1. A folding saw, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to a cutting tool, in particular to a folding saw.

Background

The saw is cutting means commonly used, cut off thick or harder branch, trunk etc. through the mode of pull if can be used as horticulture instrument, the saw blade of saw is gone up densely to distribute sharp sawtooth, so need dispose the protective sheath usually or fold and accomodate, folding saw is usually that the saw blade can rotate and accomodate to the handle in, though can reduce the storage space and have higher security, but owing to need compromise the rotation performance of saw blade, stability is not high when the saw blade expandes, it is comparatively inconvenient to use.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the folding saw which is convenient to store and use and has higher stability when being unfolded.

The folding saw comprises a handle and a saw blade, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the handle, the handle comprises a first handle part and a second handle part, one end of the first handle part is rotatably connected with one end of the second handle part so that the first handle part and the second handle part can rotate to open the accommodating cavity or rotate to close the accommodating cavity, the saw blade is rotatably connected to the first handle part, the saw blade can rotate into the accommodating cavity or rotate to the outer side of the handle, the second handle part is provided with a limiting structure, a first limiting part is arranged on the saw blade, and the limiting structure can be matched with the first limiting part to limit the rotation of the saw blade when the saw blade rotates to the outer side of the handle and the first handle part and the second handle part rotate to be closed.

The folding saw provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: when folding, the saw bit rotates and accomodates the holding chamber and rotates first handle portion and second handle portion to closed holding chamber, accomodates the convenience to can effectually cover the saw bit, improve the security, when expanding, the saw bit rotates outside the handle, and rotates first handle portion and second handle portion to the closure, and limit structure on the second handle portion can rotate with the restriction saw bit with the cooperation of first spacing portion, improves the stability when the saw uses, makes things convenient for the use of saw.

In some embodiments of the invention, the saw blade is provided with a second limiting portion, when the saw blade rotates into the accommodating cavity and the first handle portion and the second handle portion rotate to be closed, the limiting structure can be matched with the second limiting portion to limit the rotation of the saw blade, i.e. to limit the rotation of the saw blade during storage, so that the saw blade can be better protected, and the transportation and carrying of the saw are facilitated.

In some embodiments of the invention, the first handle part is provided with an auxiliary positioning structure distributed opposite to the limiting mechanism, and when the saw blade rotates to the outer side of the handle and the first handle part and the second handle part rotate to be closed, the auxiliary positioning structure can be matched with the second limiting part to limit the rotation of the saw blade; the saw bit rotates to the holding intracavity and first handle portion and second handle portion rotate to when closed, and auxiliary positioning structure can rotate with the restriction saw bit with the cooperation of first spacing portion, through auxiliary positioning structure and limit structure's cooperation for the saw bit all can be by better fixed when expandeing or folding, facilitates the use and accomodates.

And the positions of the first limiting part and the second limiting part are exchanged when the saw blade is unfolded and folded, and the positions of the auxiliary positioning structure and the limiting structure are fixed when the saw blade is folded, so that the exchange and matching relationship is formed, and the saw blade is unfolded or folded.

In some embodiments of the invention, one end of the saw blade is extended to be provided with the extension part, the upper side and the lower side of the extension part are respectively provided with the step-shaped structure, so that the first limit part is formed on the upper side of the extension part, the second limit part is formed on the lower side of the extension part, the structure is simple, the saw blade can be directly formed by forging or cutting during manufacturing, the first limit part and the second limit part which are distributed up and down correspond to the limit mechanism and the second limit part, and the layout is more reasonable.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the auxiliary positioning structure is a first limiting column disposed on the first handle portion, and the first limiting column can cooperate with the step-shaped first limiting portion and the step-shaped second limiting portion to achieve a limiting function.

In some embodiments of the invention, the limiting structure is a second limiting column arranged on the second handle part, and the second limiting column can be matched with the stepped first limiting part and the stepped second limiting part to realize the limiting function.

In some embodiments of the invention, the periphery of the extension portion is of a semicircular structure, the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are relatively distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the semicircular structure, and when the first handle portion and the second handle portion are rotated to be closed, the limiting structure and the auxiliary positioning structure are relatively distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the semicircular structure.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a first accommodating cavity is disposed on the first handle part, and the extending part is rotatably disposed to a cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity through the rotating shaft so that the saw blade can be rotated to be partially or completely accommodated in the first accommodating cavity, thereby forming a rotating and accommodating structure of the saw blade.

In some embodiments of the invention, a gasket is arranged between the extension part and the wall of the first accommodating cavity, so that the abrasion of the first handle part can be reduced.

