seventhly, after the dispersion system is completely dispersed, adding 6 parts of titanium dioxide and 19 parts of heavy calcium carbonate with 700 meshes, adjusting the rotating speed of a high-speed stirrer to be 1100-1300r/min, continuously dispersing for 10-15min, gradually increasing the temperature during stirring, and finally stabilizing the temperature at 37-40 ℃;

eighthly, adjusting the rotating speed of the high-speed stirrer to be 800 plus 950r/min, slowly adding 0.1 part of preservative, 0.1 part of deionized water, 0.22 part of thickening agent, 1.2 parts of ethylene glycol, 36 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of special emulsion, 2.4 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.5 part of preservative, 0.2 part of defoaming agent and 8.78 parts of deionized water in the continuous dispersion process, and continuously dispersing for 8-15min to obtain a uniform and particle-free mixed system;

ninthly, adding 4 isooctyltriethoxysilane, 3 polyvinylidene fluoride, 3 nanometer zinc oxide and 5 silicon dioxide aerogel into the mixing system, adjusting the rotating speed of a low-speed stirrer to 560 + 730r/min, stirring for 4-6min, adding 4 nanometer carbon powder, using a high-speed stirrer 1000 + 1350r/min, continuously dispersing for 6-14min, and cooling to the room temperature state to obtain the primer special for the high-adhesion odorless balcony.

The test shows that:

Judging the standard: the degree and amount of damage was rated on a numerical scale of 0 to 5, "0" for no damage and "5" for severity. The determination of the four levels of numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 is the best partition to get for the entire range of levels.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(3) The special primer for the balcony has high adhesion and odor purification capacity, alkali resistance and salting-out resistance. The priming paint has certain filter effect, avoids the generation of peculiar smell, and has certain solidification effect simultaneously, so that the priming paint is not easy to crack and fall off. The primer has a heat insulation structure, so that the product also has a good heat insulation effect.

The product of the invention is a product which has no VOC, formaldehyde and odor, completely accords with the environmental protection and health concept, accords with the trend of times and the requirements of the masses, can be used for indoor balcony decoration, and is a safe and healthy coating.
