1. The white color paste is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 45-60% of titanium dioxide, 8-15% of water-based dispersant, 0.5-1% of alcohol humectant, 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.

2. The white color paste according to claim 1, wherein the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide.

The white color paste according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the titanium dioxide comprises at least one of Chemours curtain TI-PURE R103, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R104, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R105, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R960, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R902, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R920 and Chemours curtain TI-PURE R706.

4. The white paste according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous dispersant comprises a mixture of anionic and nonionic dispersants.

5. The white paste according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous dispersant is an acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant.

6. The white color paste according to claim 5, wherein the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant comprises at least one of block polyacrylic copolymer and random polyacrylic copolymer.

7. The white color paste according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol humectant comprises at least one of glycerol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, caprolactam, and polyethylene glycol-400.

8. The white paste according to claim 1, wherein the defoamer comprises an acetylene glycol defoamer.

9. The white color paste according to claim 1, wherein the white color paste further comprises a bactericide, and the mass ratio of the bactericide in the white color paste is 0.05-0.2%.

10. The white color paste of claim 9, wherein the biocide comprises benzisothiazolinone.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to white color paste.

Background

The white color paste is a pigment color paste formed by dispersing water as a medium, titanium dioxide, a dispersing agent and other additives, wherein the titanium dioxide is a frequently used white pigment toner, can provide better whiteness through scattered light, has excellent covering performance, and is a common colorant in the coating industry.

With the increasing demand of white color paste, the white color paste in the existing market has the defects of strong hydrophilicity, high density, easy sedimentation, excessive rise of viscosity and particle size and the like; therefore, the titanium white paste is not suitable for long-term storage and is easy to generate the phenomena of layering and precipitation. Currently, white pulp on the market has several common problems: 1. the color paste has poor stability, 2, easy layering and sedimentation, and 3, insufficient whiteness and covering rate; the stability of the white slurry can directly affect the performance, quality, storage and use of the white slurry, for example, the white slurry has an excessively large particle size after leaving a factory, and the problems of difficult filtration, unstable ink parameters, short shelf life and the like are easily caused after preparing ink, and more seriously, the white slurry can cause the plug of a printer.

Therefore, a white color paste with high whiteness, good stability and good sedimentation resistance is urgently needed at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present application provides a white paste which has good stability and long settling time.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a white color paste, where the white color paste includes the following components by weight: 45-60% of titanium dioxide, 8-15% of water-based dispersant, 0.5-1% of alcohol humectant, 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.

In one possible embodiment, the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide.

In one possible embodiment, the titanium dioxide comprises at least one of Chemours curtain TI-PURE R103, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R104, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R105, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R960, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R902, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R920 and Chemours curtain TI-PURE R706.

Optionally, the aqueous dispersant comprises a mixture of anionic and nonionic dispersants.

In one possible embodiment, the aqueous dispersant is an acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant.

In one possible embodiment, the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant includes at least one of a block polyacrylic copolymer, a random polyacrylic copolymer.

In one possible embodiment, the alcoholic humectant includes at least one of glycerin, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, caprolactam, and polyethylene glycol-400.

In one possible embodiment, the defoamer comprises an acetylenic diol type defoamer.

In a feasible implementation mode, the white color paste further comprises a bactericide, and the mass ratio of the bactericide in the white color paste is 0.05-0.2%.

In one possible embodiment, the antimicrobial agent comprises benzisothiazolinone.

The application provides a white color paste, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-60% of titanium dioxide, 8-15% of water-based dispersant, 0.5-1% of alcohol humectant, 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.

In the white color paste provided by the application, the alcohol humectant and the water-based dispersant are added, so that the wettability and stability of the titanium dioxide in the color paste can be improved, and the defoaming agent is also matched for use, so that the prepared white color paste has good sedimentation resistance and higher covering rate, and the stability of the white color paste is further improved.

As an alternative technical scheme of the application, the rutile type titanium dioxide comprises at least one of Chemours curtain TI-PURE R103, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R104, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R105, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R960, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R902, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R920 and Chemours curtain TI-PURE R706, and typical but not limiting examples are as follows: the rutile type titanium dioxide can be Chemours curtain TI-PURE R104 alone, Chemours curtain TI-PURE R105 alone, or the combination of Chemours curtain TI-PURE R104 and Chemours curtain TI-PURE R105.

