Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of printing, in particular to a printing method, a method for acquiring a color card database and printing equipment.

Background

In digital printing production practice, the requirements for color are ever changing. In the digital printing industry, a set of standard color cards suitable for digital printing is not developed according to corresponding ink, the types of nozzles and software and hardware. At present, PANTONE color cards are mainly used in the market, and the PANTONE color cards are color cards found by testing specific traditional ink offset printing and specified materials.

In implementing the embodiments of the present invention, the inventors found that at least the following problems exist in the above related art: the use environment of digital printing is greatly different from that of traditional ink offset printing, when digital printing equipment uses a PANTONE color card as standard printing, the difference between the color of a printed product and the color card is not correct to reflect the color gamut of the digital printing equipment, and the color card cannot be completely combined with a design end, so that the color difference between the determined color designed by the design end and the actually printed color often occurs.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a printing method, a method for acquiring a color card database and printing equipment.

The purpose of the embodiment of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

in order to solve the above technical problem, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a printing method, including: acquiring color data of a target pattern on a printing medium; acquiring color block data of the color data in a standard color block book; acquiring an electronic color card file of the color block data in a color card database; generating a printing task according to the electronic color card file; and executing the printing task through a printing device to print the target pattern.

In some embodiments, prior to said obtaining color data of the target pattern on the print medium, the method further comprises: selecting a printing device; and acquiring a color card database of the printing equipment.

In some embodiments, the obtaining a color card database of the printing device comprises: digitally printing the electronic color card file through the printing equipment to obtain a standard color card book; and establishing a mapping relation between the electronic color card file and the standard color card book to obtain a color card database.

In order to solve the foregoing technical problem, in a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring a color card database, including: acquiring an electronic color card file; digitally printing the electronic color card file to obtain a standard color card book; and establishing a mapping relation between the electronic color card file and the standard color card book to obtain a color card database.

In some embodiments, the obtaining the electronic color card file includes: and generating an electronic color card file according to the color space.

In some embodiments, the digitally printing the electronic color chart file to obtain a standard color chart book includes: acquiring a characteristic file of a printing device; generating printing data according to the characteristic file; and sending the printing data to digital equipment for digital printing to obtain a standard color card book of the digital equipment.

In some embodiments, the creating a mapping relationship between the electronic color card file and the standard color card book to obtain a color card database includes: saving the electronic color card file as a vector file, wherein the vector file is configured to be imported into a design environment; the standard color card is marked; and establishing a one-to-one mapping relation between the vector file and the standard color card book after labeling, and storing to obtain the color card database.

To solve the above technical problem, in a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a printing apparatus, including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of the first or second aspect.

In order to solve the above technical problem, in a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a printing system, including: a print medium; and a printing apparatus as described in the third aspect above.

In order to solve the above technical problem, in a fourth aspect, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the method according to the first aspect or the second aspect.

To solve the above technical problem, in a fifth aspect, the present invention further provides a computer program product, which includes a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, the computer program including program instructions, which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute the method according to the first aspect or the second aspect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: different from the situation of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a printing method, an obtaining method of a color block database and printing equipment, the method firstly obtains color data of a target pattern on a printing medium, secondly obtains color block data of the color data in a standard color block book, secondly obtains an electronic color block file of the color block data in the color block database, thirdly generates a printing task according to the electronic color block file, and finally executes the printing task through the printing equipment to print the target pattern.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

It should be noted that, if not conflicted, the various features of the embodiments of the invention may be combined with each other within the scope of protection of the present application. Additionally, while functional block divisions are performed in apparatus schematics, with logical sequences shown in flowcharts, in some cases, steps shown or described may be performed in sequences other than block divisions in apparatus or flowcharts.

In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

In order to solve the problem that when a color card of PANTONE is directly adopted in the market to perform digital printing, the color card cannot completely reflect the color gamut of printing equipment, so that the determined color designed by a design end and the color difference actually printed exist.

Specifically, the embodiments of the present invention will be further explained below with reference to the drawings.

Example one

An embodiment of the present invention provides a printing method, please refer to fig. 1, which illustrates a flow of the printing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

step 110: acquiring color data of a target pattern on a printing medium;

in the embodiment of the present invention, first, color data of a target pattern to be printed on a print medium needs to be acquired, where the print medium is a medium on which the target pattern is finally printed, and the print medium may be corrugated paper, photo paper, a housing of a product, and the like, and specifically, may be selected according to requirements of an actual application scenario. According to the embodiment of the invention, the color data on the printing medium is obtained to serve as the color standard of the finally printed target pattern, and the finally obtained target pattern is the color effect required to be printed by the user. Meanwhile, the printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be adapted to different printing media, and different printing media can be finally adapted to different printing media to print colors and patterns desired by a user according to different acquired color data, so that various requirements of the user can be met, the user does not need to manually color the target pattern according to different printing media in the printing process, the labor cost can be effectively saved, and the intelligent matching of the printing media can be realized.

Step 120: acquiring color block data of the color data in a standard color block book;

in the embodiment of the invention, after the color data is obtained, the standard color card book is traversed according to the color data of the target pattern to obtain the color block data of the color data in the standard color card book for the next matching with the electronic color card file. Specifically, the color data may be RGB color values, gray values, and the like, and may be specifically selected according to an actual application scenario. The standard color card book is a standard color card book of a digital device finally used for printing a target pattern, and the standard color card book contains and stores all color information which can be printed by the digital device, so that one digital device corresponds to one standard color card book, and when the digital device is used for printing, the printed effect can be predicted as long as the corresponding standard color card book is selected correspondingly according to the digital device. By adopting the printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user can select different digital equipment to print according to requirements, the printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be adapted to different digital equipment, and color block data of a standard color card book of different digital equipment can be obtained to be matched with the color data.

Step 130: acquiring an electronic color card file of the color block data in a color card database;

and after the color block data is acquired, searching a color card database, and confirming an electronic color card file corresponding to the color block data. The color chip database is a database storing the corresponding relation between all color block data of the digital equipment and electronic color chip files, the database is stored in the equipment or the system before executing a printing task, and when the electronic color chip files of the color block data in the color chip database need to be acquired, the color chip database is called to search to acquire the electronic color chip files corresponding to the color block data of the target pattern. The electronic color card file is a file which is generated according to a theoretical color space or a color model and contains standard color data information.

Step 140: generating a printing task according to the electronic color card file;

after the electronic color card file of the target pattern is obtained, correspondingly generating a printing task which can be executed by equipment, wherein the printing task can be a section of driving instruction or program and is used for driving digital equipment to print the target pattern; the print job may be automatically generated or may be generated after the user confirms that printing is required.

Step 150: and executing the printing task through a printing device to print the target pattern.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the print job is executed by a printing apparatus so as to print the target pattern. Preferably, the printing device may be an integrated device including the digital device, i.e., the printing device has computing and executing functions, and can perform both the job of generating the print job and the print job via the digital device. In some other embodiments, the printing device and the digital device may also be two devices that are separately configured and capable of implementing data transmission, the printing device transmits a print job to the digital device after generating the print job, and the digital device executes the print job to obtain the target pattern, and specifically, may be configured according to actual needs.

The printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can combine the effects of design end and real printing by acquiring the color data on the printing medium and generating the printing task by matching the color card database of the printing equipment, so that the user can see the printed effect during the design, thereby accurately printing the color and the pattern required by the user.

In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 2, which illustrates a flow of another printing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, before the acquiring color data of a target pattern on a printing medium, the method further includes:

step 160: selecting a printing device;

in the embodiment of the present invention, it is first necessary to select a printing device that is finally used for printing a target pattern, and different printing devices can achieve color printing with different capabilities.

Step 170: and acquiring a color card database of the printing equipment.

After the printing device is selected, acquiring a color card database of the printing device for later matching to obtain an electronic color card file of the target pattern, specifically, referring to fig. 3, which shows a sub-flow of step 170 in the method shown in fig. 2, the acquiring the color card database of the printing device includes:

step 171: digitally printing the electronic color card file through the printing equipment to obtain a standard color card book;

before executing a print job, a printing device needs to digitally print an electronic color card file to obtain all colors that the printing device can print under a hardware condition, that is, to obtain the standard color card book.

