1. A drug aspiration device comprising at least one set of fluid dispensing assemblies, the fluid dispensing assemblies comprising:

a placing frame (1) for supporting a liquid medicine bag (2);

the weight measuring piece (5) is arranged on the placing rack (1) and is used for monitoring the weight of the liquid medicine bag (2) in real time;

a flow guide tube (3) communicated with the liquid medicine bag (2);

and the peristaltic pump (4) is arranged on the circumferential outer side surface of the draft tube (3) and is used for driving the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bag (2) to be led out from the draft tube (3).

2. A drug suction device according to claim 1, characterized in that the liquid dispensing assembly further comprises a waste bag (6) communicating with an end of the flow conduit (3) facing away from the drug bag (2).

3. A drug suction device according to claim 2, characterized in that the liquid dispensing assembly further comprises a waste rack (7), the waste bag (6) resting on the waste rack (7).

4. A drug suction device according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a housing (11), the rack (1), the peristaltic pump (4) and the waste rack (7) being provided on the housing (11) in the order named from top to bottom.

5. A drug suction device according to claim 4, characterized in that the liquid dispensing assemblies comprise three groups, which are spaced apart on the housing (11).

6. A drug suction device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an industrial control computer, to which both the weight measuring member (5) and the peristaltic pump (4) are electrically connected.

7. A drug pumping device according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising a start button (8) and a stop button (9), the start button (8) and the stop button (9) each being electrically connected to the industrial control computer to control the start and stop, respectively, of the peristaltic pump (4).

8. A drug suction device according to claim 7, further comprising a touch screen (10), the touch screen (10) being electrically connected with the industrial control computer.

9. A method of medicinal suction, characterized in that the medicinal suction device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprises the steps of:

presetting the required weight of the liquid medicine;

extracting the liquid medicine and obtaining the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag (2);

and judging whether the liquid pumping is finished or not according to the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag (2) and the required liquid medicine weight.

10. The method of drug aspiration of claim 9, further comprising:

presetting a weight change curve of the liquid medicine bag and a liquid medicine amount deviation range;

and if the offset of the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag (2) relative to the weight change curve of the liquid medicine bag exceeds the offset range of the liquid medicine amount, stopping liquid extraction and giving an alarm.

Technical Field

Background

In clinical care work, intravenous infusion accounts for a large proportion of care work, and dosage infusion is almost the necessary work content for nurses every day. The liquid medicine is mainly sucked in a mode of sucking by a syringe in the process of clinically preparing the liquid medicine, and due to the fact that the amount of the liquid to be sucked is large and needs to be repeatedly punctured, rubber particles can be generated by repeatedly puncturing a syringe needle head and cutting the syringe needle head with a rubber bottle stopper, and serious and lasting harm can be caused when the syringe needle head is input into a patient.

In the related technology, the number of insoluble particles generated by dispensing by adopting a small-size needle syringe is obviously less than that of insoluble particles generated by adopting a large-size needle syringe, and the rubber plug is easy to cut during straight puncture. The rubber particles are increased, and the oblique angle needle insertion can reduce the generation of the rubber particles. The small-size needle head and the oblique angle needle inserting mode can be selected for sucking the liquid medicine so as to reduce the generation of rubber particles.

However, when dispensing the liquid medicine, the required amount of liquid medicine is large, and repeated extraction is needed, the rubber particles are still easily generated when the needle head cuts the rubber for multiple times, and the rubber particles mixed in the liquid medicine are easily harmful to the human body, and meanwhile, medical staff puncture the rubber bottle stopper for multiple times, and the liquid medicine is easily polluted due to human factors, and the human health is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides medicine suction equipment and a medicine suction method, and aims to solve the technical problems that medical staff suck liquid medicine for multiple times in the related art and easily cause liquid medicine pollution and influence on human health.

In a first aspect, there is provided a medical suction device comprising at least one set of dispensing assemblies, the dispensing assemblies comprising:

a rack for supporting the liquid medicine bag;

the weight measuring piece is arranged on the placing frame and used for monitoring the weight of the liquid medicine bag in real time;

the flow guide pipe is communicated with the liquid medicine bag;

and the peristaltic pump is arranged on the circumferential outer side surface of the flow guide pipe and is used for driving the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bag to be led out of the flow guide pipe.

In some embodiments, the liquid dispensing assembly further comprises a waste bag in communication with an end of the flow conduit facing away from the liquid medicine package.

In some embodiments, the liquid dispensing assembly further comprises a waste rack on which the waste bag rests.

In some embodiments, the drug aspiration device further comprises a housing, the rack, the peristaltic pump, and the waste rack being disposed on the housing in a top-down order.

