This commutator insert machine can push up the mica sheet or the copper sheet of whole circle to the mould that corresponds in, and inserted sheet efficiency is higher, and the quantity of carrier block can be adjusted according to the specification of commutator, is applicable to the commutator of various different specifications, and the suitability is strong, and in addition, setting up of deflector and guiding hole makes the thimble can be more accurate push up into the mould with mica sheet and copper sheet, and the inserted sheet is more accurate.