In some embodiments of the invention, the handle further comprises a positioning mechanism capable of positioning the first handle portion and the second handle portion to a closed state, so that the handle of the stored saw is not easy to open, and safety is improved.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning mechanism includes a protrusion disposed on the first handle portion and a groove disposed on the second handle portion and corresponding to the protrusion, and when the first handle portion and the second handle portion are closed, the protrusion and the groove are matched, so as to achieve the positioning function.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the folding saw according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a handle and a saw blade 200, wherein a receiving cavity is disposed in the handle, the handle includes a first handle portion 110 and a second handle portion 120, one end of the first handle portion 110 is rotatably connected to one end of the second handle portion 120, so that the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 can rotate to open the receiving cavity or rotate to close the receiving cavity, the saw blade 200 is rotatably connected to the first handle portion 110, the saw blade 200 can rotate into the receiving cavity or rotate to an outer side of the handle, the second handle portion 120 is provided with a limiting structure, the saw blade 200 is provided with a first limiting portion 210, and when the saw blade 200 rotates to the outer side of the handle and the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 rotate to close, the limiting structure can cooperate with the first limiting portion 210 to limit the rotation of the saw blade 200.

When folding, saw bit 200 rotates and accomodates the holding chamber and rotates first handle portion 110 and second handle portion 120 to closed holding chamber, it is convenient to accomodate, and can effectually cover saw bit 200, the security is improved, when expanding, saw bit 200 rotates outside the handle, and rotate first handle portion 110 and second handle portion 120 to the closure, limit structure on the second handle portion 120 can cooperate with first spacing portion 210 in order to restrict saw bit 200 and rotate, stability when improving the saw use, make things convenient for the use of saw.

Specifically, the receiving cavity is disposed between the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120, or the receiving cavity is disposed between the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120, and the receiving cavity can be opened when the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 are relatively rotated and opened, so that the saw blade 200 can be rotated to the receiving cavity or a position corresponding to the receiving cavity, or the saw blade 200 can be rotated and flipped out to the outside of the handle from the receiving cavity or the position corresponding to the receiving cavity.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the saw blade 200 is provided with a second position-limiting portion 220, when the saw blade 200 rotates into the receiving cavity and the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 rotate to be closed, the position-limiting structure can cooperate with the second position-limiting portion 220 to limit the rotation of the saw blade 200, i.e. to limit the rotation of the saw blade 200 when being stored, so as to better protect the saw blade and facilitate transportation and carrying of the saw.

Specifically, because the sharp teeth have on the saw bit 200, if move when accomodating and take place to rock, very easily damage saw bit 200 or cause the handle to damage to portable and transportation not, through above-mentioned structure, can be spacing to the saw bit 200 of accomodating the state when the handle is closed, reduce its and remove, reach the effect that the protection saw bit and convenient transportation carried.

As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first handle portion 110 is provided with an auxiliary positioning structure distributed opposite to the limiting mechanism, and when the saw blade 200 rotates to the outside of the handle and the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 rotate to be closed, the auxiliary positioning structure can cooperate with the second limiting portion 220 to limit the rotation of the saw blade 200; saw bit 200 rotates to the holding intracavity and first handle portion 110 and second handle portion 120 rotate to when closed, and the auxiliary positioning structure can cooperate with first spacing portion 210 in order to restrict saw bit 200 and rotate, through the cooperation of auxiliary positioning structure and limit structure for saw bit 200 all can be by better fixed when expandeing or folding, facilitates the use and accomodates.

Moreover, the positions of the first position-limiting part 210 and the second position-limiting part 220 are interchanged when the saw blade 200 is unfolded and folded, and the positions of the auxiliary positioning structure and the position-limiting structure are fixed when the saw blade is folded, so that the interchangeable matching relationship is formed, and the unfolding or folding of the saw blade 200 is completed.

Specifically, the limiting mechanism and the auxiliary positioning structure are distributed relatively, as shown in fig. 3, when the saw blade is unfolded, the limiting mechanism cooperates with the first limiting portion 210 to limit the clockwise rotation of the saw blade 200, and the auxiliary positioning structure cooperates with the second limiting portion 220 to limit the counterclockwise rotation of the saw blade 200, so as to complete the fixation of the saw blade; as shown in fig. 5, when the folding device is folded, the limiting mechanism cooperates with the second limiting portion 220 to limit the saw blade 200 to rotate counterclockwise, and the auxiliary positioning structure cooperates with the first limiting portion 210 to limit the saw blade 200 to rotate clockwise, so as to fix the saw blade.

