When the chemical protective clothing is hung in an inverted manner in practice, the open chemical protective clothing is firstly covered on the lining inverted frame 2 in an inverted manner, then the two leg supporting parts 231 are supported at the two leg trousers of the chemical protective clothing, the two sleeve supporting parts 232 are supported at the two sleeve tubes of the chemical protective clothing, and finally the front fly of the chemical protective clothing is pulled up, so that the hose and the front fly of the chemical protective clothing are sealed through the sealing adhesive tape in order to ensure the sealing property inside the chemical protective clothing; then, the air blowing unit 4 blows air to the two leg supporting portions 231 and the two sleeve supporting portions 232, so that the chemical protective suit is in an expanded state, and the surface laying work of the chemical protective suit is realized.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the liquid supply assembly 6 comprises washing tanks 61 containing different detergents and a constant-pressure liquid supply system 62, and in the embodiment of the present application, corresponding numbers and kinds of washing tanks 61 can be installed in the equipment area 12 of the cleaning cabinet 1; the constant pressure liquid supply system 62 includes liquid supply pipes 621 respectively communicating with the left side flushing hole 51, the back side flushing hole 52, the top flushing hole 53 and the right side flushing hole 54, the constant pressure liquid supply system 62 further includes pressure sensors 622 and first electromagnetic switch valves 623 provided on the four liquid supply pipes 621, the constant pressure liquid supply system 62 further includes an output pipe 624 communicating with each washing tank 61 and a second electromagnetic switch valve 625 mounted on the corresponding output pipe 624, the constant pressure liquid supply system 62 further includes a collecting pipe 626 and a liquid supply pump 627 provided on the collecting pipe 626, and the two ends of the collecting pipe 626 are respectively connected in series with the output pipe 624 and the liquid supply pipe 621 which are connected in parallel, and a controller 30 which is electrically connected with the pressure sensor 622, the first electromagnetic switch valve 623, the second electromagnetic switch valve 625, the liquid supply pump 627, the driving wheel 8 and the rotating motor through the PLC programming is arranged in the cleaning cabinet 1.

In practical use, when performing the washing operation, the controller 30 may be used to open the corresponding second electromagnetic switch valve 625 and control the liquid supply pump 627 to open according to different washing requirements, so as to supply liquid to each liquid supply pipe 621, and at the same time, the pressure sensor 622 on each liquid supply pipe 621 is used to open the corresponding second electromagnetic switch valve 625 on the liquid supply pipe 621 only when the pressure value on each liquid supply pipe 621 reaches the same value, so as to achieve the same washing pressure in each liquid supply pipe 621 and perform the washing operation on the chemical defense suit with the same washing force; and an operation panel 40 is arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning cabinet 1 positioned on the device 12 and electrically connected with the controller 30, so that a touch screen or a button is used for controlling a specific cleaning program, and the automation degree of the whole equipment is improved.

The holes in the middle areas of the left side washing hole 51, the back side washing hole 52, the top washing hole 53 and the right side washing hole 54 which are distributed in a linear array are oriented to the tangential direction of the rotation axis of the lining inverted frame 2, so that the stains on the chemical protective clothing are subjected to larger impact force, the cleaning capability of the washing hole group 5 on the stains is improved, and the cleaning efficiency of the chemical protective clothing is improved.

The implementation principle of the high-efficient cleaning equipment of antichemical clothes of the embodiment of this application is:

in actual use, a worker firstly covers the open chemical protective clothing on the lining inverted frame 2 in an inverted manner, then supports the two leg pants parts 231 of the chemical protective clothing, supports the two sleeve parts 232 of the chemical protective clothing at the two sleeve pipes, finally pulls the front fly of the chemical protective clothing, and utilizes the sealing adhesive tape to realize that the chemical protective clothing is bound at the hose and the front fly, so as to realize that the chemical protective clothing is sleeved on the lining inverted frame 2 in an inverted manner;

then, the blast blower is used for blasting air to the blast ports of the foot supporting part 231 and the sleeve supporting part 232, so that the interior of the chemical protective suit is inflated, the wrinkles on the surface of the chemical protective suit are spread out, the exposed area on the surface of the chemical protective suit is greatly increased, and the cleaning efficiency of the chemical protective suit is improved in the later period;

then, the liquid supply assembly 6 is used for cleaning the lining placement frame 2 in all directions, various different cleaning solutions can be selected according to different stains on the surface of the chemical protective clothing, special cleaning operation is carried out on the chemical protective clothing, finally, the liquid drainage channel 7 is used for draining the cleaned sewage and stains, and the chemical protective clothing is cleaned with high quality and high efficiency in the whole process.
