The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1

A traditional chinese medicine processing device, as shown in fig. 1, comprising:

the device comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 is of a closed structure; in addition, the shell 1 is also provided with a feed inlet 10 for adding auxiliary materials into the shell 1;

a steam generating mechanism for generating steam inside the housing 1; the steam generating mechanism is a heating wire 2 arranged at the bottom of the shell 1 and used for heating the solution in the shell 1 to form steam in the shell 1;

the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism is used for identifying the type and the volume of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials so as to judge the heating time required by the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials; this traditional chinese medicine recognition mechanism includes: the camera and the two-dimensional code identification component; the camera is used for shooting two-dimensional code picture information and sending the two-dimensional code picture information to the two-dimensional code identification component, and the two-dimensional code identification component identifies the two-dimensional code picture information so as to obtain the heating time of the heating mechanism;

the control mechanism is respectively in communication connection with the heating mechanism and the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism and is used for receiving the type and volume information of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials sent by the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism and controlling the working time of the heating wire 2 of the steam generation mechanism;

a condensing mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 1, the condensing mechanism 3 is arranged at the side of the shell 1; the inlet end of the condensing mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the shell 1 through an air inlet pipeline 4 to collect the steam in the shell 1, and the outlet end of the condensing mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the shell 1 through a liquid discharge pipeline 5 to introduce the solution converted from the steam into the shell 1.

The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are firstly crushed according to the requirement, so that the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can be effectively heated by steam in the steam heating process, and the problem that the drug effect is influenced by uneven heating of all parts of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and even the toxicity is generated due to uneven heating is avoided. The smaller the volume of the crushed Chinese medicinal raw materials is, the better the heating effect is, and the more time is saved. The problems that medicinal materials are wasted due to the fact that dregs are generated in the traditional Chinese medicine decocting process, and medicinal effect components in the traditional Chinese medicine are taken away by hot steam caused by the fact that the hot steam is generated in the traditional Chinese medicine decocting process are solved. The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are placed in the closed space and are heated by steam, so that the steam of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials cannot leak in the steam heating process to avoid the loss of active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine decocting mode can cause the active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials to enter the aqueous solution, so that a large amount of dregs can be generated in the decocted traditional Chinese medicine, but the traditional Chinese medicine decoction does not have a large amount of aqueous solution when the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are heated by steam, the active ingredients exist in the heated traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, no dregs can be generated, and the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials heated by steam can be taken by a patient. The invention not only can heat the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, but also can effectively reduce the waste of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, thereby achieving the aim drug effect by using less traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, effectively solving the problem of the waste of the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine in the heating treatment process, and effectively improving the drug effect of the traditional Chinese medicine.

The traditional chinese medicine processingequipment in this embodiment still includes: a pill forming mechanism, comprising:

the stirring shaft 13 is arranged in the shell 1 and is used for stirring the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the shell 1; the heating wire 2 heats the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the shell 1;

a cavity tube 14 which is a tubular structure, one end of which is communicated with the shell 1, and the other end of which is provided with an end cover 17; as shown in fig. 9, the outer contour of the end cap 17 is provided with a medicine outlet 18;

the extrusion rod 15 is rotationally arranged in the cavity tube 14 under driving, and the extrusion rod 15 is provided with threads for extruding the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into strips.

The stirring cavity 12 and the shell 1 share one cavity, so that the volume of the traditional Chinese medicine processing device can be effectively reduced, and the traditional Chinese medicine processing device is miniaturized.

The processing method of the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following steps:

step 1, crushing traditional Chinese medicine raw materials;

step 2, placing the crushed traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in a closed space, and heating the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials through steam; simultaneously, condensing steam generated in the distillation treatment process, condensing the steam to form a solution, and refluxing the solution to the closed space for repeated circulation;

and 3, preparing the heated traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into a pill-shaped structure through a pill forming mechanism.

In the step 2, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are put into the solution and distilled under the condition of less than one atmosphere. And the height of the solution in the closed space is less than that of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials.

In this embodiment, the heating time required for the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: the traditional Chinese medicine granules need 1 minute to 10 minutes, and the traditional Chinese medicine powder needs 10 minutes to 2 hours. The heating time is related to the size of the Chinese medicine and the type of the Chinese medicine, and is also related to the total mass of the Chinese medicine to be processed. The more the traditional Chinese medicine material to be processed, the longer the heating time is required.

Of course, the material of the housing 1 is not particularly limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the housing 1 may be made of ceramic, stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

Certainly, the application of the present invention does not specifically limit the identification object information of the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism, and in other embodiments, the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism is only used for identifying the type of the traditional Chinese medicine raw material to determine the heating time required by the traditional Chinese medicine raw material; this traditional chinese medicine recognition mechanism includes: the camera and the two-dimensional code identification component; the camera is used for shooting two-dimensional code picture information and sending the two-dimensional code picture information to the two-dimensional code identification component, and the two-dimensional code identification component identifies the two-dimensional code picture information so as to determine the type of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and obtain the heating time of the heating mechanism;

or the traditional Chinese medicine identification mechanism is only used for identifying the volume of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials so as to judge the heating time required by the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials; this traditional chinese medicine recognition mechanism includes: the camera and the two-dimensional code identification component; the camera is used for shooting the two-dimensional code picture information and sending the two-dimensional code identification component, and the two-dimensional code identification component identifies the two-dimensional code picture information so as to obtain the volume of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and determine the heating time of the heating mechanism.

