Judging whether the safety helmet collides with the outside or not and the strength of the collision degree according to the numerical value detected by the collision sensor 2; when the safety helmet is collided, the numerical value detected by the collision sensor 2 is sent to the processor 4, the processor 4 judges whether the detected numerical value is larger than the alarm warning value or not, when the detected numerical value is larger than the alarm warning value, the processor 4 judges that the safety risk exists in the operating personnel, and controls the alarm unit 3 to give an alarm; when the detection value is not greater than the alarm warning value, the processor 4 judges that the safety risk of the operator is relatively small, and controls the alarm unit 3 not to give an alarm, so that unnecessary false alarm is avoided, and in addition, if the operator considers that the current situation needs to be rescued, the switch 303 can be manually opened to give an alarm.

The alarm unit 3 comprises an LED alarm lamp 301, a built-in power supply 302 and a switch 303 connected in series, and the processor 4 is used for controlling the switch 303 to be in an open state or a closed state. Judging whether the safety helmet collides with the outside or not and the strength of the collision degree according to the numerical value detected by the collision sensor 2; when the safety helmet is collided, the numerical value detected by the collision sensor 2 is sent to the processor 4, the processor 4 judges whether the detected numerical value is larger than the alarm warning value or not, when the detected numerical value is larger than the alarm warning value, the processor 4 judges that the safety risk exists in the operating personnel, and controls the alarm unit 3 to give an alarm; when the detection value is lower than the alarm warning value, the alarm unit 3 is not started, so that unnecessary false alarm is avoided, and in addition, if the operator considers that the current situation needs to be rescued, the alarm switch 303 can be manually started to give an alarm.
