(1) putting the raw materials of the group A into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 25-35 min;

(2) dissolving the raw materials of the group B, and then putting the dissolved raw materials into an emulsifying pot to be uniformly stirred; stirring for 25-35 min at 35-60 ℃;

(3) putting the raw materials in the group C into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring uniformly for later use at the temperature of less than or equal to 60 ℃;

(4) putting the group D raw materials into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 25-35 min at 35-60 ℃;

(5) putting the raw materials of the group E into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 30min

The antiseptic is selected from phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate or 1, 3-dihydroxymethyl-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin, preferably phenoxyethanol or methyl hydroxybenzoate, more preferably phenoxyethanol.

The aromatic is selected from melaleuca alternifolia oil or rose essential oil, preferably melaleuca alternifolia oil.

The pH regulator is triethanolamine.

The solvent is a mixed solvent of water and ethanol, wherein the ethanol content is 0.8% -1%, and preferably the ethanol content is 1% water solution.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the ginkgo biloba extract skin moisturizer, which comprises the following steps:

(1) putting the raw materials of the group A into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 25-35 min;

(2) dissolving the raw materials of the group B, and then putting the dissolved raw materials into an emulsifying pot to be uniformly stirred; stirring for 25-35 min at 35-60 ℃;

(3) putting the raw materials in the group C into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring uniformly for later use at the temperature of less than or equal to 60 ℃;

(4) putting the group D raw materials into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 25-35 min at 35-60 ℃;

(5) putting the raw materials of the group E into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring; stirring for 30min

(6) Putting the group F raw materials into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring;

cooling to room temperature in vacuum, and filtering;

(7) sampling and inspecting;

(8) and (6) filling.

(1) dissolving the raw materials of the group A, putting the raw materials into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring;

(2) putting the raw materials of the group B into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring;

(3) dissolving the raw materials in group C, and adding into an emulsifying pot to be uniformly stirred;

(4) dissolving the group D raw materials, and then putting into an emulsifying pot to be uniformly stirred;

(5) putting the raw materials of the group E into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring;

(6) putting the group F raw materials into an emulsifying pot and uniformly stirring;

(7) cooling to room temperature in vacuum, and filtering;

Example 2

The formula (kilogram) is as follows: 5 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 5 parts of skin conditioner 1, 2-hexanediol, 5 parts of humectant propylene glycol, 0.05 part of solubilizer sodium dodecyl aminopropionate, 0.2 part of preservative methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.001 part of aromatic rose essential oil and 0.006 part of pH regulator triethanolamine.

Comparative examples 1 to 3

The formulation was the same as in examples 1-3 above, but the composition lacked ginkgo biloba extract, the weight of which was replaced by solvent, and the preparation method was the same as in example 1.

Example 6 moisturizing effect test

In order to verify the efficacy of the activated skin lotion, 100 experimenters, 20-55 years old and women are randomly divided into three groups, wherein each person has 1 bottle of activated water, and each bottle of activated water is used once in the morning and at night every day. After 1 bottle of activated water is used, three points of moisturizing, soothing, repairing and brightening skin color are independently graded. The score of 100 is full, representing that the moisturizing effect is excellent, the soothing and repairing effect is excellent, and the skin color brightening effect is excellent. 50 points represent no effect of moisturizing, no effect of soothing and repairing, no effect of brightening skin. Score 0 indicates dry skin, dull skin, and severe aging after application. The scores of 100 experimenters are counted, and average is taken, and the specific data are shown in the following table:
