Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the glue outlet pipe group 5 includes: the first driven arm 501 is arranged on one side of the guide track 4 in a sliding manner, and one end of the first driven arm is assembled and connected with the driving component 7; a sleeve 502 fixedly assembled at the other end of the first driven arm 501, and a slide pipe 503 is slidably inserted into the sleeve; a sliding part 504 elastically mounted on one side of the slide pipe 503, slidably engaged with the guide rail 4, and defining a movement locus of the slide pipe 503; and a pump rubber tube 505, one end of which is connected with the slide pipe 503, and the other end of which is communicated with a glue cylinder 506 for outputting glue into the slide pipe 503.

In practical application, when the first driven arm 501 is driven by the driving assembly 7 to make a periodic reciprocating motion, the sleeve 502 fixedly mounted at the other end of the first driven arm 501 is slidably mounted with the slide tube 503 therein, the slide portion 504 at one side of the slide tube 503 is slidably mounted in the guide rail 4, and during the process that the sleeve 502 pushes the slide tube 503 to make a transverse motion, the slide tube 503 makes a periodic reciprocating motion along the guide rail 4 under the limiting action of the slide portion 504, and the glue is continuously pumped from the glue barrel 506 to the slide tube 503 through the pump hose 505.

In one case of this embodiment, the motion sequence of the slide tube 503 is matched with the rotation sequence of the rotating arm 202, so that the glue rolling mechanism 6 rolls on the surface of the document after the document on one side of the slide plate 301 slides down to the stacking slot 304, and the process interference is prevented.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the roll glue mechanism 6 includes: the roller rubber shell 601 is slidably sleeved at the tail end of the sliding pipe 503 and is elastically connected with the sliding pipe 503 through an elastic piece 602; the rubber outlet pipe 603 is arranged inside the roller rubber shell 601 and is communicated with the sliding pipe 503; the rolling wheel 604 is elastically assembled on one side of the rolling glue shell 601 and used for rolling glue among the certificates, an elastic opening and closing piece 605 is assembled on one side of the rolling wheel 604, and the elastic opening and closing piece 605 is arranged between the sliding pipe 503 and the glue outlet pipe 603 and used for opening and closing the flow of the glue along with the movement of the elastic opening and closing piece 605; and a glue roller 606 arranged on one side of the tail end of the glue outlet pipe 603 and used for rolling and coating glue on the surface of the certificate.

In practical application of this embodiment, the rolling wheel 604 is preferentially abutted against the surface of the document, and rolls the document along with the movement track of the glue rolling mechanism 6, so that the glue among the documents is uniformly distributed, when the rolling wheel 604 is abutted against the surface of the document, the elastic opening and closing member 605 is synchronously opened, so that the glue inside the sliding tube 503 is output to the glue outlet tube 603 through the glue rolling shell 601, at this time, the glue output from the glue outlet tube 603 is coated on the surface of the rolled document by the glue rolling wheel 606 abutted against the surface of the document, and after the next document is repeatedly stacked, the same rolling and gluing processes are circularly performed, so as to realize the circular gluing operation.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the roller rubber 606 may preferably be made of a PE plate anti-sticking material, or a glaze plating process, so that it has better anti-sticking capability.

Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the driving assembly 7 includes: a driver 701 disposed at one side of the main housing 101 and having a main driving rod 702 connected thereto; a first driving rod 703 arranged at one side of the main driving rod 702, wherein one end of the first driving rod 703 is rotatably connected with the main driving rod 702, and the other end of the first driving rod 703 is assembled and connected with the first driven arm 501; a second driving rod 704, which is disposed on one side of the main driving rod 702, one end of which is rotatably connected to the main driving rod 702, and the other end of which is movably connected to a second driven rod 705, wherein the second driven rod 705 is slidably disposed on one side of the main housing 101; a pressing member 706, mounted on the second driven lever 705, for driving the movement of the jamming mechanism 8; and a rack 707 arranged on one side of the second driven rod 705, and assembled with the rotary base 201 for driving the rotary base 201 to rotate back and forth.

In practical application, when the driver 701 rotates in the main housing 101, the first driving rod 703 and the second driving rod 704 which are assembled on the main driving rod 702 rotate, and do periodic reciprocating motion on the main driving rod 702, so as to drive the synchronous reciprocating motion of the second driven rod 705 of the first driven arm 501, and the second driven rod 705 drives the rack 707 at one end of the second driven rod to drive the rotating arm 202 to rotate synchronously in the reciprocating motion process, and drives the blocking mechanism 8 to move synchronously through the pressing piece 706.

In one case of this embodiment, the rotation periods of the first driving rod 703 and the second driving rod 704 are matched, so as to drive the suction assembly 2 and the glue outlet pipe group 5 to move alternately.

Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the blocking mechanism 8 includes: the elastic seat 801 is elastically assembled on one side of the second driven rod 705 and movably abutted against the abutting piece 706; and a blocking piece 802 which is inserted into the blocking groove 307 in a sliding manner and is linked with the second driven rod 705 for driving the certificates to be aligned and stacked.

In practical application, when the second driven rod 705 presses the elastic seat 801 to move, the blocking piece 802 is slidably inserted into the blocking groove 307 under the driving of the elastic seat 801, and at this time, the certificate slides into the stacking groove 304 through the sliding plate 301, one end of the certificate is blocked by the blocking piece 802 after approaching the limiting plate 306, and the other end of the certificate is lapped on the sliding plate 301, and when the blocking piece 802 slides reversely, the certificate falls into the stacking groove 304 below, so that the certificates are aligned and stacked.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the surface of the blocking member 802 is inclined so that the document slides on its surface with a bias to one side, which facilitates automatic alignment of the document.

The embodiment of the invention provides an accounting document gluing machine, documents are sequentially taken and placed by the adsorption component 2 and the glue outlet pipe group 5 which move periodically, and then are stacked in the stacking groove 304, the reciprocating rolling and gluing are carried out on the documents by the glue rolling mechanism 6 at one end of the glue outlet pipe group 5, the automatic feeding, gluing and bonding of the documents are realized, glue liquid is uniformly coated on the surfaces of the documents in the rolling and gluing process, the complex process of manual alignment gluing is omitted, and the processing efficiency of document gluing is improved.
