Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of television networks, in particular to a method and a system for guiding a user to receive a prize.

Background

Currently, in the operation of home tv programs, in order to increase the popularity (e.g. audience rating) of tv programs and attract more viewers to watch tv programs, lottery events are often inserted during the playing of tv programs.

Generally, after a user logged in a home television wins a prize, a prize drawing interface is presented on the home television of the user, and then the user inputs prize drawing information (such as a receiving address) through a soft keyboard by using a remote controller; or the program group prompts the user to win the prize by dialing the telephone or sending a short message to the user.

However, the process of inputting the prize information by operating the soft keyboard through the remote controller is complicated, so that the user is easy to give up prizes, and the mode of dialing a telephone or sending short messages is easy to be mistaken as telecommunication fraud by the user. Therefore, in the method for receiving the prize, the success rate of the prize issuing is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of this application lies in: the method and the system for guiding the user to receive the prize are provided, and the success rate of the prize distribution is improved.

In a first aspect, a method of guiding a user to receive a prize, the method comprising:

the server sends winning information to the television terminal;

the television terminal presents a preset two-dimensional code and guide information to a user according to winning information, wherein the guide information is used for guiding the user to fill in prize drawing information after scanning the preset two-dimensional code by using a handheld terminal;

and the handheld terminal sends the prize drawing information to the server.

As a possible implementation, the method further includes:

the server determines a target user from a plurality of users according to lottery rules, wherein the plurality of users correspond to the plurality of television terminals one by one;

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the application has the advantages that:

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

At present, in the process of getting prizes, the process of inputting prize getting information by operating a soft keyboard through a remote controller is complicated, and the prizes are easily given up by the user. The program group is easily mistaken as a telecom fraud by users by means of making a call or sending a short message. Therefore, in the method for receiving the prize, the success rate of the prize issuing is low.

In view of the above, the present application provides a method for guiding a user to receive a prize, the method includes that a server sends winning information to a television terminal, the television terminal presents a preset two-dimensional code and guiding information to the user according to the winning information, the guiding information is used for guiding the user to scan the preset two-dimensional code by using a handheld terminal and fill in the prize receiving information, and the handheld terminal sends the prize receiving information to the server. In the method, the user can fill in the prize drawing information in a code scanning mode by using the handheld terminal, so that the convenience of filling in the prize drawing information is improved, the requirements of the user are met, and the success rate of prize distribution is further improved.

For the convenience of understanding of those skilled in the art, the method for guiding the user to receive the prize provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for guiding a user to receive a prize according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

s101: the server transmits winning information to the television terminal.

The winning information refers to the information of the winning condition of the user, and in some embodiments, the winning information may include the information of the winning user and the information of the losers, and of course, in other embodiments, the winning information may include only the information of the winning user.

For example, the winning information may be as shown in Table 1 below:

In some embodiments, the server may determine a target user from a plurality of users according to a lottery rule, wherein the plurality of users correspond to the plurality of television terminals one to one; the lottery rule refers to a winning rule, and the application does not specifically limit the lottery rule, and those skilled in the art can set the lottery rule according to actual needs. The target users are the winning users, such as user A and user B in Table 2 above.

And then the server determines a target television terminal corresponding to the target user from the plurality of television terminals according to the corresponding relation between the plurality of users and the plurality of television terminals, wherein the target television terminal refers to the television terminal logged by the target user, namely the television terminal corresponding to the winning user. In this way, the server can transmit winning information (for example, winning information shown in table 1 or winning information shown in table 2) to the target television terminal corresponding to the target user.

In other embodiments, the server may broadcast winning information (e.g., winning information shown in table 1) to a plurality of tv terminals, and each tv terminal may then determine whether the logged-in user wins based on the winning information shown in table 1. Of course, the server may also transmit the winning information shown in table 2 to a plurality of television terminals, and each television terminal may then inquire whether the registered user wins from the winning information shown in table 2. This is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.

S102: the television terminal presents the preset two-dimensional code and the guide information to the user according to the winning information, and the guide information is used for guiding the user to fill in the winning information after scanning the preset two-dimensional code by using the handheld terminal.

In some embodiments, when the winning information indicates that the user corresponding to the television terminal wins a prize, the television terminal presents the preset two-dimensional code and the guide information to the user.

