3. The method for producing pure cotton space-dyed yarn using stripping agent as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the mass concentration of the stripping agent solution is 2-6%.

The method for producing pure cotton space-dyed yarn by using stripping agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the space-dyeing device is one of a vacuum space-dyeing machine, a high-temperature high-pressure space-dyeing machine, a positioning space-dyeing machine or a cheese space-dyeing machine, and the speed of the space-dyeing device is 400-800 m/min.

5. The method for producing a purified cotton space dyed yarn using a stripping agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the purified cotton dyed yarn is a purified cotton cone dyed yarn or a purified cotton cone dyed yarn.

The method for producing pure cotton space dyed yarn using stripping agent as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pure cotton cone dyed yarn is prepared by dyeing pure cotton base yarn with reactive dye cone yarn, and the pure cotton cone dyed yarn is prepared by subjecting pure cotton fiber to color spinning.

7. The method for producing pure cotton space-dyed yarn using stripping agent according to claim 1, wherein the dip-dyeing is space-orientation dip-dyeing, and the liquor carrying rate of the pure cotton dyed yarn dip-dyed with stripping agent is 40-100%.

The method for producing pure cotton space-dyed yarn by using stripping agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steaming stripping treatment is performed by using saturated steam, the steaming stripping treatment temperature is 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the steaming stripping treatment time is 20-40 min.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a method for producing pure cotton space-dyed yarns by adopting stripping agents.

Background

Space dyed yarn means that two or more different colours are dyed on the same skein. The fabric style woven by the space dyeing yarns is fundamentally broken through and is deeply favored by consumers. Traditional space dyeing yarn is all formed through hank dyeing processing, and the technology is complicated, wastes time and energy, and traditional space dyeing yarn generally all has following problem: firstly, the phenomenon of mutual permeation can be caused because the boundary positions are inevitable when dyes with different colors are dyed, and the interface is not clear due to transitional color change; and secondly, because the dark and light colors are dyed, fixed and washed simultaneously, the light colors are easy to be stained by the dark colors, thereby affecting the appearance quality of the produced fabric.

In recent years, there are many research achievements around the production process of space-dyed yarns, which are as follows:

chinese patent CN 111088708A discloses a space dyeing method for cheese, which provides the bobbin: opening a hole on a dyeing tube according to a specific mode to form a bobbin; loose spooling: adopting a bobbin winder to wind yarns on the bobbins to form loose bobbins; pretreatment: installing a loose bobbin on a creel in a dye vat, and bleaching yarns on the loose bobbin; dyeing: dyeing the bleached yarn on the loose bobbin in a dye vat; and (3) post-treatment: rinsing the loose bobbin in a dye vat; and (3) dehydrating: and dehydrating the rinsed loose bobbin in a dehydrating machine. In the patent, a dyeing tube is perforated in a specific mode, yarn winding is carried out on the treated dyeing tube to form a loose bobbin, and after the loose bobbin is subjected to pretreatment, dyeing, post-treatment, dehydration and other steps, a cheese process can be used for realizing a gradual-change space dyeing effect on the yarn.

Chinese patent CN103510319A discloses a cheese space dyeing method, which comprises the following steps: a. rewinding: putting the cheese dyeing tube on a cone loosening vehicle for rewinding; b. a sealing device: after the yarn is poured, wrapping a layer of barrier on the side surface of the yarn on the dyeing tube; c. chamfering, weighing, caging and yarn floating; d. hole sealing: plugging corresponding flow guide holes in the dyeing pipe according to requirements; e. dyeing: dyeing by using a positive and negative circulating pump or a full positive pump according to the process; f. unloading the cage and taking out the tube, dehydrating, drying, reversing, inspecting quality, and warehousing finished products, wherein the thickness of the heterogeneous yarn is 0.4-1 cm. In the patent, a layer of barrier is wrapped on the side surface of the yarn on the dyeing tube, and the corresponding diversion hole on the dyeing tube is plugged according to the requirement, and then the cheese dyeing is carried out, so that the space dyeing yarn is obtained.

Chinese patent CN103510320A discloses a warp beam yarn space dyeing production method, which comprises the following steps: a. warping: putting the warp beam on a loose warping machine for warping; b. a sealing device: after the warping of the yarns is finished, wrapping a layer of barrier on the side surface of the yarns on the beam tube; c. loading into a cage and bleaching; d. sealing the tube; e. caging and dyeing: dyeing by using a positive and negative circulating pump or a full positive pump according to the process; f. post-treatment, tussah water, cage unloading and tube taking, sizing and winding into a fabric. In the patent, a layer of barrier is wrapped on the side surface of the yarn on the warp beam tube, and then the yarn is dyed by using a positive and negative circulating pump, so that space dyeing yarn is obtained.

