1. An anti-slip electronic connector, comprising:

5. The slip resistant electrical connector of claim 1 wherein said conductive pins are sized to match the size of said receptacles, said conductive pins being connected to said contact holes after said conductive pins are merged with said receptacles.

6. The electronic connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contact member is provided with third springs at both sides thereof, and fixing rods at upper and lower ends thereof, and the contact member is fixedly connected to the third springs and the fixing rods.

7. An anti-slip electronic connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting opening of the contact member is provided with a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is used for providing good sealing performance under working pressure and a certain temperature range, and automatically improving the sealing performance along with the increase of the pressure.

8. An anti-slip electrical connector as defined in claim 1, wherein a plurality of air holes are formed between said conductive pins.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to an anti-slipping electronic connector.

Background

Electrical connectors, also commonly referred to as circuit connectors, bridge two conductors in a circuit so that current or signals can flow from one conductor to the conductor arrangement of the other conductor. An electrical connector is a electromechanical system that provides a separable interface for connecting two sub-electronic systems, simply, the components used to complete the electrical connection between the electronic circuits or machines are called connectors, i.e., the bridge between the two. However, the electronic connector of the prior art is easy to loosen and fall off under the action of large external force after being inserted into the receiver.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the disclosed embodiment is to provide an anti-slipping electronic connector to solve the problem that the electronic connector is likely to slip due to external force.

To this end, the present disclosure provides a slip-resistant electronic connector comprising: the shell is used for protecting internal components, the top end of the shell is provided with an insertion hole which is used for being connected with a contact element, the inner wall of the shell is provided with a bottom plate, the top of the bottom plate is connected with a connecting plate and is fixed in the bottom plate through welding, a contact hole is formed in the connecting plate, pressing plates are arranged on two sides of the contact hole, one end of each pressing plate extends to the upper portion of the connecting block, and the lower end face of each pressing plate is abutted to the upper end of the bottom plate; the fixing component is arranged at the top end of the back of the shell and connected with the jack and is used for fixing the contact element so as to prevent the contact element from falling off and loosening; the contact element is connected with the shell, a plurality of conductive pins are arranged on the front surface part of the contact element, the contact element is connected with the conductive pins, and the conductive pins are correspondingly connected to the jacks; and the connecting assembly is connected to the conductive contact pin, abuts against the bottom of the contact piece, is used for being correspondingly connected to the jack and protects the normal operation of the electrical property of the conductive contact pin.

Preferably, fixed subassembly includes switch spare, connecting block, first spring, connecting rod and hasp, and the switch spare sets up in the both sides of casing, is protruding shape, and is connected with the connecting block, and the connecting block setting is in the position between switch spare and first spring, and the connecting rod setting is in the connecting block, and is connected with the both sides of connecting block, and the hasp setting is in the connecting block, and with jack connection to fix in the casing through screw spare.

Preferably, coupling assembling includes insulating clamp plate, insulator, second spring and movable block, and insulating clamp plate sets up at the top of electrically conductive contact pin, and the insulator setting is in insulating clamp plate's bottom, and insulating clamp plate is connected with the insulator, and the second spring is connected with the movable rod, and the second spring setting is in one side of movable rod, and the movable rod is located the both sides of electrically conductive contact pin, and is connected with electrically conductive contact pin.

Preferably, the top of electrically conductive contact pin is provided with coupling assembling, and with jack connection, the back portion of casing is provided with fixed subassembly, and is located the both sides of jack to be connected with the jack lateral wall, fixed subassembly and jack connection, electrically conductive contact pin and jack close the back of piecing together, and by the fixed subassembly fixed connection of coupling assembling and casing department in the electrically conductive contact pin.

Preferably, the size of the conductive pin is matched with that of the jack, and after the conductive pin is combined with the jack, the conductive pin is connected into the contact hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The inventors have found that electrical connectors, also commonly referred to as circuit connectors, bridge two conductors in a circuit so that current or signals can flow from one conductor to the other. An electrical connector is a electromechanical system that provides a separable interface for connecting two sub-electronic systems, simply, the components used to complete the electrical connection between the electronic circuits or machines are called connectors, i.e., the bridge between the two. However, the electronic connector of the prior art is easy to loosen and fall off under the action of large external force after being inserted into the receiver.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, an anti-slip electronic connector includes a housing 1, a fixing component 7, a contact 8, and a connecting component 10.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a housing 1 is used for protecting internal components, a jack 2 is disposed at a top end of the housing 1, the jack 2 is used for being connected to a contact element 8, a bottom plate 3 is disposed on an inner wall of the housing 1, a connecting plate 4 is connected to a top of the bottom plate 3 and fixed in the bottom plate 3 by welding, a contact hole 6 is disposed in the connecting plate 4, pressing plates 5 are disposed on two sides of the contact hole 6, one end of each pressing plate 5 extends to a position above a connecting block 72, and a lower end surface of each pressing plate 5 is abutted to an upper end of the bottom plate 3. Therefore, the bottom plate 3, the connecting plate 4, the pressing plate 5 and the contact hole 6 are arranged in the housing 1, and the housing is connected with the contact 8, so that the housing can be electrically connected with the contact 8.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the fixing member 7 is disposed at the top end of the back surface of the housing 1 and connected to the insertion hole 2, so that the fixing member 7 is used for fixing the contact 8 to prevent the contact 8 from falling off or loosening.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the contact member 8 is connected to the housing 1, the front surface of the contact member 8 is provided with a plurality of conductive pins 9, the contact member 8 is connected to the conductive pins 9, and the plurality of conductive pins 9 are correspondingly connected to the socket 2. The conductive pin 9 is spliced into the jack 2, the front end of the conductive pin 9 is in contact connection with the contact hole 6, and the conductive pin plays a role of a bridge between the blocked part or isolated and non-connected circuits in the circuit and takes charge of the transmission of current or signals.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the connecting assembly 10 is connected to the conductive pins 9 and abuts against the bottom of the contact 8, thereby providing a corresponding connection to the socket 2 and protecting the electrical performance of the conductive pins 9 from normal operation.

Referring to fig. 5, the fixing assembly 7 includes a switch 71, a connecting block 72, a first spring 73, a connecting rod 74 and a latch 75, the switch 71 is disposed on two sides of the housing 1, is in a convex shape, and is connected to the connecting block 72, the connecting block 72 is disposed between the switch 71 and the first spring 73, the connecting rod 74 is disposed in the connecting block 72 and is connected to two sides of the connecting block 72, and the latch 75 is disposed in the connecting block 72, is connected to the insertion hole 2, and is fixed in the housing 1 by a screw member. When the contact 8 is separated from the housing 1, the contact 8 can be conveniently separated by pressing down the switch 71 by hand, thereby improving the fixing function of the conductive pin 9.

Referring to fig. 6, the connecting assembly 10 includes an insulating pressing plate 101, an insulator 102, a second spring 103 and a movable block 104, the insulating pressing plate 5 is disposed on the top of the conductive pin 9, the insulator 102 is disposed on the bottom of the insulating pressing plate 101, the insulating pressing plate 101 is connected to the insulator 102, the second spring 103 is connected to a movable rod, the second spring 103 is disposed on one side of the movable rod, and the movable rod is disposed on two sides of the conductive pin 9 and connected to the conductive pin 9. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the size of the conductive pin 9 is matched with that of the jack 2, and after the conductive pin 9 is combined with the jack 2, the conductive pin 9 is connected to the contact hole 6.