Step 172: and establishing a mapping relation between the electronic color card file and the standard color card book to obtain a color card database.

After the standard color card is obtained, according to the printing position and sequence of the printed standard color card, one-to-one mapping relation is established between the electronic color card file and each color block data in the standard color card, and the mapping relation is stored, so that a color card database corresponding to the printing equipment is obtained.

Example two

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring a color card database, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a flow of the method for acquiring a color card database according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

step 210: acquiring an electronic color card file;

the method for acquiring the color card database provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the step 170 in the above embodiment. Specifically, the acquiring the electronic color card file includes: and generating an electronic color card file according to the color space. In the embodiment of the invention, the required electronic color card file can be generated according to the theoretical maximum color space or color model of RGB, the maximum color space is provided in the electronic color card file, and the electronic color card file represents the standard color information, so that the maximum color gamut which can be printed by the printing equipment can be embodied to the maximum extent.

Step 220: digitally printing the electronic color card file to obtain a standard color card book;

after the electronic color card file is obtained, in order to obtain a printed color effect, the electronic color card file needs to be digitally printed to obtain a standard color card book, and specifically, please refer to fig. 5, which shows a sub-process of step 220 in the method shown in fig. 4, where the digitally printing the electronic color card file to obtain the standard color card book includes:

step 221: acquiring a characteristic file of a printing device;

firstly, a printing device which needs to be used for printing patterns needs to be selected, wherein the printing device can be one or a plurality of printing devices, after the printing device is selected, a characteristic file of the printing device, namely a configuration file of the printing device, is obtained, configuration parameters and initial setting data of the printing device are stored in the file, and different configurations of different printing objects can be realized through the characteristic file for a computer program and an instruction which are preset in the device.

Step 222: generating printing data according to the characteristic file;

secondly, after acquiring the property file, the device may automatically generate print data according to a built-in program and instruction, where the print data may be a segment of driving instruction and can be executed by the device. Specifically, different printing data are generated according to different color information in the electronic color card file, so that the device can correspondingly print different colors.

Step 223: and sending the printing data to digital equipment for digital printing to obtain a standard color card book of the digital equipment.

After the printing data are obtained, the equipment transmits the printing data to the digital equipment for data printing, and after the printing is carried out, the standard color card book of the digital equipment can be obtained. In the embodiment of the present invention, the digital device and the printing device are the same device, the digital device is a representation of a digital printing function of the printing device, and is capable of performing an action of digital printing, and the printing device further includes a function of generating print data.

Step 230: and establishing a mapping relation between the electronic color card file and the standard color card book to obtain a color card database.

After the standard color card book is obtained, the corresponding relation between the electronic color card file and each color block in the standard color card book can be determined according to the printing time, the printing sequence, the printing position and the like, the one-to-one relation is stored, and a mapping relation is established, so that a color card database of the digital equipment or the printing equipment can be obtained. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, which shows a sub-process of step 230 in the method shown in fig. 4, the establishing a mapping relationship between the electronic color chart file and the standard color chart book to obtain a color chart database includes:

step 231: saving the electronic color card file as a vector file, wherein the vector file is configured to be imported into a design environment;

firstly, the electronic color card file can be directly saved as a vector file, a user can directly import the vector file through a design environment and execute a design task, wherein different colors are correspondingly saved as different vector data. The design environment may be design software, through which a user may design different patterns, which may be printed in the manner of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the user may determine whether the patterns are the patterns that the user needs to print and whether the colors conform to the effect the user wants through the color data on the printing medium.

Step 232: the standard color card is marked;

and secondly, labeling the standard color card book, wherein the standard color card book needs to be labeled for different printing equipment or digital equipment, and the color block data in the standard color card book also needs to be labeled for one printing equipment or digital equipment.

Step 233: and establishing a one-to-one mapping relation between the vector file and the standard color card book after labeling, and storing to obtain the color card database.

And finally, establishing a one-to-one mapping relation between the obtained vector file and the standard color card book after labeling, and storing to obtain the color card database. The mapping table may be stored as a mapping table, or a mapping formula, and the like, and specifically, the allocation may be performed according to actual needs.

