The food material box 4 comprises a box body 8 and a box cover 9, wherein the two sides of the box cover 9 are provided with slideways, the two side edges of the box body 8 are respectively inserted into the slideways arranged on the two sides of the box cover 9 in a sliding way, the box cover 9 slides along the box body 8 to seal or open the opening of the box body 8, the left side and the right side of the box body 8 are uniformly provided with driving holes 10, the distance between the adjacent driving holes 10 is matched with the distance between the adjacent driving teeth 12, the food box 4 is inserted into the chute 2, the first driving holes 10 on the two sides of the box body 8 are respectively and correspondingly inserted into one driving tooth 12 on the two driving disks 11 on the rotating shaft 7, each driving tooth 12 on the driving disks 11 is sequentially inserted into each driving hole 10 on the box body 8 along with the rotation of the driving mechanism 6, and drives the box body 8 to move along the sliding groove 2, the box cover 9 is kept still under the blocking of the limiting pin, and the food materials in each inner cavity of the box body 8 sequentially fall into the feeding port 3 and are fed into the frying pan 18 from the food inlet 36.

Preferably, the opposite side of the rotary connection between the drop seat 1 and the main body 14 is connected to the main body 14 through a slide fastener 16, and the drop seat 1 is fast locked with the main body 14 through the slide fastener 16.

Preferably, the left side surface and the right side surface of the sliding groove 2 are both provided with at least one limiting plate 5, and the limiting plates 5 play a role in preventing the box body 8 of the food material box 4 from tilting when moving along the sliding groove 2.

Referring to fig. 7-12, the stirring mechanism includes a stirring motor 19 and a stirring rib 29, the stirring motor 19 is disposed in the bin of the main body 14, the stirring rib 29 is rotatably disposed between the front and rear sides of the cooking cavity, and one end of the stirring rib is connected to the stirring motor 19, the rotation axis of the stirring rib 29 is kept horizontal and higher than the upper edge of the first opening 28, and the front and rear sides of the upper pan 34 are both provided with sockets 38 avoiding the stirring rib 29.

After the stir-frying is finished, the stirring rib 29 is controlled to be completely stopped in the upper pot 34, so that the lower pot 33 is not influenced to be drawn out.

Referring to fig. 7-12, the seasoning mechanism includes a seasoning box 13, a seasoning pump unit 21 and a seasoning seat 31. The seasoning box 13 is provided with a plurality of seasoning cavities therein, and the seasoning box 13 is provided with a box cover, in this embodiment, the seasoning box 13 is arranged at the rear part of the top surface of the main machine body 14. The flavouring pump unit 21 comprises a plurality of pump bodies integrated by a fixing plate. The material spraying seat 31 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 32. The box bin in the seasoning box 13, the pump body in the seasoning pump set 21 and the nozzle 32 in the material spraying seat 31 are communicated in sequence through pipelines, the material spraying seat 31 is embedded in the rear side surface of the inner cavity of the fried dish, and a straight nozzle 40 is arranged on the rear side surface of the upper pot 34 corresponding to the position of the material spraying seat 31.

Preferably, a rubber gasket is arranged on the front side surface of the material spraying seat 31, and an opening is formed at the position of the rubber gasket corresponding to the nozzle 32, so that the rubber gasket has the function of sealing the straight nozzle 40. The material spraying seat 31 is also provided with a through hole, and the stirring rib 29 and the stirring motor 19 are assembled through the through hole.

The front side surface of the main machine body 14 is provided with a display device 17, a strong current control box 25 and a weak current control box 20 are arranged in a machine cabin of the main machine body 14, the strong current control box and the weak current control box are connected with a controller in the display device 17, a heating device 24, a rotating motor 23, a stirring motor 19 and a seasoning pump set 21, and the display device 17 is used for controlling the whole machine to work. The controller of the display device 17 is provided with a control program, and the working states of the heating device 24, the rotating motor 23, the stirring motor 19 and the seasoning pump set 21 are manually or automatically controlled, so that automatic cooking is realized.

In the main body 14, the strong current control box 25 is arranged below the cooking cavity, and the weak current control box 20 is arranged behind the cooking cavity, so that a strong current circuit structure and a weak current circuit structure are separated, and signal interference is avoided.

Referring to fig. 7-12, a sauce box 15 is embedded in the left side and/or right side of the main body 14, the sauce box is rotatably connected to the left side and/or right side, a sauce pump 22 is further disposed in the main body 14, an input end of each sauce pump 22 is connected to a sauce input pipe, the sauce input pipe extends into the sauce box 15, an output end of each sauce pump 22 is communicated with a corresponding nozzle 32 on the sauce spraying base 31 through a pipeline, and a strong current control box 25 and a weak current control box 20 disposed in the main body 14 are both connected to the sauce pump 22.

Preferably, the sauce box 15 is in a trapezoidal structure, and the sauce box 15 is arranged at the lower left or lower right of the cooking cavity in the main body 14, so that the sauce box is fully matched with the lower left or lower right space of the cooking cavity in the main body 14.

The operation method of the automatic cooker comprises the following steps:

starting the whole machine;

inserting the lower pan 33 into the inner cavity of the main body 14 from the first opening 28;

rotating the cover plate to one side far away from the throwing seat 1, placing the food box 4 on the cover plate, embedding one side of the food box 4 into the chute 2 and pressing down below the limiting plate 5, and simultaneously connecting a box body 8 of the food box 4 with a driving mechanism 6 on a rotating shaft 7;

controlling the heating device 24 to work to heat the lower pot 33; the rotating motor 23 is controlled to work, the rotating shaft 7 is driven to pull the box body 8 of the food material box 4 to move along the chute 2, and food materials are thrown into the frying pan 18; controlling the stirring motor 19 to work, and driving the stirring ribs 29 to stir and fry the food materials in the frying pan 18; the seasoning pump set 21 and the sauce pump 22 are controlled to work, and the seasonings are put into the frying pan 18. The working sequence of different parts sets different programs according to specific dishes;

after cooking, the lower pot 33 is drawn out from the first opening 28 for serving;

the lower pot 33 is cleaned or replaced directly, and then the lower pot 33 is inserted into the cooking cavity of the main body 14 from the first opening 28, so that the cooking can be continued.

When the upper pot 34 needs to be cleaned, the putting seat 1 is rotated, the upper pot 34 is taken out from the second opening 26,

the invention has the advantages that: through the design of the main machine body 14, the main machine body is loaded with the frying pan 18, the food material feeding mechanism, the stirring mechanism and the seasoning mechanism, so that the full-automatic food material and seasoning feeding and food material stir-frying are realized, and the main machine body is more intelligent; the frying pan 18 is designed to be a split structure comprising an upper pan 34 and a lower pan 33, and the upper pan 34 and the lower pan 33 are independently inserted into the main body 14, so that the upper pan 34 and the lower pan 33 can be independently taken out, which is beneficial to discharging dishes and cleaning the frying pan 18; the material spraying seat 31 is embedded in the rear side surface of the inner cavity of the dish frying, the straight nozzle 40 is arranged on the rear side surface of the upper pot 34 corresponding to the material spraying seat 31, and after the upper pot 34 is inserted into the main body 14, the material spraying seat 31 is embedded in the straight nozzle 40, so that the direct spraying of the seasoning in the pot is realized, and the seasoning is more efficient.

It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the invention, therefore, all equivalent changes in the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
