Background

The low-temperature liquid transportation tank car for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and the like adopts a pump to unload liquid more quickly and has higher efficiency. The liquid unloading pump needs to be precooled before running, so that the medium passing through the pump is ensured to be liquid so as to prevent the pump from generating cavitation, but the precooling cannot be visually judged if the medium is in place, and an operator temporarily leaves during the running of the liquid unloading pump, so that the automatic operation of the control device is possible to damage the liquid unloading pump, and a great potential safety hazard is brought to a liquid unloading site.

Disclosure of Invention

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the control process of the truck-mounted liquid discharge pump 1 is as follows:

1) within the range of discharging the low-temperature liquid transport vehicle at a stopping fixed point, the pump control box 2 is connected to the commercial power of the rated voltage of the corresponding pump or connected to the vehicle-mounted generator, the power selection switch 7 is arranged on the pump control box 2, and the switch is turned to the corresponding commercial power or the vehicle-mounted power generation position.

2) After the pump control box 2 is powered on, a power indicator lamp on the cabinet door is turned on; the temperature control meter is electrified, the first line displays the real-time temperature, and the second line displays the set value; the over-temperature indicator lights up and the GPS indicator lights up (within the liquid discharge range).

3) The motor on the door of the pump control box 2 is overheated, and the motor overload indicator lamp is in a normally off state; the screen of the pump control box 2 firstly displays the word "cooling the pump first when the temperature is too high".

4) And precooling the liquid unloading pump 1, and when the real-time temperature value displayed by the temperature control meter is lower than a set value (initially set to 120 ℃), turning off the over-temperature indicator lamp, completing the cold pump, and keeping the motor in a state to be started.

5) And when a 'starting' button is pressed, a motor operation indicator lamp is turned on, the KM1 and the KM4 contactors are attracted, the motor operates in a star mode, meanwhile, a valve is manually operated, after 8 seconds, the KM4 is disconnected, the KM3 is attracted, the motor operates in an angle mode, and the motor reaches the rated rotating speed and the rated torque. Meanwhile, the accumulation timer starts to time, the ammeter displays a real-time current value, and the running state of the motor can be judged according to the current.

6) After the motor operates for 25 seconds, if the pump outlet pressure is greater than 1.2MPa, the pump continues to operate; if the pump outlet pressure is less than 1.2MPa, the pump is automatically stopped, the buzzer buzzes continuously, the motor stops running as cavitation protection, and the stop button is pressed to reset.

7) When no reset signal is input every 3 minutes of operation of the liquid unloading pump 1, an alarm is given through the buzzer, and at the moment, a field operator needs to press a 'start' button to carry out reset operation, so that the alarm is eliminated and the work is continued. Otherwise, the system will automatically stop the pump after the buzzer alarms for one minute.

8) And stopping the liquid discharging pump 1, pressing a stop button to stop supplying power to the pump motor, and stopping the operation of the liquid discharging pump 1.
