The colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate is characterized in that colored dyes are used for dyeing the two sides of the cigarette paper to obtain the colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate; the color dye is a Maillard intermediate of polypeptide and reducing sugar oxidized by saturated hydrogen peroxide.

The colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate as claimed in claim 2, wherein the polypeptide in the step (r) is one or more of wheat oligopeptide, corn oligopeptide, soybean oligopeptide or enzymatic casein, and the molecular weight of the polypeptide is 500-2000; the reducing sugar is one or more of fructose, arabinose or honey.

6. The method of producing a colored cigarette paper containing a maillard intermediate according to any of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate to adjust the mass ratio of the Maillard intermediate to the water to be 1: 1-10, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-3h to obtain a colorant solution;

(2) coating and dyeing the double surfaces of the cigarette paper by using the colorant solution in the step (1); and drying to obtain the colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate.

7. A preparation method according to claim 6, characterized in that a cigarette paper auxiliary agent is added into the colorant solution, and the cigarette paper auxiliary agent is one or two of potassium citrate or potassium malate.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of tobacco materials, and particularly relates to colored cigarette paper containing a Maillard reaction intermediate and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The cigarette paper is used for wrapping a cigarette tobacco shred column and is an important component of a cigarette accessory of three papers and one rod. The cigarette paper directly participates in the combustion of the cigarette and has special and direct influence on the smoke. With the development of individuation and differentiation of cigarettes, the colored cigarette paper gradually becomes a development trend.

The currently used colored cigarette paper mainly comprises synthetic pigment dyeing, natural pigment or natural product extract. Azo dyes are generally adopted for synthesizing the pigments, and the materials and combustion cracking products thereof have safety risks; natural pigments or extracts of natural products have poor color fastness due to their poor stability and are also very expensive.

The maillard reaction intermediate has hygroscopicity and poor stability in moist heat and aerobic states. But the Maillard reaction intermediate is oxidized by saturated hydrogen peroxide and has bright color and potential for preparing colorful cigarette paper; meanwhile, the Maillard reaction intermediate is non-volatile and odorless, but can generate fragrant substances in the smoking process, so that the smoking quality of the cigarettes is obviously improved, and the characteristic of increasing the fragrance of the cigarettes is achieved.

The invention uses the Maillard reaction intermediate in the cigarette paper for the first time.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a colored cigarette paper which is prepared by coating cigarette paper on both sides by a coating method by taking a substance of a Maillard reaction intermediate after being oxidized by saturated hydrogen peroxide as a coloring agent, and has good color fastness, high safety, low cost and latent fragrance.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention discloses a colored cigarette paper containing a Maillard intermediate, wherein colored dyes are used for dyeing the two sides of the cigarette paper to obtain the colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate; the color dye is a Maillard intermediate of polypeptide and reducing sugar oxidized by saturated hydrogen peroxide.

Preferably, the preparation method of the maillard intermediate of the polypeptide and the reducing sugar oxidized by saturated hydrogen peroxide comprises the following steps:

firstly, dissolving 1 weight part of polypeptide and 2-10 weight parts of reducing sugar in 4-20 weight parts of solvent, adjusting the pH value to 7-9, then heating to 60-90 ℃, reacting for 5-8h, and cooling to room temperature;

Preferably, the polypeptide in the step (i) is one or more of wheat oligopeptide, corn oligopeptide, soybean oligopeptide or enzymatic casein, and the molecular weight of the polypeptide is 500-; the reducing sugar is one or more of fructose, arabinose or honey.

Preferably, the solvent of step (i) is one or more of water, propylene glycol or glycerol.

Preferably, KOH is used for adjusting the pH value in the step (I), and K is used for adjusting the pH value in the step (II)2CO3

The second aspect of the invention discloses a preparation method of the colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate to adjust the mass ratio of the Maillard intermediate to the water to be 1: 1-10, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-3h to obtain a colorant solution;

(2) coating and dyeing the double surfaces of the cigarette paper by using the colorant solution in the step (1); and drying to obtain the colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate.

Preferably, before double-sided coating and dyeing of the cigarette paper, a cigarette paper auxiliary agent is added into the toner solution, and the cigarette paper auxiliary agent is one or two of potassium citrate or potassium malate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the Maillard intermediate oxidized by hydrogen peroxide is used as the color pigment for coating the cigarette paper for the first time, and the obtained cigarette paper has the advantages of high wear-resistant color fastness and light color fastness, high safety, low cost and potential specific fragrance, and is not easy to fade. The color pigment of the invention can be used together with other pigments to improve the color, luster and other qualities of the cigarette paper. The cigarette paper of the present invention may also be used in the packaging of foodstuffs for the mouth.

2. According to the invention, the polypeptide is optimized while reaction conditions such as temperature, time and the like are controlled, the polypeptide is controlled to react with reducing sugar to obtain a white or milky Maillard reaction intermediate, and the Maillard reaction intermediate obtained by oxidizing saturated hydrogen peroxide is used for obtaining the color pigment. The coating is used for double-sided coating of the cigarette paper, the cigarette paper has uniform and stable color, high color fastness to wear and high color fastness to illumination, and is not easy to fade; and the cigarette smoking quality is improved, and the safety can be ensured.