Of course, the structure of the Chinese medicine identification mechanism is not specifically limited in the application of the present invention, and in other embodiments, the Chinese medicine identification mechanism includes: a camera; the camera shoots the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and sends picture information to the control mechanism, and the control mechanism identifies the type and volume information of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials through the picture information and calculates the heating time required by the heating mechanism. Thereafter, the control means controls the heating means to heat for a prescribed time.

Of course, the structure of the steam generating mechanism is not specifically limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the steam generating mechanism may directly heat the aqueous solution outside the casing 1 to generate steam, and then introduce the steam into the casing 1 to heat the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the casing 1.

Of course, the present application does not specifically limit the atmospheric pressure in the shell 1 in step 2, and in other embodiments, in step 2, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are placed in a solution, and the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are subjected to distillation treatment under an atmospheric pressure condition.

Example 2

This embodiment provides a chinese medicine processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, which includes:

the device comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 is of a closed structure; when the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are heated, the crushed traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are placed in the shell 1, and a small amount of water is added into the shell 1;

a steam generating mechanism for generating steam inside the housing 1, comprising: a heating wire 2, the heating wire 2 being disposed at the bottom of the housing 1, for heating the solution in the housing 1 to form steam in the housing 1;

the inlet end of the condensing mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the shell 1 through an air inlet pipeline 4 so as to collect steam in the shell 1, and the outlet end of the condensing mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the shell 1 through a liquid discharge pipeline 5 so as to introduce a solution converted from the steam into the shell 1;

as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the above-mentioned condensing mechanism 3 includes:

the inlet end and the outlet end of the annular condensing pipe 6 are respectively communicated with the air inlet pipeline 4 and the liquid discharge pipeline 5;

the refrigerating part 7 is used for cooling the annular condensing pipe 6 so as to convert the gaseous steam in the annular condensing pipe 6 into liquid solution; the refrigerating part 7 comprises a water cooling cavity for accommodating the annular condenser pipe 6, a water inlet pipe arranged on the water cooling cavity and connected with a water tap, and a water outlet pipe for discharging tap water in the water cooling cavity, wherein the water outlet pipe is also provided with a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet pipe;

the pressure sensor 8 is used for detecting the pressure value of the outlet end of the drainage pipeline 5;

and the controller 9 is respectively connected with the pressure sensor 8 and the refrigerating component 7 and is used for controlling the refrigerating intensity of the refrigerating component 7.

As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus for processing traditional Chinese medicine in this embodiment further includes: a pill forming mechanism comprising:

a stirring chamber 12 communicated with the housing 1 for accommodating the heated traditional Chinese medicine raw materials;

the stirring shaft 13 is arranged in the stirring cavity 12 and is used for stirring the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the stirring cavity 12; three stirring plates which are arranged towards the cavity tube 14 in a staggered way are arranged on the stirring shaft 13;

the cavity tube 14 is of a tubular structure, one end of the cavity tube is communicated with the stirring cavity 12, and the other end of the cavity tube is provided with an end cover 17; the outer contour of the end cover 17 is provided with a medicine outlet 18;

the extrusion rod 15 is driven to rotate and arranged in the cavity tube 14, and the extrusion rod 15 is provided with threads for extruding the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into strips; the pressing rod 15 gradually increases in diameter in a direction toward the end cap 17;

and a charging hole 10 for adding auxiliary materials into the stirring cavity 12 is formed in the stirring cavity 12.

Example 3

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, the apparatus for processing traditional Chinese medicine further comprises:

the stirring mechanism 11 is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell 1 and used for uniformly stirring different traditional Chinese medicines.

The stirring mechanism 11 includes a rotating shaft driven by the motor to rotate, and a plurality of stirring blades provided in a length direction of the rotating shaft.

Example 4

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 8, the pill forming mechanism further includes:

and the second heating mechanism 16 is connected with the stirring cavity 12 and is used for heating the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the stirring cavity 12. The second heating means 16 is a heating wire provided on the wall of the stirring chamber 12.

Example 5

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 3, a condensing mechanism 3 includes:

the inlet end and the outlet end of the annular condensing pipe 6 are respectively communicated with the air inlet pipeline 4 and the liquid discharge pipeline 5;

the refrigerating part 7 is used for cooling the annular condensing pipe 6 so as to convert the gaseous steam in the annular condensing pipe 6 into liquid solution; the refrigerating component 7 comprises a refrigerating cavity for accommodating the annular condensing pipe 6 and at least one fan which is arranged in the refrigerating cavity and faces the annular condensing pipe 6; an air inlet channel is arranged on one side of the refrigeration cavity facing the fan, and an air outlet channel is arranged on one side of the refrigeration cavity facing the annular condensation pipe 6; the air inlet channel is communicated with the air outlet channel to form a ventilation channel which communicates the refrigeration cavity with the outside atmosphere.