Optionally, the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide in the white color paste is 45% to 60%, and the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide in the white color paste may be 45%, 46%, 47%, 48%, 49%, 50%, 51%, 52%, 53%, 54%, 55%, 56%, 57%, 58%, 59%, and 60%, but is not limited to the enumerated values, and other unrecited values in the numerical value range are also applicable.

As an optional technical scheme of the application, the water-based dispersing agent comprises a mixture of an anionic dispersing agent and a non-ionic dispersing agent, the molecular weight of the water-based dispersing agent is 2000-6000, the anionic dispersing agent can enable titanium dioxide to have a better dispersing effect, and the anionic dispersing agent can be combined with the non-ionic dispersing agent to enable the whole color paste system to keep a certain stability.

As the selectable technical scheme of the application, the water-based dispersing agent is the acrylic copolymer water-based dispersing agent which has the advantages of excellent fluidity, high gloss and high tinting strength, has long-term pigment dispersion and storage stability and has good compatibility with various water-based systems, the dispersibility of the titanium dioxide can be increased by adding the acrylic copolymer water-based dispersing agent and the titanium dioxide into the white color paste, the whiteness of the white color paste is favorably improved, the white color paste is adopted for printing under the same whiteness requirement, the using amount of the color paste can be reduced, and the covering rate is high during the rapid and long-time printing (ONE PASS).

As an alternative solution, the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant includes at least one of a block polyacrylic copolymer and a random polyacrylic copolymer, and it is understood that the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant may be a block polyacrylic copolymer, a random polyacrylic copolymer, or a mixture of a block polyacrylic copolymer and a random polyacrylic copolymer, and may be, for example, JONCRYL HPD196, JONCRYL HPD586, JONCRYL HPD506, EDAPLAN480, EDAPLAN 689DISPERBYK-2015, DISPERBYK-2018, DISPERBYK-2010, or the like.

Alternatively, the weight ratio of the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant in the white color paste is 8% to 15%, and the weight ratio of the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant in the white color paste may be specifically 8%, 9%, 10, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, 15%, and the like, but is not limited to the recited values, and other values not recited in the range of the values are also applicable. Through a plurality of tests, the addition amount of the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant is controlled within the range, which is beneficial to improving the dispersion wettability and stability of the white color paste and reducing the particle size change rate and viscosity change rate of the white color paste after being placed at high temperature.

As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the alcohol humectant includes at least one of glycerin, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, caprolactam, and polyethylene glycol-400, and typically, but not limited to, the alcohol humectant may be glycerin, triethylene glycol, a mixture of glycerin and polyethylene glycol-400, and the like.

Optionally, the mass ratio of the alcohol humectant in the white color paste is 0.5% to 1%, and the mass ratio of the alcohol humectant in the white color paste may be specifically 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9% and 1%, but is not limited to the recited values, and other non-recited values within the range of the values are also applicable. Experiments show that the alcohol humectant is controlled within the range of 0.5 to 1 percent by weight of the white color paste, which is beneficial to improving the whiteness and the stability of the white color paste.

In the optional technical scheme, the defoaming agent comprises the acetylene glycol defoaming agent, the acetylene glycol defoaming agent has smaller surface tension, the surface activity is high, the defoaming capability is strong, and the acetylene glycol defoaming agent is present in the white color paste, so that the effect of wetting and dispersing can be achieved while the generation of foams in the white color paste can be inhibited or the foams generated are eliminated, and the stability and the whiteness of the white color paste are improved.

Alternatively, the ratio of the defoaming agent in the white color paste is 0.05% to 0.2%, and the ratio of the defoaming agent in the white color paste may be specifically 0.05%, 0.06%, 0.07%, 0.08%, 0.09%, 0.1%, 0.12%, 0.14%, 0.18%, 0.19%, and 0.2%, but is not limited to the listed values, and other values not listed in the range of values are also applicable. Experiments show that the weight ratio of the defoaming agent in the white color paste is controlled within the range of 0.05-0.2%, which is beneficial to improving the sedimentation resistance of the white color paste.

In the optional technical scheme of the application, the white color paste further comprises a bactericide, the mass ratio of the bactericide in the white color paste is 0.05-0.2%, and the mass ratio of the bactericide in the white color paste can be specifically 0.05%, 0.07%, 0.1%, 0.15% and 2%, but the bactericide is not limited to the enumerated values, and other unrecited values in the numerical range are also applicable.

The germicide includes benzisothiazolinone.

The balance of the water may be at least one of tap water, deionized water, and distilled water, and preferably, the water is deionized water, so that impurities in the pigment can be reduced, and the influence on other components in the ink can also be reduced.

