Detailed Description

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

The embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, discloses a method for preventing seawater from entering during submarine pipeline laying, which takes a 316L mechanical composite pipe as an example to specifically describe the implementation steps of the invention, and each step is implemented as follows:

(1) installing a ball receiving device 3 at the port of the starting sea pipe 5, and carrying out backpressure test on a flange at the joint of the ball receiving device 3 and the starting sea pipe 5;

(2) installing a ball serving device 2 at the port of the termination sea pipe 5, and carrying out back pressure test on a flange at the joint of the ball serving device 2 and the termination sea pipe 5;

in step (1) and step (2), the self-pressure testing system 1 comprises a hose 11 and a connector 12, the connector 12 is connected through the hose 11, a pressure gauge 13 is connected in series, a ball valve is arranged between the pressure gauge 13 and a pressurizing pump 15, the oil inlet end of the pressurizing pump 15 is connected with a hydraulic oil tank 16, the oil outlet end of the pressurizing pump 15 is connected with the pressure gauge 13, the pressurizing pump 15 is used for pressurizing a ball sending end flange 21 and a ball receiving end flange 31 before the sea pipe 5 is drained, and therefore the self-pressure testing effect on the flanges is achieved before the drain is verified.

(3) After all the sea pipes 5 are filled with mud, the ball serving device 2 sends out a ball A blocked at the port of the starting sea pipe 5, the ball A is blocked at the port of the starting sea pipe 5, and fresh water is filled into the whole pipeline;

both ball a and ball B are plugging balls 4. After the pipeline is filled with fresh water, the fresh water generates certain pressure on the ball A and the ball B so as to balance the pressure of the external water pressure on the ball A and the ball B after the ball receiving device 3 and the ball serving device 2 are dismantled.

The ball A is pushed by fresh water to reach the position of the ball collecting end flange 31 of the ball collecting cylinder 32 on the ball collecting device 3.

(4) The ball B is sent out by the ball sending device 2, the ball B is blocked at the port of the sea pipe 5, and the ball sending device 2 and the ball receiving device 3 are removed, so that the submarine pipeline can be prevented from entering the seawater when being laid.

The ball collecting device 3 and the ball serving device 2 are provided with a ball collecting barrel 32 and a ball serving barrel 22, and the ball collecting barrel 32 and the ball serving barrel 22 can contain the blocking ball 4.

The ball A and the ball B are in interference fit at the end of the starting sea pipe 5 and the end sea pipe 5, so that the ball A and the ball B can be sealed more tightly and firmly.

Be equipped with positioner on ball A and the ball B, can effectively monitor ball A and ball B, the position of shutoff ball 4 can be mastered at any time to the personnel on the bank.

The invention specifically completes the seawater-entering prevention treatment when the sea pipe 5 is laid by the following steps: (1) before the initial sea pipe 5 enters water, a ball receiving device 3 is installed at the port of the initial sea pipe 5, a back pressure test is carried out on a flange at the joint of the ball receiving device 3 and the initial sea pipe 5, and the sea pipe 5 is laid; (2) before the sea pipe 5 is stopped to enter water, a ball serving device 2 is installed at the port of the sea pipe 5, and back pressure test is carried out on a flange at the joint of the ball serving device 2 and the sea pipe 5; (3) after the sea pipe 5 is completely filled with water and mud, fresh water is filled in the ball serving device 2, and meanwhile, the fresh water pushes the ball A to be blocked at the ball receiving end flange 31; (4) the ball B is sent out by the ball sending device 2, the ball B is blocked at the ball sending end flange 21, and the ball sending device 2 and the ball collecting device 3 are removed, so that the submarine pipeline can be prevented from entering seawater when being laid.

The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
