When the reactor 2 bears the block sludge or pollutants to a certain degree, the reactor is flushed by selecting proper air pressure and air quantity, and the stripped sludge and pollutants can be flushed in the purification operation process and settled to a sewage collection area at the bottom of the tank; the water can be discharged while flushing, or the water can be flushed completely from top to bottom by manpower, so that the water purifying function of the whole process section of water treatment can be well recovered.
