A butterfly valve, comprising: a valve body having an inlet and an outlet, a valve stem rotatably disposed on the valve body, a butterfly plate fixedly disposed on the valve stem, the butterfly valve further comprises a valve seat assembly, the valve seat assembly comprises a first valve seat, a second valve seat and a control rod, the first valve seat and the second valve seat are arranged on the valve body in a sliding way, the control rod penetrates through the first valve seat and the second valve seat and is connected to the valve body in a rotating way, the control lever can be switched between a first working position and a second working position by rotating the control lever, when the control rod is at a first working position, the position of the first valve seat can be controlled, so that the butterfly plate can be in sealing fit with the first valve seat, when the control rod is located at the second working position, the position of the second valve seat can be controlled, and the butterfly plate can be in sealing fit with the second valve seat.

The butterfly valve of claim 1, wherein the valve seat assembly further comprises a first resilient member disposed between the first valve seat and the valve body, the first resilient member being capable of urging the first valve seat out of engagement with the butterfly plate, and a second resilient member disposed between the second valve seat and the valve body, the second resilient member being capable of urging the second valve seat out of engagement with the butterfly plate.

The butterfly valve of claim 2, wherein the lever is provided with a first pushing projection, and when the lever is rotated to a first working position, the first pushing projection can push the first valve seat to move to the working position, so that the first pushing projection can be in sealing engagement with the butterfly plate and can press the first elastic member.

The butterfly valve of claim 2 wherein the lever includes a second push protrusion, and when the lever is rotated to a second operating position, the second push protrusion pushes the second valve seat to move to the operating position, so as to sealingly engage with the butterfly plate and compress the second resilient member.

5. The butterfly valve of claim 1 further comprising a first handle fixedly attached to an upper end of the valve stem.

6. The butterfly valve of claim 1 further comprising a second handle fixedly attached to a lower end of the lever.

7. The butterfly valve of claim 1, wherein the first valve seat has a first relief hole disposed therein, the second valve seat has a second relief hole disposed therein, and the valve stem passes through the first and second relief holes.

8. The butterfly valve of claim 1, wherein the first valve seat has a first seal ring sealingly engageable with a butterfly plate, and the second valve seat has a second seal ring sealingly engageable with the butterfly plate.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pipeline valves, in particular to a butterfly valve.

Background

The butterfly valve is a regulating valve with a relatively simple structure, is generally mainly used for cutting off or throttling various types of fluids such as water, various corrosive media, slurry, oil, liquid metal and the like in a pipeline, and is also particularly important in sealing performance because the butterfly valve is mainly used for various types of fluids. When the butterfly valve is used, the pressure difference of media at two ends of the valve clack is large, so that the valve clack and a valve seat sealing element can generate large friction in the opening and closing processes, the valve clack and the sealing element can be abraded after long-time working, and the service life of the butterfly valve is influenced; the butterfly valve needs to be detached from the pipeline for maintenance, so that the process is complicated, and the work of the whole system is influenced; the present invention is designed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a butterfly valve with a prolonged service life.

The invention discloses a butterfly valve, which comprises: a valve body having an inlet and an outlet, a valve stem rotatably disposed on the valve body, a butterfly plate fixedly disposed on the valve stem, the butterfly valve further comprises a valve seat assembly, the valve seat assembly comprises a first valve seat, a second valve seat and a control rod, the first valve seat and the second valve seat are arranged on the valve body in a sliding way, the control rod penetrates through the first valve seat and the second valve seat and is connected to the valve body in a rotating way, the control lever can be switched between a first working position and a second working position by rotating the control lever, when the control rod is at a first working position, the position of the first valve seat can be controlled, so that the butterfly plate can be in sealing fit with the first valve seat, when the control rod is located at the second working position, the position of the first valve seat can be controlled, and the butterfly plate can be in sealing fit with the second valve seat.

In one embodiment, the valve seat assembly further includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the first elastic member is disposed between the first valve seat and the valve body, the first elastic member is capable of pushing the first valve seat to be separated from the bonding position with the butterfly plate, the second elastic member is disposed between the second valve seat and the valve body, and the second elastic member is capable of pushing the second valve seat to be separated from the bonding position with the butterfly plate.

In one embodiment, the control rod is provided with a first pushing bulge, and when the control rod rotates to a first working position, the first pushing bulge can push the first valve seat to move to the working position, so that the first valve seat can be in sealing fit with the butterfly plate, and the first elastic piece is squeezed.

In one embodiment, the control rod is provided with a second pushing bulge, and when the control rod rotates to a second working position, the second pushing bulge can push the second valve seat to move to the working position, so that the second valve seat can be in sealing fit with the butterfly plate, and the second elastic piece is squeezed.

In one embodiment, the butterfly valve further comprises a first handle fixedly attached to an upper end of the valve stem.

In one embodiment, the butterfly valve further comprises a second handle fixedly attached to a lower end of the lever.

In one embodiment, the first valve seat is provided with a first avoidance hole, the second valve seat is provided with a second avoidance hole, and the valve rod passes through the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole.