Certainly, in the specific implementation process, the limiting mechanism and the first limiting portion 210 may directly form a structure of engaging and locking, and the fixing requirement of the saw blade during the unfolding process can be met through the engagement of the limiting mechanism and the first limiting portion 210.

In a specific implementation process, the limiting mechanism and the second limiting portion 220 may directly form a structure of engaging with each other, and the fixing requirement of the folding of the saw blades can be met by the engagement of the limiting mechanism and the second limiting portion 220.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, an extension part 230 is extended from one end of the saw blade 200, step-shaped structures are respectively disposed on the upper and lower sides of the extension part 230 to form a first position-limiting part 210 on the upper side of the extension part 230, and a second position-limiting part 220 on the lower side of the extension part 230, so that the structure is simple, the first position-limiting part 210 and the second position-limiting part 220 are formed by forging or cutting directly during the manufacturing of the saw blade 200, and the first position-limiting part 210 and the second position-limiting part 220 are formed corresponding to the position-limiting mechanism and the second position-limiting part 220, so that the layout is more reasonable.

Of course, in the specific implementation process, the first position-limiting portion and the second position-limiting portion may also be formed by providing a protruding structure on the saw blade or installing an accessory, which will not be described in detail herein.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the auxiliary positioning structure is a first position-limiting pillar 111 disposed on the first handle portion 110, and the first position-limiting pillar 111 can cooperate with the stepped first position-limiting portion and the stepped second position-limiting portion to achieve a position-limiting function.

Specifically, first handle portion 110 is moulded plastics and is formed, and first spacing post 111 is made by hard material such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy etc to the accessible equipment or with first handle portion one shot forming's mode install, can be better with first spacing portion and the spacing portion formation cooperation of second.

Of course, in a specific implementation process, the extending portion 230 may be provided with a square structure, and the first position-limiting portion 210 and the second position-limiting portion 220 are formed by a protrusion or a step.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, a first receiving cavity 112 is disposed on the first handle portion 110, and an extending portion 230 is rotatably disposed to a cavity wall of the first receiving cavity 112 through a rotating shaft 240 so that the saw blade 200 can be rotated to be partially or completely received in the first receiving cavity 112, thereby forming a rotating and receiving structure of the saw blade.

Of course, in the implementation process, the first receiving cavity 112 may not be provided on the first handle portion 110, the receiving structure may be provided on the second handle portion 120, and the extension portion is mounted on the first handle portion 110 by a rotating seat, which also has a large rotating and receiving function.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, a gasket 250 is disposed between the extension portion 230 and the wall of the first accommodating chamber 112, so as to reduce the wear on the first handle portion 110.

Specifically, the saw blade is generally made of hard metal, the handle is generally made of plastic, rubber, and the like, abrasion to the handle when the saw blade rotates can be reduced by arranging the gasket 250, and the gasket 250 can be a carbon fiber gasket, a metal gasket, and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the handle further includes a positioning mechanism, and the positioning mechanism can position the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 to a closed state, so that the handle of the received saw is not easy to open, thereby improving safety.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning mechanism includes a protrusion 113 disposed on the first handle portion 110 and a groove 122 disposed on the second handle portion 120 and corresponding to the protrusion 113, and when the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 are closed, the protrusion 113 is matched with the groove 122, so as to achieve the positioning effect.

Specifically, the first handle part 110 and the second handle part 120 are made of a plastic material, and the engagement and disengagement of the protrusion 113 and the groove 122 can be achieved by using the elasticity of the material itself.

Of course, in the specific implementation process, the positioning mechanism can also be a latch mechanism, a buckle mechanism, or the like.

It is contemplated that the protrusion 113 has a curved configuration and the corresponding recess 122 facilitates the closing and opening of the first and second handle portions 110, 120.

Of course, the protrusion 113 may also have a cylindrical structure or the like in a specific implementation process, and will not be described in detail herein.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a boss structure 114 is disposed on the first handle portion 110, a portion of the first accommodating cavity 112, the protruding portion 113, and the rotating shaft 240 are disposed at the boss structure 114, and a covering structure capable of covering the boss structure 114 is disposed on the second handle portion 120, so that the protruding portion 113 and the groove 122 are engaged, which is simple and reasonable in structure, and has better structural strength.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 are integrally formed by injection molding or die casting, respectively, and are provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 115, so that the first handle portion 110 and the second handle portion 120 have high structural strength.

The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope defined by the claims of the present application.
