a base (1);

The invention also provides a using method of the portable electronic infrared intelligent isolator, which comprises the steps of firstly placing a plurality of bases at the side positions of the isolation area, then enabling the infrared emitters on the supporting rods to sequentially emit infrared rays to the infrared receivers of the adjacent supporting rods to form an infrared isolation wall, and controlling the reminding device to give an alarm and prompt by the controller if the infrared rays are isolated in the isolation process.
