Background

At present, the electric control diesel engine is widely popularized, but most diesel engines still use a cooling fan with fixed blades and cannot be reversed to remove dust. Because a large number of diesel engines are used in the field of engineering and agricultural machinery, water tanks of the engines are easily blocked by dust, so that the temperature of the engines is overhigh, and the engines are damaged in severe cases; in addition, the air quantity of the fan is only related to the rotating speed of the engine, air quantity regulation and control cannot be carried out according to the actual temperature of the diesel engine, when the air temperature is low or the temperature of the engine is low in the starting stage, the air quantity is still large, the temperature is reduced, the cooling effect is excessive, unnecessary fuel consumption is increased, and the fan is not beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection.

In recent years, in order to circumvent the disadvantages of the conventional fixed-blade fan, a reversing fan, i.e., a mechanical reversing fan or a hydraulic reversing fan, has been developed and used gradually domestically; the reversing fan needs manual and frequent switching for dedusting and cooling, and the conditions of untimely dedusting and cooling and overhigh temperature of an engine exist; the air quantity can not be automatically regulated according to the actual temperature condition of the diesel engine, and the defect of high energy consumption exists.

The prior art fan control method has the following defects:

(1) the fan control method is single: no matter the fan is mechanically or hydraulically switched, the fan can only be manually switched, and cannot be automatically associated with the temperature of the engine, so that the conditions of untimely dust removal and temperature reduction and overhigh temperature of the engine exist.

(2) The air quantity is controlled singly, and the large air quantity is continuously cooled: the air quantity can not be adjusted in time according to the actual temperature of the diesel engine, and the condition of excessive cooling effect exists. The advantages of an electronically controlled engine are not fully utilized.

(3) The installation and operation are inconvenient: the existing reversing fan is manually controlled, needs an additional mechanical control device, is inconvenient to operate, and has the defects of overlarge volume and inconvenient installation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: aiming at solving the problems, the diesel engine electric control fan controller and the control method thereof are provided, which can automatically remove dust or accurately control the air quantity by adopting different fan control schemes aiming at different types of diesel engines, effectively control the temperature of the engine, and have the advantages of safety, energy saving, environmental protection, simple operation and convenient installation.

Aiming at the electric control diesel engine, a temperature control mode CAN be selected, and an ECU of the electric control diesel engine CAN periodically send messages containing the temperature of cooling liquid and the temperature of engine oil through a CAN bus; the fan controller periodically receives the temperature data, controls the fan to remove dust and cool according to a preset temperature threshold value, and regulates the air volume. Or an ECU instruction control mode can be selected, the ECU periodically issues instructions according to the temperature value of the cooling liquid or the engine oil, the fan controller receives the message, drives the fan to operate at a specified target gear, and periodically reports the current gear and the alarm information to the ECU.

An electric control fan controller of a diesel engine comprises a fan controller and a fan, wherein the fan controller is provided with 4 switching value input ends which respectively correspond to a dust removal gear, an idle gear, an air cooling gear I and an air cooling gear II of the fan; the fan controller controls the switching of the fan gears by detecting the input of the switching value, and actually controls the angle change of the fan blades;

table 1 shows the names and numbers of the respective gears of the fans and the corresponding blade angles;

As shown in fig. 1, the overall flow chart of the control method of the present invention: the fan controller first detects whether there is a switching value input (level 0), and if there is a switching value input, the controller will operate in the switching value control mode. If the switch is not switched on, and the switching value input does not exist, the controller operates in other preset control modes: the control method comprises an automatic control mode, an ECU instruction control mode and a temperature control mode.

As shown in fig. 2, the flow chart of the switching value control mode of the control method of the present invention: when the level of the switching value 1 (0C gear) is 0, the controller enters an automatic control mode (OXOC), namely, the controller automatically switches from an air cooling gear to a dust removal gear at time intervals and finally returns to a designated air cooling gear. The air cooling time, the dust removal time and the regression target gear can be preset (default: 10 seconds for dust removal, 5 minutes for air cooling and 2 for air cooling of the regression target gear);

when the level of the other switching value input terminal 2/3/4 is 0, the controller controls the fan to switch to the operation of the gear corresponding to the switching value until a new switching value is input.

As shown in fig. 3, the flow chart of the automatic control mode of the control method of the present invention: when the level of the switching value 1 (dust removal gear position) is 0, or when no switching value is input and the preset control mode is the automatic control mode (OXOC), the fan controller enters the automatic control mode to operate. The fan controller cyclically polls for timer overflow: when the air cooling duration time is equal to the preset air cooling time, switching to a dust removal gear for dust removal; when the dust removal duration is equal to the preset dust removal time, the fan is switched to the air cooling gear to operate, and the air cooling gear can be preset to the air cooling gear 1 or the air cooling gear 2.

The controller receives the temperatures of the cooling liquid and the engine oil which are periodically issued by the ECU, determines whether to remove dust or lower the temperature, periodically issues an instruction message, and the fan controller analyzes a target gear of the message and switches to the target gear to operate. The fan controller periodically reports the current gear and the warning information message. The dust removal time represents the maximum time that the fan lasts at the dust removal gear; the air-cooling time represents a minimum time for which the fan lasts at the corresponding cooling gear.

As shown in fig. 5, the temperature control mode flow chart of the control method of the present invention: the fan controller does not detect the input of the switching value (all the switching value levels are 1), and the controller operates according to a preset temperature control mode (OXOE); the controller provides a CAN bus interface and periodically receives temperature data messages sent by an ECU CAN bus. The fan controller analyzes the temperature of the cooling liquid and the temperature of the engine oil, the temperature of the cooling liquid is greater than 80 ℃ or the temperature of the engine oil is greater than 120 ℃, an electric control fan is driven to remove dust, and the duration time is equal to the preset dust removal time; and then returns to the target air-cooled gear. The duration time of the air cooling gear is not less than the preset air cooling time.

Therefore, the control method can be suitable for various diesel engines, including electrically controlled diesel engines, traditional mechanical oil pump engines and the like, and is wide in coverage and good in universality.
