1. A compressor pan assembly, comprising:

a chassis;

the positioning bolts are fixedly arranged on the base plate and distributed around the compressor, and notches are formed on the outer side surfaces of the positioning bolts;

and the damping washer is sleeved on the positioning bolt, and a movement gap for avoiding collision between the damping washer and the positioning bolt is formed between the inner through hole surface of the damping washer and the notch of the positioning bolt.

2. The compressor pan assembly of claim 1, wherein the plane of the positioning bolt cut-out is perpendicular to the tangential force of rotation of the compressor at that location.

3. A compressor pan assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the plane where the positioning bolt notch is located is parallel to the axis of the positioning bolt.

A compressor pan assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the positioning bolt comprises a head, a main rod part and a threaded connection part along the axial direction of the positioning bolt, the diameters of the head, the main rod part and the threaded connection part are sequentially increased, the notch is formed in the main rod part, and the outer circular surface of the main rod part is in clearance fit with the inner hole of the damping washer.

5. The compressor chassis assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fit clearance between the outer circumferential surface of the main rod part of the positioning bolt and the inner hole of the damping washer is 0.8mm-1.5 mm.

A compressor pan assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the head of the positioning bolt is provided with a positioning bulge, the positioning bulge is provided with an opening, the chassis is provided with a positioning hole, the positioning hole is provided with a transverse rib, the positioning bulge is matched with the positioning hole through insertion, and the transverse rib is positioned in the opening.

A compressor pan assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the positioning bolts and the damping washers are arranged on the base plate in multiple groups, and when the damping washers are connected with the compressor, the positioning bolts and the damping washers are distributed around the compressor.

8. A compressor chassis assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the length of the cut-out is greater than or equal to the length of the mating surface of the cushion washer with the locating bolt.

9. A compressor chassis assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the number of said cut-outs is two, symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of said positioning bolt.

10. A compressor chassis assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein a nut for fastening a cushion washer is threadedly connected to the positioning bolt.

11. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the compressor base plate assembly of any one of claims 1 to 10.

12. The outdoor unit of claim 11, further comprising a compressor detachably mounted to the damping gasket.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a compressor chassis assembly and an air conditioner outdoor unit.

Background

The outdoor unit mostly adopts a rotor type compressor, namely, the compressor works in a rotating way. For transportation reliability, the assembly clearance between the damping washer and the positioning bolt is generally designed to be relatively small, about 1mm, so that the damping washer must move towards the positioning bolt under the action of circumferential force when the compressor starts to rotate, and the assembly clearance is reduced until collision occurs. When the compressor torsional force is great, especially when the compressor starts, the damping packing ring bumps with positioning bolt very easily, produces unusual noise, influences user experience. For this reason, there is a need to optimize existing compressor vibration damping devices.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention discloses a compressor chassis assembly and an air conditioner outdoor unit, which are used for solving the problem of high noise caused by collision between a damping washer and a positioning bolt when a compressor is started.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, the present invention discloses a compressor base plate assembly, comprising: a chassis; the positioning bolts are fixedly arranged on the base plate and distributed around the compressor, and notches are formed on the outer side surfaces of the positioning bolts; and the damping washer is sleeved on the positioning bolt, and a movement gap for avoiding collision between the damping washer and the positioning bolt is formed between the inner through hole surface of the damping washer and the notch of the positioning bolt.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The present embodiment provides a compressor chassis assembly, including: a chassis 2; the positioning bolt 1 is used for fixing the compressor 4, the positioning bolt 1 is fixedly arranged on the chassis 2 and distributed around the compressor 4, and a notch is formed on the outer side surface of the positioning bolt 1; the damping washer 3 is sleeved on the positioning bolt 1, and a movement gap for avoiding collision between the damping washer 3 and the positioning bolt 1 is formed between the inner through hole surface of the damping washer 3 and the notch of the positioning bolt 1.

Preferably, the plane of the notch is a plane 11 parallel to the axis of the positioning bolt, so that when the compressor 4 is started or operated, an acting force is applied to the damping washer 3, and the gap between the inner wall of the damping washer 3 and the notch is reduced.

Preferably, the plane 11 of the notch of the positioning bolt 1 is perpendicular to the rotation tangential force of the compressor 4.

Preferably, the plane 11 of the notch of the positioning bolt 1 is parallel to the axis of the positioning bolt 1.

Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the positioning bolt 1 includes a head portion a, a main rod portion b, and a threaded connection portion c along an axial direction thereof, diameters of the head portion a, the main rod portion b, and the threaded connection portion c are sequentially increased, the notch is formed in the main rod portion a, and an outer circumferential surface of the main rod portion a is in clearance fit with an inner hole of the cushion ring 3.

Preferably, the head of the positioning bolt 1 is provided with a positioning protrusion 13, the positioning protrusion 13 is provided with an opening, the chassis 2 is provided with a positioning hole, the positioning hole is provided with a transverse rib, the positioning protrusion 13 is matched with the positioning hole through insertion, and the transverse rib is located in the opening.

Optionally, the positioning protrusions 13 may be semicircular protrusions, the number of the positioning protrusions is 2, the positioning protrusions are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the positioning bolt 1, the outer arc surfaces of the positioning protrusions 13 are matched with a plurality of positioning holes, a gap is formed between the two positioning protrusions 13, and the transverse rib is arranged in the gap between the two positioning protrusions 13.

Optionally, the positioning bolt 1 is welded on the chassis 2.

The positioning bolts 1 and the damping washers 3 are arranged on the base plate 2 in multiple groups, and when the damping washers 3 are connected with the compressor 4, the positioning bolts 1 and the damping washers 3 are distributed around the compressor 4 in multiple groups.

Optionally, the positioning bolt 1 and the cushion ring 3 are 3 groups.

The length of the notch is greater than or equal to the length of the matching surface of the shock absorption washer 3 and the positioning bolt 1.

The length of the notch in this embodiment refers to the length of the plane of the notch along the axial direction of the positioning bolt 1.

Preferably, the fit clearance between the outer circular surface of the main rod part on the positioning bolt and the inner hole of the damping washer is 0.8-1.5 mm, so that the pretightening force when the positioning bolt is connected with the damping washer 3 is guaranteed.

Preferably, the length of the plane 11 where the notch is located is greater than or equal to the length of the matching surface between the cushion ring 3 and the positioning bolt 1, so that when the cushion ring 3 moves relative to the positioning bolt 1, the cylindrical surface of the positioning bolt 1 on the non-notch side is prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the cushion ring 3 to generate noise.

Optionally, the number of the notches is two, and the notches are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the positioning bolt 1.

As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the two notches of the positioning bolt 1 are illustrated schematically, wherein the plane 11 of the notch of the positioning bolt 1 may or may not extend to the upper surface of the head a.

In this embodiment, the positioning bolt 1 is screwed with a nut 5 for fastening the damping washer 3.

It can be known from the comparison between fig. 7 and fig. 8 that, in this embodiment, under the condition that the fit clearance between the original positioning bolt 1 and the damping washer 3 is not increased, the notch is formed in the side surface of the positioning bolt 1, so that the noise generated when the compressor 4 is started can be significantly reduced, and meanwhile, the nut 5 acts on the pretightening force of the damping washer 3 to ensure that the pretightening force is not loosened during the transportation process, so that the transportation is more reliable.

Example 2

The embodiment discloses an air conditioner outdoor unit, which comprises a compressor chassis assembly in embodiment 1;

this embodiment still includes specifically compressor 4, be equipped with a plurality of mount pads along the circumferencial direction on the compressor 4, every mount pad with damping washer 3 can dismantle the connection.