In some embodiments, the liquid preparation assemblies comprise three groups, and the three groups of liquid preparation assemblies are arranged on the shell at intervals.

In some embodiments, the drug pumping device further comprises an industrial personal computer, and the weight measuring part and the peristaltic pump are both electrically connected with the industrial personal computer.

In some embodiments, the drug pumping device further comprises a start button and a stop button, both of which are electrically connected to the industrial personal computer to control the start and stop, respectively, of the peristaltic pump.

In some embodiments, the medication suction device further comprises a touch screen electrically connected to the industrial personal computer.

and judging whether the liquid pumping is finished or not according to the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag and the required liquid medicine weight.

In some embodiments, the method of drug aspiration further comprises:

presetting a weight change curve of the liquid medicine bag and a liquid medicine amount deviation range;

and if the offset of the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag relative to the weight change curve of the liquid medicine bag exceeds the offset range of the liquid medicine amount, stopping liquid extraction and giving an alarm.

In another embodiment of the present application, a medicine suction method is provided, which is a suction method based on the medicine suction device, so that the beneficial effects of the medicine suction method are consistent with those of the medicine suction device, and are not described herein again.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The embodiment of the application provides a medicine suction device, which can solve the technical problems that medical care personnel easily pollute liquid medicine and influence human health when extracting the liquid medicine for many times in the related technology.

A drug aspiration device comprising at least one set of fluid dispensing assemblies, the fluid dispensing assemblies comprising:

a placing frame 1 for supporting a liquid medicine bag 2;

the weight measuring piece 5 is arranged on the placing frame 1 and used for monitoring the weight of the liquid medicine bag 2 in real time;

a flow guide tube 3 communicated with the liquid medicine bag 2;

and the peristaltic pump 4 is arranged on the circumferential outer side surface of the draft tube 3 and is used for driving the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bag 2 to be led out of the draft tube 3.

Optionally, the weight measuring member 5 comprises a pressure sensor.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the medicine suction device includes a housing 11 and at least one set of liquid preparation assemblies, the liquid preparation assemblies are all disposed on the housing 11, and each set of liquid preparation assemblies can be independently used. The liquid distribution assembly comprises a placing frame 1, a weight measuring piece 5, a flow guide pipe 3 and a peristaltic pump 4. The shell 11 is provided with a step surface, and the placing rack 1 is installed on the step surface.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the rack 1 is used to support a medicine liquid bag 2. The placing frame 1 is in a square box shape, the top of the placing frame 1 is provided with an opening on one side, so that the liquid medicine bag 2 is conveniently limited in the placing frame 1, and the liquid medicine bag 2 is not easy to drop when liquid is prepared. The honeycomb duct 3 is convenient to be led out due to the existence of the opening on one side surface of the placing frame 1.

For two liquid medicine bags 2 to be placed in a placing rack 1 at the same time, the placing rack 1 is of a double-layer structure. It should be noted that, if two liquid medicine bags 2 are placed on the same placing rack 1 and driven by a peristaltic pump 4 at the same time, it is necessary to satisfy the requirement that the liquid medicine amount required to be retained in the two liquid medicine bags 2 is the same.

Optionally, the liquid preparation assemblies include three groups, and the three groups of liquid preparation assemblies are arranged on the shell 11 at intervals.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the liquid preparation assemblies are preferably three groups, and the three groups of liquid preparation assemblies are uniformly spaced on the housing 11, so as to prepare multiple kinds of liquid medicines simultaneously, and shorten the liquid preparation time.

Optionally, the drug suction device further comprises an industrial personal computer, and the weight measuring piece 5 and the peristaltic pump 4 are both electrically connected with the industrial personal computer.

With reference to fig. 1, the number of start buttons 8 and stop buttons 9 is each three, according to the number of peristaltic pumps 4, to control the different peristaltic pumps 4. The start button 8 and the stop button 9 are both arranged on the step surface of the shell 11 and are both electrically connected with the industrial personal computer. When the liquid is prepared, the starting button 8 is pressed, and the peristaltic pump 4 can be started to prepare the liquid. Another embodiment of the present application provides a medicine suction method, based on the above medicine suction device, including the following steps:

presetting the required weight of the liquid medicine;

extracting the liquid medicine and obtaining the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag 2;

and judging whether the liquid pumping is finished or not according to the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag 2 and the required liquid medicine weight.

Referring to fig. 4, wherein the medicine suction method includes:

presetting the required weight of the liquid medicine;

extracting the liquid medicine and obtaining the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag 2;

and judging whether the liquid pumping is finished or not according to the real-time weight of the liquid medicine bag 2 and the required liquid medicine weight.