The following further describes the present application according to the preparation method of the white color paste of the present application.

The preparation method of the white color paste comprises the following steps:

step 1, respectively weighing 45-60% of titanium dioxide, 8-15% of water-based dispersant, 0.5-1% of alcohol humectant, 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.2% of bactericide and the balance of water according to mass percentage.

And 2, mixing and stirring the aqueous dispersant, the defoaming agent, the alcohol humectant, the bactericide and water weighed in the step 1 uniformly at room temperature, and then adding titanium dioxide for high-speed dispersion, wherein the dispersion time is not less than 120 min.

And 3, grinding the material obtained in the step 2 by using grinding beads with the diameter of 0.25-0.35 mm to obtain grinding color paste, wherein the average particle size of the grinding color paste is 350-450 nm.

Step 4, filtering the grinding color paste obtained in the step 3 to obtain white color paste; the filtration operation is carried out using a filter of polypropylene and glass fibers having a pore size of 0.5 to 1.0. mu.m. The white color paste can be obtained by the operations of stirring, dispersing, grinding, filtering and the like, the production process is simple, large-scale industrial production can be realized, and the obtained white color paste has good stability, small sedimentation rate, high covering rate and good compatibility with alcohols and ether agents, and can be widely applied to the technical fields of coatings, printing and the like.

The present application will be further described with reference to specific examples and comparative examples, but the present application is not limited to these specific examples. The percentages of the components mentioned above and below in the present application are percentages by weight, and are percentages of the components based on the total weight of the pigment ink, except where specifically indicated.

1. Preparing white color paste: example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5:

the white color paste prepared according to the weight percentage composition shown in the following table 1 is example 1; the white color paste prepared by replacing the type of the titanium dioxide is the comparative example 1; and respectively adjusting the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant, the alcohol humectant and the defoaming agent to prepare white color paste out of the range limited by the application as comparative examples 2-5.

2. Performance testing

(1) Testing the viscosity change rate and the particle size change rate of the white color paste prepared in the table 1; the viscosity testing instrument is as follows: BROOKIFLD DV-II + PRO; the particle size testing instrument is as follows: malvern Nano-S90. The test results are shown in table 2 below:

the high temperature in table 2 means that the sample was stored at a high temperature in a constant temperature oven at 60 ℃ and then taken out, and the sample was left at room temperature until the room temperature was recovered, and then the parameters thereof were measured. Change rate is (high temperature-normal temperature) ÷ normal temperature.

(2) The white color paste prepared in the table 1 is subjected to a room temperature standing test, 50mL of the white color paste prepared in the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-5 is weighed, poured into a 100mL measuring cylinder, sealed and placed at room temperature, and after the color paste is settled, the surface layer water separation settlement height is measured, and the specific data are shown in the table 3.

(3) The white color paste prepared in the table 1 is prepared with ink, and the whiteness coverage rate is tested, and the specific implementation method comprises the following steps: the results of the print comparisons using the same ink formulation are shown in table 4 below:

the ratings in table 4 are arranged from good to bad: a + +, A-, B +, B-, C +, C-; the printing contrast uses the machine and the printing medium in a consistent manner.

As can be seen from the data in tables 1-4 above:

the white color paste prepared in the embodiment 1 has better stability and anti-settling performance than a comparative sample, has higher whiteness and covering rate, and can effectively solve the problems of poor stability, easy settling and the like of common white color paste.

In example 1 and comparative examples 2-3, when the amount of the acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersant is greater than or less than the range defined in the application, the prepared white color paste has the problems of excessive increase of particle size and viscosity, poor whiteness and covering effect and poor stability.

In the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 4 to 5, when the usage amounts of the alcohol humectant and the bactericide are larger than or smaller than the range defined by the application, the prepared white color paste has the problems of particle size and viscosity return, overlarge parameter change rate, poor whiteness coverage and poor stability.

The white color paste prepared by the method has the advantages that in the comparative example 1, the white color paste prepared by the method is prepared by adopting the stone titanium dioxide, the particle size and viscosity of the white color paste return to be excessively high, the stability is poor, and the sedimentation resistance is slightly better than that of the white color paste prepared by the comparative examples 2-4, but the sedimentation resistance is far lower than that of the white color paste prepared by the embodiment 1.

The white color paste prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 5 needs to be added with more amount in the same formula system for preparing ink to achieve the whiteness coverage rate of the original degree of the embodiment, and compared with the comparative examples 1 to 5, the whiteness and the coverage rate of the embodiment 1 are obviously insufficient.

The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
