10. A rapid stress shot blasting method for a short sheet of a steel plate spring is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, a mounting base plate (7) is added between the two short leaf springs, and then the two short leaf springs are oppositely mounted together by bolts (8);

clamping the two installed leaf spring short pieces by using the clamp (2) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and performing pre-pressing under the action of a hydraulic machine;

and (3) clamping the two pre-pressed steel plate springs by adopting a clamping seat (3), taking down the steel plate springs, and putting the steel plate springs into a shot blasting machine for shot blasting treatment.

Background

At present, the shot blasting of the short leaf springs cannot be realized by the existing equipment, so that the stress shot blasting is not carried out on the single leaf springs with the length of less than 800mm, and only the common shot blasting treatment can be carried out. It is known that the service life of the steel plate spring after ordinary shot blasting is far shorter than that of stress shot blasting, which also causes great limitation on the improvement of the service life of the whole steel plate spring assembly.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to provide a rapid stress shot blasting prepressing fixture for a short leaf spring of a steel plate, which can meet the prepressing requirement of a single leaf spring of a length of less than 800mm so as to facilitate the subsequent stress shot blasting treatment.

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a steel plate spring short piece rapid stress shot blasting prepressing fixture in use, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the steel plate spring short piece rapid stress shot blasting prepressing fixture, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a clamping seat, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a structure before the steel plate spring short piece is prepressed.

As shown in fig. 2, a quick stress shot blasting prepressing fixture for a short leaf spring of a steel plate comprises a fixing plate 21, an upper pressing plate 22, a guiding device and a clamping seat 3, wherein the fixing plate 21 is installed on a base plate 1 of a hydraulic press, the upper pressing plate 22 applies pressure to the short leaf spring 5 placed on the fixing plate 21 under the action of a pressure head 4 of the hydraulic press, the guiding device is used for ensuring the uniform verticality of the force applied by the upper pressing plate 22 to the short leaf spring 5, and the clamping seat 3 is used for shaping the short leaf spring 5 after the prepressing is completed.

When the device is used, firstly, the bolts 8 are oppositely arranged in the middle of two short leaf springs and after the installation base plate 7 is added, then the short leaf springs are placed on the fixing plate 21, the short leaf springs are pre-pressed by the hydraulic press head 1 and the upper pressing plate 22, after the pre-pressing is completed, the clamping seat 3 is adopted to fix and shape the short leaf springs, and then the short leaf springs are placed in a shot blasting machine for shot blasting. In one embodiment of the invention, the four corners of the fixing plate 21 are provided with U-shaped grooves, the hydraulic press base plate 1 is provided with a sliding groove, and the fixing plate 21 is fixed on the hydraulic press base plate 1 through bolts, the U-shaped grooves 25 and the sliding groove, so that the installation is convenient, and the installation position of the fixing plate 21 can be conveniently adjusted according to requirements.

In one embodiment of the invention, the clamp further comprises an adjusting plate 6, the adjusting plate 6 comprises an upper adjusting plate and a lower adjusting plate, and the short leaf spring 5 is positioned between the upper adjusting plate and the lower adjusting plate during pre-pressing. The method for quickly stress shot blasting the short leaf spring of the steel plate spring comprises the following steps:

firstly, mounting base plates 7 are added between the two short leaf springs, and then the two short leaf springs are oppositely mounted together by bolts 8, which can be seen in fig. 4 specifically;

clamping the two installed steel plate spring short pieces by using the clamp, and performing prepressing under the action of a hydraulic machine;

and (4) clamping the two steel plate springs subjected to pre-pressing by using the clamping seat 3, then taking down the steel plate springs, and putting the steel plate springs into a shot blasting machine for shot blasting.

After the shot blasting treatment, the clamping seat 3, the mounting base plate 7 and the bolt 8 are removed, and then the subsequent working procedures are carried out.

After the treatment of the working procedure, the service life of the steel plate spring assembly can be obviously prolonged.
