Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of numerical control machining, in particular to an integrated electric spindle.

Background

The electric main shaft is a new technology which integrates a machine tool main shaft and a main shaft motor into a whole and appears in the field of numerical control machine tools, and the electric main shaft, a linear motor technology and a high-speed cutter technology push high-speed processing to a new era. The electric main shaft is a set of components and comprises the electric main shaft and accessories thereof, namely the electric main shaft, a high-frequency conversion device, an oil mist lubricator, a cooling device, a built-in encoder, a tool changing device and the like. The rotor of the motor is directly used as the main shaft of the machine tool, the shell of the main shaft unit is the motor base, and the motor and the main shaft of the machine tool are integrated by matching with other parts.

The existing electric spindle is complex in structure and inconvenient to install.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an integrated electric spindle which is reasonable in structure, simple in structure and convenient to install.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an integrated electric spindle, which comprises a spindle box, a spindle, a front sealing structure and a rear sealing structure, wherein the spindle penetrates through the spindle box;

the front sealing structure comprises a front waterproof sealing cover, a front adjusting spacer ring, a first bearing, an early warning adjusting washer set, a second bearing, a front washer and a first lock cap, the front adjusting spacer ring, the first bearing, the early warning adjusting washer set, the second bearing and the front washer are sequentially sleeved outside the main shaft, the front waterproof sealing cover is fixedly connected with the main shaft box, the front waterproof sealing cover is positioned at one end, far away from the early warning adjusting washer set, of the first bearing, the first lock cap is in threaded connection with the main shaft, and the first lock cap is positioned at one end, far away from the second bearing, of the front washer;

the rear sealing structure comprises a second lock cap, a rear adjusting space ring, a third bearing, a rear waterproof sealing cover, a rear gasket and a third lock cap, the rear adjusting space ring, the third bearing and the rear gasket are sequentially sleeved outside the main shaft, the second lock cap is in threaded connection with the rear adjusting space ring, one end of the third bearing is far away from the rear adjusting space ring, the rear waterproof sealing cover is fixedly connected with the main shaft box, the rear waterproof sealing cover is in threaded connection with the third bearing, the third lock cap is in threaded connection with the main shaft, the third lock cap is in threaded connection with the rear gasket, one end of the third bearing is far away from the rear gasket, and the rear waterproof sealing structure is simple so as to facilitate installation of the electric main shaft.

The spindle box is provided with an access hole so as to be convenient for maintaining components inside the spindle box.

The first bearing adopts an NN3020K bearing, the second bearing adopts a BTM100 bearing, and the third bearing adopts an NN3018K bearing for adaptation.

the front sealing structure 3 comprises a front waterproof sealing cover 31, a front adjusting spacer 32, a first bearing 33, an early warning adjusting washer group 34, a second bearing 35, a front washer 36 and a first locking cap 37, wherein the front adjusting spacer 32, the first bearing 33, the early warning adjusting washer group 34, the second bearing 35 and the front washer 36 are sequentially sleeved outside the main shaft 2, the front waterproof sealing cover 31 is fixedly connected with the main shaft box 1, the front waterproof sealing cover 31 is positioned at one end, far away from the early warning adjusting washer group 34, of the first bearing 33, the first locking cap 37 is in threaded connection with the main shaft 2, and the first locking cap 37 is positioned at one end, far away from the second bearing 35, of the front washer 36;

In this embodiment, the first bearing 33 is an NN3020K bearing, the third bearing 43 is an NN3018K bearing, and both the NN3020K and the NN3018K standard bearings have a taper of 1:12, in order to obtain the best fit between the main shaft 2 and the first and third bearings 33 and 43, when the main shaft 2 is fitted, a taper tail (small head) is firstly contacted, and by combining the requirement of internal interference during installation of the first and third bearings 33 and 43 and the variation generated by the main shaft 2 due to the shrinkage force of the first and third bearings 33 and 43, the fitting degree of the taper after the interference installation of the main shaft 2 and the first and third bearings 33 and 43 is more than 95%, so as to ensure the system stability and rigidity of the main shaft 2; the second bearing 35 is a BTM100 bearing, and the BMT100 bearing is the only source of the axial supporting force of the main shaft 2 system, and is also the main reason for limiting the rotation speed of the main shaft 2. Although a larger pressure angle can obtain a larger axial supporting force, the rotating speed is also greatly limited, so that the second bearing 35 adopts a bidirectional thrust bearing with a special angle belt, the rotating speed of 5500rpm at the maximum is ensured, and the elastic displacement generated by the axial load is also ensured.

Further, a convex ring 21 is arranged on the outer side of the main shaft 2, the front waterproof cover 31 is provided with a groove 311 matched with the convex ring 21, and the convex ring 21 is positioned inside the groove 311;

In this embodiment, a protruding ring 21 is disposed on the outer side of the spindle 2, the protruding ring 21 and the grooves 311 are matched with each other to prevent liquid from overflowing into the spindle box 1, a plurality of grooves 311 are disposed at intervals on the front waterproof sealing cover 31, one sealing sleeve 38 is disposed inside any one of the grooves 311, the front waterproof sealing cover 31 and the spindle 2 adopt a multi-stage labyrinth groove design to fully ensure that liquid overflows when the spindle 2 is stationary, the front adjusting spacer ring 32 is provided with a hook portion 321, and the hook portion 321 is clamped inside the hook groove 313, so that the waterproof effect of the electric spindle is further improved.