3. The product of the maillard reaction has a distinct characteristic aroma, but is highly volatile and less stable. Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.

Example 1

Weighing 1 part by weight of wheat oligopeptide with the molecular weight of 500 and 2 parts by weight of fructose, adding 3 parts by weight of solvent water and 1 part by weight of propylene glycol, completely dissolving, adding into a reaction kettle, adjusting the pH value to 7 with potassium hydroxide, sealing, heating to 60 ℃, reacting for 8 hours, and cooling to room temperature.

And then regulating the pH value to 7 by using potassium carbonate, adding 0.5 part by weight of saturated hydrogen peroxide at the temperature of 100 ℃, and stirring for reacting for 48 hours to obtain a dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate.

Adding a proper amount of potassium citrate into the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate, adding water to adjust the mass ratio of the Maillard intermediate to the water to be 1: 5, and carrying out ultrasonic mixing for 1h to obtain a colorant solution; then dyeing the two sides of the cigarette paper, and drying to obtain the required colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate; the obtained cigarette paper is light yellow, bright in color and has certain baking fragrance.

Example 2

Weighing 0.5 part by weight of corn oligopeptide with molecular weight of 2000, 0.5 part by weight of soybean oligopeptide with molecular weight of 1000, 5 parts by weight of fructose and 5 parts by weight of arabinose, adding 18 parts by weight of solvent water and 2 parts by weight of glycerol, adding the mixture into a reaction kettle after complete dissolution, adjusting the pH value to 9 by potassium hydroxide, sealing, heating to 90 ℃, reacting for 8 hours, and cooling to room temperature.

And then regulating the pH value to 9 by using potassium carbonate, adding 1 part by weight of saturated hydrogen peroxide at the temperature of 120 ℃, and stirring and reacting for 24 hours to obtain a dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate.

Adding a proper amount of potassium malate into the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate, adding water to adjust the mass ratio of the Maillard intermediate to the water to be 1: 10, carrying out ultrasonic mixing for 1h to obtain a colorant solution, and carrying out double-sided dyeing on the cigarette paper to obtain the required colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate. The obtained cigarette paper is earthy yellow and has certain baking aroma.

Example 3

Weighing 1 part by weight of enzymolysis casein with molecular weight of 1000, 4 parts by weight of fructose and 4 parts by weight of black bee honey, adding 8 parts by weight of solvent water and 2 parts by weight of glycerol, completely dissolving, adding into a reaction kettle, adjusting the pH value to 8 with potassium hydroxide, sealing, heating to 80 ℃, reacting for 6h, and cooling to room temperature.

Then, potassium carbonate is used for adjusting the pH value to 8.5, 0.75 weight part of saturated hydrogen peroxide is added at the temperature of 110 ℃, and the mixture is stirred and reacts for 36 hours to obtain the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate.

Adding a proper amount of potassium malate into the dispersion liquid of the Maillard intermediate, adding water to adjust the mass ratio of the Maillard intermediate to the water to be 1: 2, carrying out ultrasonic mixing for 1h to obtain a colorant solution, and carrying out double-sided dyeing on the cigarette paper to obtain the required colored cigarette paper containing the Maillard intermediate; the obtained cigarette paper is black and has baking fragrance.

Comparative example 1

The same preparation method as that of the embodiment 3 is adopted, the step of saturated hydrogen peroxide treatment is not carried out, the control colored cigarette paper is prepared, the cigarette paper and the control cigarette paper of the embodiment 3 are placed in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 40 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 percent for a week, then the color difference of the cigarette paper and the control cigarette paper is analyzed by a color difference meter, and the obtained data are shown in the following table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the color fastness of the colored cigarette paper obtained without the saturated hydrogen peroxide treatment step is obviously reduced.

Comparative example 2

The following control tests were carried out by selecting a white paper sheet a having the same physical properties as in example 3, a synthetic pigmented black paper sheet b of an imported brand, a natural pigmented black paper sheet c of a domestic brand and the black paper sheet obtained in example 3 as control samples.

And (3) azo detection:

the data obtained according to YQ/T62-2015 gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determination of azo dyes which release specific aromatic amines in cigarette paper are shown in Table 2 below.

As can be seen from Table 2, the aromatic amine content of the black cigarette paper obtained by the invention is far lower than that of the control sample, and the black cigarette paper has better safety.

And (3) detecting color fastness:

the cigarette paper a, b and c and the black cigarette paper obtained in example 3 were placed under sunlight for one week, and then the color difference was analyzed by a color difference meter, and the obtained data are shown in the following table 3:

As can be seen from Table 3, the black cigarette paper obtained by the invention has obviously better sunshine color fastness than a control sample and better color fastness.

Sensory evaluation of cigarettes:

As can be seen from Table 4, the cigarettes rolled by the black cigarette paper obtained by the invention have obvious characteristic fragrance style.
