The working principle is as follows: the control main body 3 is used for inflating the interior of the rolling main body 2, the rolling main body 2 is expanded to guide the main body 5 through gas expansion of the rolling main body 2, the guide main body 5 forms an acting force which is deviated to the other side, so that the guide main body 5 slides along the outside of the rolling main body 2, and the rolling main body 2 is expanded and extended by gas to drive the guide main body 5, the constraint main body 6 and the pre-measurement main body 7 to move and extend outwards, so that the purpose of self-adaptive measurement is achieved, and a user can conveniently measure in a narrow space; the air pump 11 is triggered to blow air by manually pressing the first switch 14, and the air pump 11 is used for blowing air to the interior of the strip-shaped air bag 10; the first switch 14 is released and the second switch 15 is pressed, so that the gas in the strip-shaped air bag 10 is extracted through the second switch 15, the purpose of recovering the strip-shaped air bag 10 is achieved, and the handheld operation of a user is facilitated. The outer ends of the elastic ruler strip 9 and the strip-shaped air bag 10 are extruded by the guide main body 5 in a mode that the control main body 3 inflates the strip-shaped air bag 10, so that gas is expanded from one end of the strip-shaped air bag 10 to act on the guide main body 5 to achieve the purpose of pushing the guide main body 5 to move, the elastic ruler strip 9 is conveniently extended by the boundary of the guide main body 5, the strip-shaped air bag 10 is prevented from being expanded integrally, and after the gas in the winding main body 2 is extracted by the control main body 3, the positions of the locking main body 4, the guide main body 5, the binding main body 6 and the preset main body 7 are manually restored to be ready for reuse; the strip-shaped air bag 10 is prevented from being worn by directly impacting a target in the use process of the strip-shaped air bag 10 in a mode that the blocking strip 8 blocks the outer ends of the elastic ruler strip 9 and the strip-shaped air bag 10, so that the durability of the strip-shaped air bag 10 is improved; before use, the connecting rod 16 is lifted upwards and turned over one hundred eighty degrees, so that the connecting rod 16 drives the extrusion strip 19 to leave the rolling main body 2, the rolling main body 2 recovers movement, then the control main body 3 is operated to perform measurement, when a user needs to take down and observe, the connecting rod 16 is operated reversely, so that the extrusion strip 19 is extruded at the outer end of the rolling main body 2 again, the rolling main body 2 is locked by the extrusion strip 19, the user can keep the position unchanged after taking down and observing, and the observation of the user is facilitated; the handle 17 is convenient for a user to operate the iron block 18 to drive the connecting rod 16 to turn over; the friction between the winding body 2 and the guiding body 5 is reduced by means of the turning bar 24; the connecting rod 16 can better press the extrusion strip 19 downwards to extrude the rolling main body 2 by utilizing the way that the magnet block 28 adsorbs the iron block 18; through the mode of guide block 30 constraint at 2 side ends of rolling main part, stabilize guide main part 5, constraint main part 6 and the state of movement of preliminary measurement main part 7, avoid guide main part 5, constraint main part 6 and the deflection of preliminary measurement main part 7, improved device measurement stability, during the measurement, the scale value through rolling main part 2 adds the scale value of scale plate 31 and obtains actual measurement.