EXAMPLE III

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a printing apparatus, please refer to fig. 7, which shows a hardware structure of the printing apparatus capable of executing the printing method described in fig. 1 to 3 and/or the obtaining method of the color card database described in fig. 4 to 6.

The printing apparatus 10 includes: at least one processor 11; and a memory 12 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 11, one processor 11 being illustrated in fig. 7. The memory 12 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 11, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor 11 to enable the at least one processor 11 to perform the printing method described above with reference to fig. 1 to 3 and the method of acquiring the color card database described above with reference to fig. 4 to 6. The processor 11 and the memory 12 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates the connection by a bus as an example.

It should be noted that, when the printing apparatus 10 is capable of executing the printing method described in the first embodiment and the print method described in fig. 1 to 3 and the method for acquiring the color card database described in the second embodiment and the color card database described in fig. 4 to 6, the printing apparatus 10 may be configured to process the printing method and the method for acquiring the color card database by only one processor 11, and store instructions executable by the one processor 11 by one memory 12; alternatively, the printing apparatus 10 may be a method of processing the printing method and the acquisition method of the color card database by only one of the processors 11, storing instructions executable by the one processor 11 through two or more memories 12; alternatively, the printing apparatus 10 may be a system for processing the printing method and the acquisition method of the color card database by two or more processors 11, respectively, and storing instructions executable by one processor 11 by one memory 12; alternatively, the printing apparatus 10 may be a system that processes the printing method and the acquisition method of the color card database by two or more processors 11, respectively, and stores instructions executable by the one processor 11 by two or more memories 12; specifically, the setting can be performed according to actual needs.

The memory 12, as a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for acquiring a color card database in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the modules shown in fig. 5 to 6. The processor 11 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running the nonvolatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 12, that is, implements the method for acquiring the color card database of the above method embodiment.

The memory 12 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the acquisition device of the color card database, and the like. Further, the memory 12 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 12 optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor 11, and these remote memories may be connected to the acquisition device of the color card database via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

The one or more modules are stored in the memory 12 and, when executed by the one or more processors 11, perform the method of obtaining a color card database in any of the above-described method embodiments, e.g., the steps of the printing method described in fig. 1-3 and the method of obtaining a color card database described in fig. 4-6 described above.

The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the application, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For technical details that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the methods provided in the embodiments of the present application.

Embodiments of the present application also provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, for example, to perform the printing method described in fig. 1 to 3 and the method steps for acquiring the color card database described in fig. 4 to 6 described above.

Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method for acquiring a color card database in any of the above-described method embodiments, for example, the steps of the printing method described in fig. 1 to 3 and the method for acquiring a color card database described in fig. 4 to 6 described above.

Example four

An embodiment of the present invention provides a printing system, please refer to fig. 8, which shows a structure of a printing system provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the printing system 100 includes: a printing medium 11; and the printing apparatus 10 as described in the third embodiment above.

The printing medium 10 may be a printable medium such as corrugated paper, a panel, a housing, etc., and may be made of any material capable of carrying a printing pattern obtained by digital printing, and may be specifically selected according to actual needs.

The printing apparatus 10 can be a single apparatus or a plurality of apparatuses capable of performing digital printing, and may be a structure including a digital apparatus, or a structure not including a digital apparatus but communicatively connected to a digital apparatus, and may be the printing apparatus 10 described in the above embodiment three, and the printing apparatus 10 can perform the method described in the above embodiment one and/or embodiment two, specifically, please refer to the printing apparatuses shown in the above embodiment one, embodiment two, and/or embodiment three and fig. 1 to fig. 7, which will not be described in detail here.

The embodiment of the invention provides a printing method, an obtaining method of a color chip database and printing equipment. According to the pattern printed by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the digital equipment has the corresponding standard color card book, the reference standard is unique, the corresponding printing effect can be seen according to the standard color card book when a user designs the pattern, and the color difference does not exist between the design time and the real printing time, so that each digital printing scheme is very wide in application and is not easily influenced by ink, a spray head and printing precision.

It should be noted that the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware.