As shown in fig. 2, the figure is a schematic view of a television interface provided in the embodiment of the present application. The television interface includes a predetermined two-dimensional code 210 and guide information 220. The guidance information 220 is used for guiding the user to fill out the prize drawing information after scanning the preset two-dimensional code by using the handheld terminal. For example, the words "Gong xi you win a prize, quickly use the mobile phone to scan a code and get a bar"

After a user scans the preset two-dimensional code by using a handheld terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like), the handheld terminal presents a prize drawing interface to the user. As shown in fig. 3A, which is a schematic diagram of an award collecting interface provided in an embodiment of the present application, when a prize is a physical prize, a user may fill in award collecting information such as a receiving address, a contact, and a contact way on the award collecting interface. As shown in fig. 3B, which is a schematic diagram of an award collecting interface according to an embodiment of the present application, when the award is a virtual award, a user can view award collecting information such as a virtual award redemption ticket code and a redemption method on the award collecting interface. Based on this, the user can copy the virtual prize redemption ticket code, or record the virtual prize redemption ticket code in other manners such as screenshot. Further, the prize winning interface also presents a text description of the exchange mode, and the text description of the exchange mode is used for guiding the user to use a third-party channel (an online channel or an offline channel) to verify the virtual prize exchange coupon code. In some examples, the textual description may be "please redeem a prize at XX".

In some embodiments, when the prize drawing information is filled, the handheld terminal may also present the feedback control and the filled prize drawing information to the user, further, when the user confirms that the filled prize drawing information is wrong, the user may trigger an updating operation through the feedback control, and then the handheld terminal receives the updating operation triggered by the user based on the feedback control to update the filled prize drawing information.

It should be noted that, the presentation of the filled-in prize drawing information to the user by the handheld terminal may be the desensitized prize drawing information, and the example of the connection way in the prize drawing information is "138 × 1234"

In other embodiments, after the user wins a prize, the server generates a winning record, the identifier of the winning record is generated by a preset algorithm, the identifier of the winning record is packaged into the address of the webpage for receiving the prize as a parameter, the address is converted into a two-dimensional code, and after the user opens the webpage for receiving the prize by scanning the two-dimensional code, the server verifies the identifier packaged in the address to ensure that the two-dimensional code is not forged, so that the possibility of cheating is further reduced.

S103: and the handheld terminal sends the prize drawing information to the server.

The handheld terminal is used by a user to scan the code and fill in the prize drawing information, and then the handheld terminal can send the prize drawing information filled by the user to the server, so that the prizes can be issued according to the prize drawing information, and the success rate of issuing prizes is improved.

Based on the description, the method for guiding the user to receive the prize comprises the steps that the server sends winning information to the television terminal, the television terminal presents the preset two-dimensional code and guiding information to the user according to the winning information, the guiding information is used for guiding the user to scan the preset two-dimensional code through a handheld terminal and fill in the prize receiving information, and the handheld terminal sends the prize receiving information to the server. In the method, the user can fill in the prize drawing information in a code scanning mode by using the handheld terminal, so that the convenience of filling in the prize drawing information is improved, the requirements of the user are met, and the success rate of prize distribution is further improved.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a system for guiding the user to receive the prize, as shown in fig. 4, the system for guiding the user to receive the prize includes a server 401, a television terminal 402, and a handheld terminal 403;

the server 401 is configured to send winning information to the television terminal;

the television terminal 402 is configured to present a preset two-dimensional code and guidance information to a user according to winning information, where the guidance information is used to guide the user to fill in winning information after scanning the preset two-dimensional code by using a handheld terminal;

the handheld terminal 403 is configured to send the prize drawing information to the server.

As a possible implementation manner, the server 401 is further configured to determine a target user from a plurality of users according to a lottery rule, where the plurality of users correspond to a plurality of television terminals one to one;

the server 401 is further configured to determine, according to correspondence between the multiple users and multiple television terminals, a target television terminal corresponding to a target user from the multiple television terminals;

the server 401 has a function for transmitting winning information to the target television terminal.

As a possible implementation manner, the server 401 is specifically configured to broadcast winning information to a plurality of television terminals;

the television terminal 402 is specifically configured to present a preset two-dimensional code and guidance information to a user when the winning information indicates that the user corresponding to the television terminal wins a prize.

As a possible implementation manner, the handheld terminal 403 is further configured to present a feedback control and the filled-in prize drawing information to the user when the prize drawing information has been filled in;

the handheld terminal 403 is further configured to receive an updating operation triggered by a user based on a feedback control when the filled-in prize drawing information is faulty, where the updating operation is used to update the filled-in prize drawing information.

The application provides a system for guiding a user to receive a prize, which comprises a server, a television terminal and a handheld terminal.
