Detailed Description

A method for manufacturing artificial mudstone by in-situ soil modification comprises the following steps:

(1) the in-situ soil is adjusted to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil body, so that the water content of the soil body reaches 25-35%, the porosity reaches 0.6-1, the compactness is more than or equal to 0.92, and the plasticity index is less than or equal to 17;

(2) adding 13-25% of cement-based curing material into the improved soil body, and performing powder spraying, sand blasting and stirring at the air pressure of 0.7-1.2MPa and slurry spraying, water spraying and stirring at the pressure of 5-35MPa by adopting a multi-channel stirrer with the main motor power of more than or equal to 90kwd, the large torque of more than or equal to 15 t.m, the stirring head diameter of 800-; the stirring head is obliquely provided with more than or equal to 6 blade-shaped blades and more than or equal to 4 helical blades, the lifting height is less than or equal to 15mm in each rotation, the stirring frequency of each point of the soil body is more than or equal to 20 times, and the chain and the helical stirring blades rotate together to pressurize, so that the compactness of the cement-sand-soil composite is more than or equal to 0.94, the plasticity index is less than or equal to 10, and the water content is less than or equal to 22%;

(3) then strongly extruding and expanding the cement-sand-soil composite again to form the artificial mudstone with the strength more than or equal to C10 concrete.

0.05 to 0.1 percent of fiber material;

the total amount of the components is 100 percent, and the proportion of the components is adjusted according to the soil quality and the design requirement, so that the content of the aggregate with the grain diameter of more than or equal to 0.075mm in the cement-sand-soil composite is more than or equal to 15 percent.
