In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving member 105 is a motor.

According to fig. 1 and 7, the matching unit comprises an electric lifting platform 201, a washing basin 202 and a second rack 203; the underframe 1 is connected with the electric lifting platform 201 through bolts; the electric lifting platform 201 is connected with the wash basin 202 through bolts; the washing basin 202 is used for containing a container for cleaning agent in the cleaning process of the plastic table fork; the electric lifting platform 201 is connected with two second racks 203 through bolts; the wash basin 202 is connected to the first washing unit; the wash basin 202 is connected to the second wash unit; the wash basin 202 is connected with the first water pump 4 through a water pipe; the wash basin 202 is connected with the second water pump 6 through a water pipe; the second rack 203 is connected to the collection unit.

When the plastic table fork is transferred to the upper part of the wash basin 202, at the moment, the electric lifting platform 201 starts to operate, the electric lifting platform 201 lifts the wash basin 202 upwards until the liquid level of the cleaning agent in the wash basin 202 completely passes through the contact position of the fork part and the handle part of the plastic table fork, the contact position of the fork part and the handle part of the plastic table fork is in the working area of the first cleaning unit, and after the cleaning of the plastic table fork is completed under the cooperation of the first cleaning unit and the second cleaning unit, the electric lifting platform 201 puts the wash basin 202 downwards, at the moment, the electric lifting platform 201 drives the two second racks 203 to move downwards, and the two second racks 203 drive the collecting unit to operate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the first cleaning unit includes a fifth bracket 301, an electric actuator 302, a limiting member 303, a U-shaped fixing platform 304, a first elastic member 305, and a second elastic member 306; the wash basin 202 is bolted with two fifth brackets 301; the fifth bracket 301 is connected with an electric actuator 302 through bolts; a limiting piece 303 is welded on the fifth bracket 301; the electric actuator 302 is welded with a U-shaped fixed table 304; the two U-shaped fixed platforms 304 are connected through a first elastic member 305 and a second elastic member 306; the first resilient member 305 and the second resilient member 306 are used to clean the handle and fork contacts of the plastic fork of impurities.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the electric actuator 302 is an electric push rod.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 305 and the second elastic member 306 are elastic cords.

According to fig. 1 and fig. 9-10, the second cleaning unit comprises a sixth bracket 401, a second screw 402, a bushing 403, a pressing plate 404, a third elastic member 405, a cleaning member 406 and a fourth elastic member 407; the inner bolt of the washing basin 202 is connected with six uniformly arranged sixth brackets 401; five second screw rods 402 are rotatably connected to the sixth bracket 401; a fourth elastic member 407 is connected to the sixth support 401 and the pressing plate 404; the platen 404 is used for supporting the plastic fork; the second screw rod 402 is screwed with the shaft sleeve 403; the five shaft sleeves 403 are welded with the pressure plate 404; the second screw rod 402 is fixedly connected with a third elastic piece 405; the third elastic part 405 is fixedly connected with the cleaning part 406; the cleaning piece 406 is used for cleaning the gap position of the fork teeth of the plastic dinner fork; the fourth elastic member 407 is used for resetting the pressing plate 404.

When the wash basin 202 rises upwards, the bottom of the plastic fork is abutted against the pressure plate 404, the gaps between the fork teeth of the fork part of the plastic fork are abutted against by the cleaning piece 406, when the plastic fork shakes up and down, the plastic fork drives the pressure plate 404 to move down and simultaneously drives the cleaning piece 406 to move down, the third elastic piece 405 is compressed, so that the cleaning piece 406 is always abutted against the plastic fork, the pressure plate 404 drives the five shaft sleeves 403 to drive the five second screw rods 402 on the sixth bracket 401 to move down, at the moment, the fourth elastic piece 407 is compressed, the second screw rods 402 start to rotate, the second screw rods 402 drive the third elastic pieces 405 to drive the cleaning piece 406 to rotate, when the cleaning piece 406 rotates, the cleaning of the positions of the gap between the fork teeth of the plastic fork is completed, when the plastic fork moves up, the fourth elastic piece 407 starts to restore to elastically, and drives the pressure plate 404 to drive the five shaft sleeves 403 to move up, at this point, the second lead screw 402 begins to rotate in the opposite direction, enabling the fork tine gap of the plastic fork to be cleaned again.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the third elastic member 405 and the fourth elastic member 407 are springs.

