mixing glue: the weight ratio of the raw materials is 1: 1, matching the first glue and the second glue after stirring, and then mixing the first glue and the second glue through a static mixing pipe to form a glue filling liquid;

Technical Field

Background

The magnetic suspension motor, the stator and the runner are in non-contact operation. According to the acting force of a magnetic field, the magnetic field is divided into an attraction type and a repulsion type; according to the magnetic field coupling degree, the suspension force and driving force independent control type and the suspension force and driving force coupling control type are divided; the magnetic suspension linear motor is divided into a magnetic suspension rotating motor and a magnetic suspension linear motor according to the structures of a stator and a rotor. The magnetic suspension bearing is used for magnetic suspension trains, magnetic suspension bearings, magnetic suspension artificial heart blood pumps and other occasions.

The manufacturing difficulty of the stator of the magnetic suspension motor comes from the following aspects: 1. when the stator operates, the permanent magnet bears a great alternating force, including an attractive force or a repulsive force between the rotor and the stator, a motor thrust force or a braking force and the like; 2. the working environment in the machine table is filled with water vapor which has an erosion effect on the stator; 3. the stator must be thin enough to compress the installation height of the whole machine; 4. the air gap between the stator and the rotor is usually small, which means that it is difficult to arrange other mechanisms above the stator to protect the stator. 5. The use of the common glue-pouring packaging process is difficult to realize that the glue is bubble-free, and even a layer of complete glue film cannot be formed on the surface of the stator. In summary, there is an urgent need for a good glue filling method to improve the protection of the secondary of the permanent magnet linear motor.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome at least part of defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a glue filling method for protecting a stator of a magnetic suspension motor, which is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can form a glue layer on the surface of the stator to effectively protect the stator.

The invention relates to a glue filling method for protecting a stator of a magnetic suspension motor, which comprises the following steps:

glue treatment: providing first glue and second glue, respectively preheating the first glue and the second glue to 80-90 ℃, then adjusting the vacuum degree of a charging bucket for storing the first glue to 2mba, continuously stirring until no visible bubbles exist on the surface of the first glue, adjusting the vacuum degree of a charging bucket for storing the second glue to 5mba, and continuously stirring until no visible bubbles exist on the surface of the second glue;

tool and stator pretreatment: uniformly coating a release agent on the outer surface of a tool, cleaning the inner surface and the outer surface of a stator to be subjected to glue pouring, assembling the stator on the tool to form an assembly body, and then transferring the assembly body into an oven to preheat for 1-3 hours at 110 ℃;

mixing glue: the weight ratio of the raw materials is 1: 1, matching the first glue and the second glue after stirring, and then mixing the first glue and the second glue through a static mixing pipe to form a glue filling liquid;

and (3) glue pouring treatment: transferring the assembly body into a vacuum box, then pumping the vacuum degree in the vacuum box to 2mbar, and then placing the vacuum box under a pressure of 15 mbar; pouring the glue filling liquid from the bottom of the tool, wherein the flow rate of the glue filling liquid is 2-3g/s, the weight of the glue filling liquid is 4000g-5000g, the glue filling is finished until the upper surface of the tool is covered with a 1-3mm glue layer, and then the pressure is released to normal pressure; then continuously vacuumizing the vacuum box to 2mbar, keeping for 30min, and then decompressing to normal pressure;

curing and demolding: and transferring the assembly body to a vacuum box for primary curing, wherein the curing time is 10 hours, then demolding when the surface temperature of the assembly body is cooled to 40-50 ℃, transferring the stator to the vacuum box after demolding for secondary curing, wherein the curing time is 10 hours, and obtaining the magnetic suspension motor after the curing is finished.

Further, the first glue is bisphenol A epoxy resin, the second glue is modified anhydride, the viscosity of the potting liquid at 60 ℃ is 3433cps, and the viscosity of the potting liquid at 80 ℃ is 1433 cps.

Further, the inner diameter of the static mixing pipe is 8.5mm, the number of spiral sections is 36, the metering cylinder is an 860-5SA type metering cylinder, and the stroke is 500 g.

The invention has the advantages that:

2. the temperature difference between the assembly body and the glue filling liquid can be reduced by preheating the assembly body consisting of the stator and the tooling, so that the glue filling liquid can be better combined with the stator, the combination strength of the glue filling liquid and the stator is improved, and the probability that a glue layer formed on the surface of the stator is separated from the stator is reduced;

3. the glue layer formed on the surface of the stator can prevent water vapor from corroding the stator, so that the use stability and reliability of the stator are improved;

4. the stator rust-proof treatment can be simplified, the stator mounting precision can be maintained, the stator machining procedure can be simplified, the stator protection effect can be improved, the appearance of a finished product can be beautified, the machining time can be shortened, the cost can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
