Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical care, in particular to a multi-switch stomach tube device.

Background

In medical care activities, it is often necessary to perform timed and intermittent negative pressure suction operations on patients, such as: the suction of oral secretion and sputum is performed periodically, and the suction of gastric juice is performed periodically. In some cases, the patient has more secretions, requiring a higher frequency of attraction, even up to 10 to 20 per hour, which is undoubtedly a huge workload for the medical care personnel. However, in order to reduce the damage to the mucous membrane caused by the negative pressure suction, a continuous suction method cannot be adopted in practice. Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention provides a multi-switch stomach tube device, which reduces the workload of medical staff, ensures timely and effective negative pressure suction and has higher safety.

To achieve the above objects, in one aspect, the present invention provides a multi-switch gastric tube device comprising an inner tube, an outer tube, and a control conduit;

the inner pipe comprises an inner pipe pipeline and a connector positioned at one end of the inner pipe pipeline;

the outer pipe comprises an outer pipe pipeline and a negative pressure connecting part positioned at one end of the outer pipe pipeline; a switch valve is arranged on the negative pressure connecting part;

the outer pipe pipeline is sleeved outside the inner pipe pipeline, and the tail end of the inner pipe pipeline is positioned outside the outer pipe pipeline; the outer pipe pipeline is provided with a through hole;

the control pipeline comprises a first end part connected with the negative pressure device, a second end part connected with the negative pressure connecting part, a one-way valve, a mechanical switch and a timing switch;

the timing switch is intermittently turned on at preset time intervals to realize negative pressure suction.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. Elements and features depicted in one drawing or one embodiment of the invention may be combined with elements and features shown in one or more other drawings or embodiments. It should be noted that the figures and description omit representation and description of components or processes that are not relevant to the present invention and that are known to those of ordinary skill in the art for the sake of clarity.

The embodiment of the invention provides a multi-switch stomach tube device, which comprises: inner tube, outer tube and control line.

As shown in fig. 5a to 5c, the specific structure of the control line is as follows.

The control circuit includes a first end 51, a second end 52, a check valve 53, a mechanical switch 54, and a timed switch 55.

The first end 51 is connected to a negative pressure device. The second end 52 is connected to the negative pressure connection of the outer tube. The timing switch 55 is intermittently turned on at preset time intervals to achieve negative pressure suction.

Fig. 1 to 4 show specific structures of the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The inner pipe comprises an inner pipe conduit 11 and a coupling head 12 at one end of the inner pipe conduit 11. The outer tube comprises an outer tube conduit 13 and a negative pressure connection 14 at one end of the outer tube conduit. Wherein, the negative pressure connection part 14 can be provided with a switch valve 141.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the outer pipe 13 is sleeved outside the inner pipe 11 and the end of the inner pipe 11 is located outside the outer pipe 13. Wherein, the outer pipe 13 is provided with a through hole 131.

The negative pressure connection 14 of the outer tube shown in fig. 1 to 4 is connected to the second end 52 in fig. 5. At preset time intervals, the timing switch 55 is automatically turned on to realize negative pressure suction, so that sputum, other secretions, foreign matters and the like are sucked into the outer pipe 13 from the through hole 131, then enter the control pipeline through the negative pressure connecting part 14, and are sucked out through the one-way valve 53. The timing switch 55 is turned on for a while and then automatically turned off, and the negative pressure suction is stopped. If the timing switch 55 is not normally closed due to an accident or emergency, the pipeline can be closed by operating the mechanical switch 54.

As shown in fig. 5a to 5c, the check valve 53, the mechanical switch 54 and the timing switch 55 may be disposed in sequence in the direction from the first end 51 to the second end 52, but the disposition is not limited to this. The one-way valve 53 ensures that the negative pressure suction is performed in one direction, and the safety is improved. The mechanical switch 54 and the timing switch 55 have the advantage of double safety.

In other specific embodiments, the multi-switch gastric tube device of embodiments of the present invention further comprises an alarm assembly electrically connected to the timer switch.

In other specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 6a, the multi-switch gastric tube device of embodiments of the present invention further comprises a guiding assembly comprising a power-supplying body 61 and a fiber-attached guiding wire 62. The power supply body 61 is connected to the guide wire 62, and the power supply body 61 is provided therein with a power supply and a light source electrically connected to the power supply for supplying light to the optical fiber.

As shown in fig. 6c, the guide wire 62 with the optical fiber attached thereto is inserted into the inner tubular passage 11 through the coupling head 12.

The bottom end of the guide wire 62 reaches the distribution region of the through-holes 131.

In some specific embodiments, the power supply body 61 is provided with a power supply switch 611, as shown in fig. 6 a.

The light source is electrically connected to a power source through a power switch 611. When the power switch 611 is turned on, the power is connected to the light source, and the light source is turned on. When the power switch 611 is turned off, the connection between the power source and the light source is interrupted, and the light source is turned off.

In particular, the light source may be an LED light source.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6a, a holding operation portion 612 is disposed outside the power supply main body 61. The light source is electrically connected to a power source through a power switch 611. The multi-switch stomach tube device provided by each embodiment of the invention is convenient for an operator to observe the position of the lower tube during operation, reduces the operation time and operation errors, and can reduce the discomfort of a patient. The lower tube is more reasonable in position, and is beneficial to absorbing sputum, other secretions and foreign matters, so that patients with various diseases can obviously benefit.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the structure of the stomach tube is improved, so that the positive effect of preventing aspiration is realized under the condition that the nutrient solution can be normally fed. The common pathway leading to aspiration, whether oral secretions, gastric contents or food, foreign bodies, is in the laryngopharynx below the epiglottis and above the cricoid. The stomach tube device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for more accurately and efficiently positioning through the guide assembly, and can be used for intermittently performing negative pressure suction at preset time intervals through the control pipeline so as to effectively suck secretions in a patient body, reduce aspiration from various sources and effectively reduce the workload of medical staff.