The five second lead screws 402 are arranged in an arc shape.

The arc arrangement of the five second lead screws 402 enables the cleaning piece 406 above each second lead screw 402 to be attached to the gap position of the fork teeth of the plastic table fork.

On the basis of embodiment 1, according to fig. 1 and fig. 11-13, the collecting unit comprises a seventh bracket 501, a first driving rod 502, a second gear 503, a first driving wheel 504, a sliding groove 505, a matching piece 506, a third rack 507 and a collecting box 508; the underframe 1 is welded with a seventh bracket 501; the seventh bracket 501 is rotatably connected with the first transmission rod 502; the first transmission rod 502 is fixedly connected with the second gear 503; the first transmission rod 502 is fixedly connected with the first transmission wheel 504; the seventh bracket 501 is welded with the two sliding grooves 505; the first driving wheel 504 is in transmission connection with the cutting unit through a belt; the two sliding grooves 505 are in sliding connection with the fitting piece 506; the fitting 506 is bolted to the two third racks 507; the fitting 506 is used as a support for cutting the fork of a plastic fork; the fitting 506 is slidably connected with the collection tank 508; the collection bin 508 is used to collect the fork portions of the cut plastic forks.

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 14-15, the cutting unit comprises an eighth bracket 601, a second transmission rod 602, a second transmission wheel 603, a rotary disc 604, a cross slide 605, a second connecting rod 606, a tool rest 607, a cutting member 608 and a limiting component; an eighth bracket 601 is welded between the first bracket 101 and the fourth bracket 104; the first bracket 101 and the fourth bracket 104 are respectively connected with a second transmission rod 602 in a rotating manner; the second transmission rod 602 is fixedly connected with the second transmission wheel 603; the second transmission rod 602 is welded with the turntable 604; the second driving wheel 603 is in driving connection with the outer annular surface of the first driving wheel 504 through a belt; the turntable 604 is in transmission connection with the cross slide rod 605 through a pin; the eighth bracket 601 is slidably connected with the cross slide rod 605; the cross slide bar 605 is welded with the second connecting rod 606; the second connecting rod 606 is fixedly connected with the two tool rests 607; two tool holders 607 are fixedly connected with a cutting piece 608; the tool holder 607 is connected to a limiting assembly.

When the plastic table fork is transferred to a position above the collection box 508, the first transmission wheel 504 drives the second transmission wheel 603 to drive the second transmission rod 602 to rotate, the second transmission rod 602 drives the rotary disc 604 to drive the cross slide bar 605 on the eighth bracket 601 to move through the pin, the two cross slide bars 605 drive the second connecting rod 606 to drive the two knife rests 607 to move, the two knife rests 607 drive the cutting part 608 and the limiting component to be close to the plastic table fork, and the fork part of the plastic table fork is cut under the matching of the limiting component.

In the present embodiment, the cutting member 608 is a cutter.

Example 4

On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 14 to 15, the fiber assembly includes a ninth support 609, a fifth elastic member 6010, a U-shaped frame 6011, and a control rod 6012; each tool holder 607 is welded to two ninth holders 609; the two ninth brackets 609 are fixedly connected with a fifth elastic piece 6010 respectively; the fifth elastic member 6010 is fixedly connected with the U-shaped frame 6011; the two U-shaped frames 6011 are fixedly connected with a control rod 6012; the lever 6012 is used for fixation when cutting the plastic fork.

When the cutting member 608 is close to the plastic fork, at this time, the two control rods 6012 contact the upper and lower parts of the plastic fork and fix the plastic fork under the cooperation of the fitting member 506, and when the cutting member 608 cuts the plastic fork, the control rods 6012 drive the U-shaped frame 6011 to move, the U-shaped frame 6011 compresses the fifth elastic member 6010 on the ninth support 609, and the control rods 6012 can always abut against the plastic fork through the elastic force of the fifth elastic member 6010, so as to facilitate the cutting process of the plastic fork.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the fifth elastic member 6010 is a spring.
