Background

At present, the grounding trolley of the 10kV switch cabinet is widely applied to grounding of various 10kV switch cabinets, but the sizes of the 10kV feeder cabinet and the 10kV main switch cabinet which are operated at present are not uniform, the size of the commonly used 10kV feeder switch cabinet is 800mm wide, the size of the 10kV main switch cabinet is 1000mm wide, the contact intervals of the switch cabinets with different sizes are different, and the grounding trolleys with different models are required to be arranged aiming at the switch cabinets with different sizes. In view of the redundant configuration (two grounding trolleys of the same type are configured, and when one grounding trolley is damaged, a spare trolley is available), at least 8 grounding trolleys need to be configured for one substation. On the one hand, the method is not economical, on the other hand, the maintenance workload of the grounding trolley is increased, and the problem of orderly storage of the grounding trolley is brought.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the novel grounding trolley conductive arm device applicable to switch cabinets with different sizes disclosed in this embodiment includes a fixing base 1, a vertical slider 2, a vertical slide rail 3, an angle bracket 4, a vertical adjusting screw 5, a conductive arm 6, and a horizontal adjusting screw 7.

The fixing base 1 of this embodiment is a cuboid-shaped plate frame base with the front side in the length direction and the right side in the width direction serving as an opening side, and upper convex and lower convex sliding grooves are symmetrically arranged at positions corresponding to the middle position in the width direction on a top plate and a bottom plate of the fixing base.

A round hole is arranged at the center of the side plate of the fixed seat 1 in the width direction.

The cross section of the vertical sliding block 2 is T-shaped, and is connected to the middle position of the back surface of the fixing seat 1 in the length direction, and after the vertical sliding block 2 is connected, the end plate of the vertical sliding block is parallel to the back plate of the fixing seat.

The contact section comprises a connection arm 63 and a contact 64 in its outer section, the connection arm 63 comprising a metal rod 631 with an external screw head and an insulating layer in its outer wall.

When the contact section is connected to the conductive section, the male screw 631 is screwed into the female screw 621, and the total length of the conductive arm 6 is adjusted by the length of the threaded connection between the male screw and the female screw.

The external dimension of the conductive seat 61 is matched with the inner cavity dimension of the fixed seat 1.

In order to facilitate the rotation operation of the vertical adjusting screw 5 and the horizontal adjusting screw 7, butterfly screws are selected.

Tests prove that the size of the fixed seat is about 145mm long, and the width and height of the inner cavity are about 40 mm. The size of the body of the conductive seat is equal to the size of the inner cavity of the fixed seat, the sliding strips at the top and the bottom of the cubic conductive seat are inserted into the sliding grooves in the fixed seat and then can flexibly slide, and the sliding strips are in clearance fit with the sliding grooves. The length of the vertical slide rail is preferably about 80 mm.

By adopting the device, only two grounding trolleys can be configured in the 110kV station, and only three grounding trolleys can be configured in the 220kV station. The operation cost of the transformer substation can be effectively saved, the economy is improved, the maintenance workload of the grounding trolley is reduced, and the problem of orderly storage and management of multiple different types of trolleys equipped in the past transformer substation is solved.
