The multifunctional carpet is characterized by further comprising a base cloth, a multifunctional glue layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the suede is woven on one side of the base cloth, the multifunctional glue layer is coated on the other side of the base cloth, and the adhesive layer is located between the multifunctional glue layer and the carpet bottom so that the multifunctional glue layer is fixed with the carpet bottom.

8. A method for manufacturing a multifunctional carpet, characterized by comprising the following steps:

weaving the suede on one side of the base fabric;

the multifunctional glue layer is coated on the other side of the base cloth;

singeing the blanket bottom to enhance the anti-skid property of the blanket bottom;

and bonding the singed blanket bottom with the multifunctional glue layer through the bonding layer.

9. The method of manufacturing a multifunctional carpet of claim 8, characterized in that: the multifunctional glue layer is deodorant glue, the deodorant glue comprises SBR glue and a deodorant, the mass portion of the SBR glue is 98-99.5%, and the mass portion of the deodorant is 0.5-2%.

The method of manufacturing a multifunctional carpet of claim 8, characterized in that: the multifunctional glue layer is formaldehyde-removing glue, the formaldehyde-removing glue comprises SBR glue and a formaldehyde-removing agent, the SBR glue accounts for 55-65% by mass, and the formaldehyde-removing agent accounts for 35-45% by mass.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a carpet, in particular to a multifunctional carpet and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The automotive carpet belongs to interior ornaments, protects the cleanness in the automobile, plays pleasing to the eye comfortable effect of embellishing. In summer, parts and interior decorations in the automobile can emit formaldehyde and other odorous gases to a greater or lesser extent after being exposed to the sun, so that the drivers can feel bad and the health of the automobile is affected after the automobile inhales the parts and the interior decorations for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional carpet capable of eliminating formaldehyde or odor.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention also aims to provide a manufacturing method of the multifunctional carpet capable of eliminating formaldehyde or odor.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a multifunctional carpet comprises a suede surface and a carpet bottom, and further comprises a base cloth, a multifunctional glue layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the suede surface is woven on one side of the base cloth, the multifunctional glue layer is coated on the other side of the base cloth, and the adhesive layer is positioned between the multifunctional glue layer and the carpet bottom to fix the multifunctional glue layer and the carpet bottom.

Fig. 1 is a multi-function carpet of the present invention, which includes a pile face 10, a base fabric 20, a multi-function glue layer 30, an adhesive layer 40, and a carpet bottom 50.

The pile face 10 is formed by weaving yarns on the base fabric 20.

The multifunctional glue layer 30 is deodorizing glue or formaldehyde-removing glue. When the multifunctional glue layer 30 is deodorant glue, the multifunctional glue layer 30 comprises 98-99.5% by mass of SBR glue and 0.5-2% by mass of deodorant. When the multifunctional glue layer 30 is formaldehyde-removing glue, the formaldehyde-removing glue comprises SBR glue and formaldehyde-removing agent, wherein the SBR glue accounts for 55-65% by mass, and the formaldehyde-removing agent accounts for 35-45% by mass.

The adhesive layer 40 is an EVA material (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer).

The blanket bottom 50 is a PET material (polyester resin). The bottom surface of the carpet bottom 50 is singed, so that the surface has good anti-slip performance, and the carpet cannot easily move and deform.

The suede 10 is weaved on one side of the base cloth 20, the multifunctional glue layer 30 is coated on the other side of the base cloth 20, and the carpet bottom 50 is fixed with the multifunctional glue layer 30 by the adhesive layer 40.

Since the multifunctional carpet includes the multifunctional glue layer 30 coated on the base cloth 20, the multifunctional glue layer 30 can remove formaldehyde or odor, improve the air environment of the automobile, and provide the greatest health care. The multifunctional carpet material is environment-friendly, washable, wear-resistant, skid-resistant, comfortable, breathable and long in functional timeliness.

The invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the multifunctional carpet, which comprises the following steps:

weaving the suede on one side of the base fabric;

the multifunctional glue layer is coated on the other side of the base cloth;

singeing the blanket bottom to enhance the anti-skid property of the blanket bottom;

and bonding the singed blanket bottom with the multifunctional glue layer through the bonding layer.

Specifically, the multifunctional glue layer is deodorant glue, the deodorant glue comprises 98-99.5% of SBR glue and 0.5-2% of deodorant.
