disposed on the side surface of the cutting barrel 42, and a chute b48 opened on the inner wall of the cutting barrel 42.

Further, the transfer mechanism 5 includes a motor d51 and a conveying pipe 52 fixedly disposed on the hull 1, a screw 53 rotatably disposed in the conveying pipe 52 driven by a motor d51, a blanking port 54 disposed at one end of the conveying pipe 52, and a plurality of water seepage holes 55 disposed at the tail end of the conveying pipe 52.

Further, the blocking assembly 6 comprises a rotating column 61, a long shaft 62 and a circular baffle 63 which are rotatably arranged on the rotating column 61, a gear b64 fixedly arranged on the long shaft 62, a hollow groove 65 formed on the circular baffle 63, and a straight tooth 66 which is formed on the circular baffle 63 and is meshed with the gear b64 in the circumferential direction, wherein the long shaft 62 is connected with the screw 53 through a belt a 67.

Here, the present embodiment provides the screw 53 in the transfer mechanism 5, the screw 53 is driven by the motor d51 to timely convey the cut aquatic weeds to the blocking assembly 6, when the aquatic weeds are conveyed to the seepage holes 55 at the tail end of the conveying pipe 52, the circular baffle 63 in the blocking assembly 6 blocks the aquatic weeds, so that the aquatic weeds conveyed by the screw 53 cannot be discharged out of the conveying pipe 52, when more and more aquatic weeds are accumulated at the seepage holes 55 at the tail end of the conveying pipe 52, the water in the aquatic weeds is squeezed and discharged through the seepage holes 55, the discharged water flows into the water area from the water discharge groove 15 on the hull 1, when the screw 53 continues to rotate, the empty groove 65 on the circular baffle 63 linked with the screw 53 rotates to the seepage holes 55 at the tail end of the conveying pipe 52, the aquatic weeds which are dehydrated in the conveying pipe 52 are discharged out of the conveying pipe 52 through the empty groove 65, the transfer mechanism 5 and the blocking assembly 6 are provided to improve the automation degree of the device and the efficiency of dehydrating weeds, the dehydrated weeds can be conveniently output, and the dryness of the cabin is maintained while the cleanness of a water area is kept.

Further, the hull 1 is provided with a cockpit 13, a receiving basket 14, and a drain tank 15 opened on the inner bottom surface of the cockpit.

Example two

As shown in fig. 13 and 14, wherein the same or corresponding components as in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience; the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the shaking assembly 7 comprises a rotating arm 71 rotatably arranged on a rotating seat b47, a concave-convex ring 72 fixedly arranged at one end of the rotating arm 71, a shaking plate 73 arranged in the cutting barrel 42 in a sliding manner, a plurality of blanking holes 74 formed in the shaking plate 73, a sliding block 75 and a supporting rod 76 fixedly arranged on the shaking plate 73, and a convex ball 77 fixedly arranged on the supporting rod 76, wherein a spring 78 is arranged between the sliding block 75 and a sliding groove b48, and the rotating arm 71 is connected with the rotating rod 44 through a belt b 79.

Working process

Firstly, an operator drives the ship body 1 to travel in a water area, the mowing mechanism 8 at the front end of the ship body 1 cuts off aquatic weeds in the water area, then the transportation net 23 at the front end of the ship body 1 is driven by the motor b21 to scoop up the cut aquatic weeds from the water and transport the cut aquatic weeds backwards, the air cylinder 33 in the side pushing mechanism 3 drives the pushing plate a34 to move towards the middle of the transportation net 23 during the transportation of the aquatic weeds by the transportation net 23, the pushing plate b35 simultaneously moves towards the middle of the transportation net 23 under the action of the gear a38, in the process, the combing teeth 39 on the pushing plate a34 and the pushing plate b35 push the aquatic weeds on the transportation net 23 towards the middle, the water weeds after being gathered are continuously transported by the transportation net 23 and fall into the cutting barrel 42 in the chopping mechanism 4, then the water weeds fall onto the shaking plate 73 at the bottom of the cutting barrel 42, and the convex balls 77 on the shaking plate 73 are under the action of the convex-concave-convex rings 72, shake fast from top to bottom, in transferring mechanism 5 is transferred to the aquatic weeds that will cut up, screw 53 among the transferring mechanism carries aquatic weeds to conveyer pipe 52 tail end infiltration hole 55 department, the aquatic weeds that reachs infiltration hole 55 department blocks it by circular baffle 63, in-process at screw 53 continuation propelling movement aquatic weeds, water in the aquatic weeds of infiltration hole 55 department receives the extrusion, discharge through infiltration hole 55, the waters is discharged to the rethread drainage tank 15 on the hull 1, when empty groove 65 among the circular baffle 63 rotates to conveyer pipe 52 tail end infiltration hole 55 department, the aquatic weeds that gathers in infiltration hole 55 department fall out through empty groove 65, accomplish the output in the material receiving basket 14 that falls into on the hull 1.