The problem that penetration and transitional color change appear in boundary position can not be solved to above-mentioned patent, also can't avoid simultaneously dyeing, fixation, washing lead to the light color easily to receive the dark problem of staiing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for producing pure cotton space dyeing yarns by adopting stripping agents, which solves the problem of uneven cloth surface color caused by unclear interface or easily contaminated light color due to transitional color change of the traditional space dyeing yarns by locally stripping the color yarns, and ensures that the color space of the space dyeing yarns is clearer.

The method for producing the pure cotton space dyeing yarn by adopting the stripping agent is to add the stripping agent solution into space dyeing equipment to dip-dye the pure cotton dyed yarn to obtain the pure cotton dyed yarn dipped with the stripping agent; and (3) carrying out steaming stripping treatment on the pure cotton dyed yarn dyed with the stripping agent, and carrying out post-treatment to obtain the pure cotton space dyeing yarn.

The stripping agent is one or more of sodium hydrosulfite, thiourea dioxide, sodium hypochlorite, sodium chlorite, hydrogen peroxide or potassium permanganate.

The mass concentration of the stripping agent solution is 2-6%.

The space dyeing equipment is one of a vacuum space dyeing machine, a high-temperature high-pressure space dyeing machine, a positioning space dyeing machine or a cheese space dyeing machine, and is preferably a processing device for space dyeing of cellulose fiber cheese in Chinese patent 202020451416.6.

The speed of the space dyeing equipment is 400-800 m/min.

The pure cotton colored yarn is pure cotton cone colored yarn or pure cotton cone colored spun yarn.

The pure cotton colored yarn comprises one or more colors.

The preparation method of the pure cotton cone dyed yarn is to obtain the pure cotton cone dyed yarn after the pure cotton base yarn is dyed by reactive dye cone yarn.

The preparation method of the pure cotton cone colored spun yarn is that the pure cotton fiber is prepared into the pure cotton cone colored spun yarn through a colored spinning process.

The dip dyeing is interval positioning dip dyeing, and the liquid carrying rate of the pure cotton dyed yarns dipped and dyed with the stripping agent is 40-100%.

The steaming color stripping treatment is carried out by adopting saturated steam, the steaming color stripping treatment temperature is 100-120 ℃, and the steaming color stripping treatment time is 20-40 min.

The post-treatment is water washing and drying treatment.

The washing temperature is 80-98 ℃, and the washing time is 10-30 min.

The method for producing the pure cotton space-dyed yarn by adopting the stripping agent comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing pure cotton colored yarn: the pure cotton cone colored yarns are obtained after the pure cotton raw yarns are dyed by reactive dye cone yarns or pure cotton fibers are prepared into the pure cotton cone colored spun yarns through a colored spinning process;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting the stripping agent solution into a dye vat device of space dyeing equipment, and carrying out interval positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton dyed yarns by the stripping agent to obtain the pure cotton dyed yarns dip-dyed with the stripping agent;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting the pure cotton dyed yarns which are dip-dyed with the stripping agent into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (4) washing and drying the dyed yarn subjected to the steaming stripping treatment to obtain the pure cotton dyed yarn.

The conventional space dyeing yarn production adopts dyes with different colors to dye to prepare space dyeing yarns, but the boundary position cannot avoid transitional color change to cause unclear interface when the dyes with different colors are dyed; and when the dark and light colors are dyed simultaneously, the light colors are easily polluted by the dark colors, so that the appearance quality of space-dyed yarns is influenced.

The invention provides a process method for producing space-dyed yarn by using stripping principle to perform local positioning treatment on pure cotton dyed yarn, which comprises the steps of firstly adopting one or more color dyes to dye pure cotton raw yarn or pure cotton fiber to obtain pure cotton dyed yarn, then adding a stripping agent solution into space dyeing equipment to perform space positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton dyed yarn, finally performing steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam, and performing washing and drying treatment to obtain the space-dyed yarn.

The method is different from the mode of directly dyeing by adopting various color dyes in the traditional space dyeing yarn production, and the space dyeing yarn is produced by adopting the mode of firstly dyeing raw pure cotton yarns or pure cotton fibers and then stripping the dyed pure cotton dyed yarns, so that the problem of uneven cloth cover color caused by unclear interface or easily polluted light color due to transitional color change is fundamentally solved.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the existing space dyeing yarn production adopts space dyeing equipment to dye dyes, while the space dyeing equipment is adopted to dip and dye stripping agents in the space dyeing yarn production, then stripping treatment is carried out, and local stripping of dyed yarns is carried out, so that the full utilization of resources is realized, and the cost is saved.

2. According to the invention, the pure cotton dyed yarns are subjected to local stripping by adopting a mode of dyeing firstly and stripping secondly, so that the problem of uneven cloth cover color caused by unclear interface or easily contaminated light color of the traditional space dyed yarns due to transitional color change is fundamentally avoided, and the color space of the space dyed yarns is clearer.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below with reference to examples.

