The first link 11 of the preferred embodiment extends outward to form an extension rod 111 towards one end of the fourth link 14, and the support rod 112 is located at the extension rod 111.

This can facilitate the arrangement of the position of the electric putter 15.

The middle parts of the first connecting rod 11 and the third connecting rod 13 protrude outwards, the middle parts of the first connecting rod 11 and the third connecting rod 13 are provided with fixing holes 16, screws penetrate through the fixing holes 16 to be connected with the framework of the backrest 3 or the base 2, the purpose of fixing the third connecting rod 13 or the first connecting rod 11 is achieved, the protruding middle parts enable all hinged parts of the whole double-rocker mechanism to be closer to the inside, and friction between all the connecting rods and the backrest 3 or the base 2 is avoided.
