Background

The battery is a fragile battery, if cause the leakage still can lead to chemical pollution when using, influence the environment, consequently people all can adorn the shell in the battery plus usually when using the battery, the protection battery, often need use the conveyer belt to carry the battery and mould the shell at the in-process of production and processing battery mould the shell.

The conveyer belt moulds the shell in-process at the transport battery, and the battery moulds the very easy adhesion of remaining mould bits on the shell and at the surface of conveyer belt, moulds the bits and after conveyer belt adhesion certain time, hardly the clean up, and then influences the use of conveyer belt.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a plastic scrap cleaning device for the surface of a conveying belt for conveying a battery plastic shell.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the supporting cylinder is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the fixing seat, the fixing plate is arranged at the top of the supporting cylinder, the wiping component is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate, the dirt scraping knife is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate, plastic scrap adhesive substances on a return conveyer belt are scraped by the dirt scraping knife, and the plastic scrap adhesive substances on the return conveyer belt are removed by moving the wiping plate in a reciprocating manner, so that the plastic scrap adhesive substances on the conveyer belt are cleaned.

2. According to the invention, the supporting component is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate, the conveying belt in the return stroke is positioned between the movable wiping plate and the pressing plate and is completely contacted with the movable wiping plate and the pressing plate, and the pressing plate can enable the conveying belt to be completely stretched and flattened, so that the movable wiping plate can conveniently wipe the conveying belt.

3. According to the invention, the cleaning assembly is rotatably sleeved on the supporting cylinder, the cleaning assembly is provided with a plurality of limiting installation assemblies, the cleaning assembly is connected with the fixed plate through the limiting installation assemblies, the rotating plate rotates around the supporting cylinder, the rotating wheel is rotated to enable the threaded rod to be installed in the first threaded hole in a threaded mode, the water spraying plate can be arranged on one side of the dirt scraping knife or one side of the movable wiping plate according to the conveying direction of the conveying belt, and different plastic scrap cleaning requirements are met.

Of course, it is not necessary for any one product that embodies the invention to achieve all of the above advantages simultaneously.

One side surface of the second mounting plate 604 is provided with a reverse switch 611 matched with the touch rod 607, and the reverse switch 611 drives the motor 608 to rotate reversely.

Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a dirt scraping knife 8, a first scrap storage box 10 and a second scrap storage box 11 are arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate 5, the dirt scraping knife 801 is vertically arranged, the dirt scraping knife 8 is located between the first scrap storage box 10 and the second scrap storage box 11, the dirt scraping knife 8 scrapes off the plastic scrap adhesive on the conveyer belt 1 in the return stroke, and the plastic scrap adhesive can fall into the first scrap storage box 10 and the second scrap storage box 11 and be cleaned according to the subsequent actual requirements.

In this embodiment: when the motor 608 is started to rotate forward, the transverse screw 602 rotates, the transverse screw 602 drives the sliding block 605 to move towards the second mounting plate 604, when the sliding block 605 approaches the second mounting plate 604, the touch rod 607 touches the reverse rotation switch 611, the motor 608 rotates reversely to move the sliding block 605 towards the first mounting plate 603, when the sliding block 605 approaches the first mounting plate 603, the touch rod 607 touches the forward rotation switch 610, the motor 608 rotates forward, and therefore the reciprocating wiping of the wiping plate 606 can be achieved, and plastic chip adhesion on the conveying belt 1 in the return stroke can be further wiped.

Based on the technical scheme described in the first embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the upper surface of the fixing plate 5 is provided with a supporting member 7. The supporting assembly 7 comprises four vertical threaded rods 701 and a pressing plate 702, wherein the four vertical threaded rods 701 are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate 5. Four corners of the pressing plate 702 are provided with mounting support plates 703, each mounting support plate 703 is provided with a through groove, the vertical threaded rod 701 movably penetrates through the through groove in the mounting support plate 703, each vertical threaded rod 701 is provided with two limit nuts 704 in a threaded manner, and the two limit nuts 704 are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the mounting support plate 703.

In this embodiment: the movable wiping plate 606 is attached to one surface of the return stroke of the conveying belt 1, the through groove in the installation supporting plate 703 is installed on the vertical threaded rod 701, the pressing plate 702 is attached to the other surface of the return stroke of the conveying belt 1, the limiting nut 704 is attached to the upper side and the lower side of the installation supporting plate 703 to limit the pressing plate 702, the conveying belt 1 in the operation return stroke is located between the movable wiping plate 606 and the pressing plate 702 and is in complete contact with the movable wiping plate 702, the pressing plate 702 can enable the conveying belt 1 to be completely stretched and flat, and the movable wiping plate 606 can conveniently wipe the conveying belt 1.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the limiting mounting assembly 9 includes a mounting block 901, a threaded rod 902, and a rotating wheel 903, wherein a top end of the mounting block 901 is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the fixing plate 5, the mounting block 901 is provided with a first threaded hole, the threaded rod 902 is in threaded mounting fit with the first threaded hole of the mounting block 901, and one end surface of the threaded rod 902 is provided with the rotating wheel 903. A plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the rotating plate 401, and the threaded rod 902 is installed in the second threaded holes in a threaded mode.

In this embodiment: through rotating the rotor plate 401 round support cylinder 3 and rotating runner 903 and making threaded rod 902 threaded installation advance first threaded hole, rotor plate 401 just can't rotate like this, can still remove the one side of wiping board 606 according to the direction of delivery of conveyer belt 1 with water spray plate 404 setting in the one side of scraping dirty sword 8, satisfies the bits of moulding clearance demand of difference.