In one embodiment, the first valve seat has a first sealing ring adapted to sealingly engage a butterfly plate, and the second valve seat has a second sealing ring adapted to sealingly engage the butterfly plate.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the first valve seat and the second valve seat are matched with the butterfly plate, so that the second valve seat and the butterfly plate work after the first valve seat and the butterfly plate are abraded and leaked, and the service life of the butterfly valve is prolonged;

2. through using double-deck disk seat and butterfly plate to cooperate, produce wearing and tearing at first disk seat and butterfly plate and reveal the back, drive the rotatory 180 degrees of control lever through rotatory second handle and just can control first disk seat and butterfly plate separation to make second disk seat and butterfly plate seal the laminating, switch convenient and fast.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a butterfly valve, which includes: the butterfly valve comprises a valve body 1 with an inlet 11 and an outlet 12, a valve rod 2 rotatably arranged on the valve body 1, a butterfly plate 3 fixedly arranged on the valve rod 2, and a valve seat assembly, wherein the valve seat assembly comprises a first valve seat 41, a second valve seat 42 and a control rod 43, the first valve seat 41 and the second valve seat 42 are both slidably arranged on the valve body 1, the control rod 43 passes through the first valve seat 41 and the second valve seat 42 and is rotatably connected to the valve body 1, the control rod 43 can be switched between a first working position and a second working position by rotating the control rod 43, when the control rod 43 is in the first working position, the position of the first valve seat 41 can be controlled, the butterfly plate 3 can be in sealing joint with the first valve seat 41, when the control rod 43 is in the second working position, the position of the second valve seat 42 can be controlled so that the butterfly plate 3 can sealingly engage with the second valve seat 42.

It is worth mentioning that the first valve seat 41 is sleeved outside the second valve seat 42, and the contact position of the butterfly plate 3 and the first valve seat 41 is different from the contact position of the butterfly plate and the second valve seat 42, so that the influence of the abrasion on the butterfly plate 3 on the sealing effect after the valve seats are switched can be avoided.

Preferably, the valve seat assembly further includes a first elastic member 44 and a second elastic member 45, the first elastic member 44 is disposed between the first valve seat 41 and the valve body 1, the first elastic member 44 can push the first valve seat 41 and the butterfly plate 3 to separate from the fitting position, the second elastic member 45 is disposed between the second valve seat 42 and the valve body 1, and the second elastic member 45 can push the second valve seat 42 and the butterfly plate 3 to separate from the fitting position.

Preferably, the control lever 43 is provided with a first pushing projection 431, and when the control lever 43 rotates to the first working position, the first pushing projection 431 can push the first valve seat 41 to move to the working position, so that the butterfly plate 3 can be in sealing contact with the butterfly plate, and the first elastic member 44 is pressed.

Preferably, the control lever 43 is provided with a second pushing projection 432, and when the control lever 43 rotates to the second working position, the second pushing projection 432 can push the second valve seat 42 to move to the working position, so as to be in sealing contact with the butterfly plate 3 and press the second elastic member 45.

It should be noted that the first valve seat 41 and the second valve seat 42 are cylindrical structures, so that the control rod 43 passes through the first valve seat 41 and the second valve seat 42 twice, and it can be understood that two first pushing protrusions 431 and two second pushing protrusions 432 are arranged on the control rod 43, and the work can be synchronously performed on the first valve seat 41 and the second valve seat 42.

Preferably, the butterfly valve further comprises a first handle 51, and the first handle 51 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the valve rod 2.

Preferably, the butterfly valve further comprises a second handle 52, and the second handle 52 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the control rod 43.

Preferably, a first avoidance hole 411 is formed in the first valve seat 41, a second avoidance hole 421 is formed in the second valve seat 42, and the valve rod 2 penetrates through the first avoidance hole 411 and the second avoidance hole 421.

Preferably, the first valve seat 41 has a first sealing ring 412, the first sealing ring 412 can be in sealing contact with the butterfly plate 3, and the second valve seat 42 has a second sealing ring 422, the second sealing ring 422 can be in sealing contact with the butterfly plate 3.

The working mode of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 and 3, when the control lever 43 is in the first operating position, the first pushing projection 431 is in contact with the first valve seat 41, the first valve seat 41 is attached to the butterfly plate, the first elastic member 44 is pressed, and the opening and closing of the butterfly plate can be controlled by rotating the valve stem 2, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the butterfly valve.

When the first valve seat 41 is seriously worn to reduce the sealing performance of the butterfly valve, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second handle 52 is rotated to drive the control rod 43 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the control rod 43 is in the second working position, at this time, the second pushing protrusion 432 abuts against the second valve seat 42, so that the second valve seat 42 is attached to the butterfly plate 3 and presses the second elastic member 45, the first valve seat 41 moves to the left side under the action of the first elastic member 44 and leaves the working position, so that the valve seat in sealing fit with the butterfly plate is switched, and the service life of the butterfly valve is prolonged.