Example 1

(1) Preparing pure cotton colored yarn: producing pure cotton blue cheese after pure cotton raw yarn is dyed by blue reactive dye cheese;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting a thiourea dioxide solution with the mass concentration of 5% into a dyeing tank of space dyeing equipment, and carrying out space positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton blue cheese, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the pure cotton blue cheese after dip dyeing is 40%, the vehicle speed of the space dyeing equipment is 600 m/min, and the space dyeing equipment is a processing device for space dyeing of the cellulose fiber cheese in Chinese patent 202020451416.6;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting the pure cotton blue cheese dyed with thiourea dioxide solution into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam, wherein the steaming stripping treatment temperature is 102 ℃, and the steaming stripping treatment time is 40 min;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (3) washing the dyed yarns subjected to the steaming stripping treatment with water at the temperature of 95 ℃ for 10min, and drying by using a radio frequency dryer to obtain blue dyed yarns with clear interfaces and uniform color distribution, wherein a real object diagram of the blue dyed yarns is shown in a figure 1 and a figure 2.

Example 2

(1) Preparing pure cotton colored yarn: producing pure cotton red cheese after dyeing pure cotton raw yarn by red reactive dye cheese;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting a sodium hypochlorite solution with the mass concentration of 4% into a dye vat device of a positioning space dyeing machine, and carrying out interval positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton red cheese, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the pure cotton red cheese after dip dyeing is 60%, and the speed of the positioning space dyeing machine is 400 m/min;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting pure cotton red cheese dip-dyed with the sodium chlorate solution at the last time into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam, wherein the steaming stripping treatment temperature is 110 ℃, and the steaming stripping treatment time is 30 min;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (3) washing the dyed yarn subjected to the steaming stripping treatment with water at the temperature of 85 ℃ for 30min, and drying by using a radio frequency dryer to obtain the red dyed yarn with a clear interface and uniform color distribution.

Example 3

(1) Preparing pure cotton colored yarn: producing pure cotton yellow cheese after dyeing pure cotton raw yarn by yellow reactive dye cheese;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting a hydrogen peroxide solution with the mass concentration of 6% into a dye vat device of a vacuum space dyeing machine, and carrying out interval positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton yellow cheese, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the pure cotton yellow cheese after dip dyeing is 50%, and the speed of the vacuum space dyeing machine is 800 m/min;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting the pure cotton yellow cheese dyed with the hydrogen peroxide solution into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam, wherein the steaming stripping treatment temperature is 120 ℃, and the steaming stripping treatment time is 20 min;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (3) washing the dyed yarn subjected to the steaming stripping treatment with water at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 20min, and drying by using a radio frequency dryer to obtain the yellow dyed yarn with a clear interface and uniform color distribution.

Example 4

(1) Preparing pure cotton colored yarn: preparing pure cotton red cheese colored spun yarns from pure cotton fibers through a colored spinning process;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting 2% sodium hydrosulfite solution into a dye vat device of a positioning space dyeing machine, and carrying out interval positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton red cone dyed yarns, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the dyed pure cotton red cone dyed yarns is 70%, and the speed of the positioning space dyeing machine is 500 m/min;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting the pure cotton red cone colored spun yarn dyed with the sodium hydrosulfite solution into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming and stripping treatment by using saturated steam, wherein the steaming and stripping treatment temperature is 100 ℃, and the steaming and stripping treatment time is 35 min;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (3) washing the dyed yarn subjected to the steaming stripping treatment with water at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 25min, and drying by using a radio frequency dryer to obtain the red dyed yarn with a clear interface and uniform color distribution.

Example 5

(1) Preparing pure cotton colored yarn: the pure cotton base yarn is dyed by red, purple, yellow and gray reactive dye cheese by space dyeing equipment to produce pure cotton colorful cheese, and the space dyeing equipment is a processing device for space dyeing of cellulose fiber cheese in Chinese patent 202020451416.6;

(2) and (3) dip dyeing with stripping agent: putting a potassium permanganate solution with the mass concentration of 5% into a dyeing liquid tank of space dyeing equipment, and carrying out space positioning dip dyeing on the pure cotton colored cheese, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the pure cotton colored cheese after dip dyeing is 60%, the vehicle speed of the space dyeing equipment is 700 m/min, and the space dyeing equipment is a processing device for space dyeing of the cellulose fiber cheese in Chinese patent 202020451416.6;

(3) steaming and stripping treatment: putting the pure cotton colored cheese dyed with the permanganate solution into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and carrying out steaming stripping treatment by using saturated steam, wherein the steaming stripping treatment temperature is 120 ℃, and the steaming stripping treatment time is 30 min;

(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (3) washing the dyed yarn subjected to the steaming stripping treatment with water at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 25min, and drying by using a radio frequency dryer to obtain the colored dyed yarn with a clear interface and uniform color distribution.
