Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of capsule endoscopes, in particular to a PCB (printed circuit board) fixing sleeve and a capsule endoscope using the same.

Background

As a novel alimentary canal physical examination scheme, the capsule endoscope is gradually accepted by the public, the capsule endoscope is required to be small and exquisite in size for swallowing conveniently, functional elements such as a camera shooting unit, an illuminating unit, an image processing unit, a permanent magnet, a signal transmission unit and a control unit are required to be integrated in the inner space of the capsule endoscope, part of the functional elements are required to be fixed on the surface of a PCB (printed circuit board), the structure of the capsule endoscope is very complex, and the difficulty of an assembly process is high.

Chinese patent CN211093932U discloses a capsule core and a capsule endoscope, which are characterized in that adjacent PCB boards are connected by a connecting structure, and functional units thereof are fixed on the PCB boards or the connecting structure, so that the capsule core is integrated and then fixed with a shell, a connecting structure is required between every two adjacent PCB boards, which is high in production cost and complex in assembly, on the other hand, the capsule core frequently uses adhesive during assembly, the assembly process is complex, the amount of the adhesive is difficult to control, the production efficiency is low, the adhesive may be difficult to use during assembly, and the adhesive may drip and/or may spread to forbidden areas of the PCB boards and reach areas where it may cause damage (e.g., cause cutting between electrical components on the PCB).

In view of the above problems encountered in the manufacturing process of the capsule endoscope, it is necessary to develop a novel assembly process, which simplifies the manufacturing process, reduces the design and production costs, and improves the product yield and competitiveness.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a PCB fixing sleeve and a capsule endoscope using the same.

In a first aspect: the invention provides a PCB fixing sleeve, which comprises a capsule endoscope, wherein the PCB fixing sleeve comprises a FPC (flexible printed circuit), a first PCB and a second PCB, the FPC is connected with the first PCB and the second PCB, a first opening end and a second opening end are arranged at two ends of the PCB fixing sleeve, the first PCB is fixed with the first opening end through a first elastic buckle, the second PCB is fixed with the second opening end through a first positioning column, a positive conducting strip and a negative conducting strip are further arranged on the surface of the first PCB, an avoiding plane extending longitudinally is formed at the first opening end and the second opening end of the PCB fixing sleeve, and a spacer positioned between the first opening end and the second opening end is further arranged in the PCB fixing sleeve.

Furthermore, an accommodating space is formed between the avoiding plane and the inner wall of the shell of the capsule endoscope, and the FPC flexible flat cable is located in the accommodating space.

Further, the PCB board fixing sleeve is made of any one of polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate and polyimide.

Furthermore, the first elastic buckles are arranged along the circumferential direction of the first opening end of the PCB fixing sleeve, and the number of the first elastic buckles is at least two.

Further, the fastening surface of the first elastic buckle is a plane or an inclined surface.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples, it being understood that the specific examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an overall structure of a PCB fixing sleeve of the present invention, fig. 2 a schematic diagram of a bottom view angle of the PCB fixing sleeve of the present invention, and fig. 3 a schematic diagram of a top view angle of the PCB fixing sleeve of the present invention, the present invention provides a PCB fixing sleeve, wherein the PCB fixing sleeve 104 fixes a PCB, a permanent magnet 202, and a battery 203 into an integrally formed structure, the PCB includes a first PCB 103 and a second PCB 105 connected by a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) line 107, the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is cylindrical as a whole, and two ends thereof are open, further comprising: a first snap 101 for fixing the first PCB 103 at the first open end, a first positioning post 108 for fixing the second PCB 105 at the second open end, wherein, the surface of the first PCB 103 is further provided with a positive conducting strip 106 and a negative conducting strip 102, the PCB board securing sleeve 104 is D-shaped in cross-section, the PCB board securing sleeve being provided with a longitudinally extending escape plane 110 between the first end and the second end, an accommodation space is formed between the avoiding plane 110 and the inner wall of the shell of the capsule endoscope, the FPC flexible flat cable 107 connecting the first PCB 103 and the second PCB 105 is positioned in the accommodation space, the interior of the PCB board fixation sleeve 104 includes a septum 109 between its first and second ends which, when the capsule endoscope is assembled, the battery is loaded into a first receiving space formed by the spacer 109 and the first end of the sleeve and the permanent magnet is loaded into a second receiving space formed by the spacer and the second end of the sleeve.

Referring to fig. 4, a schematic plan view of the PCB of the present invention, the first PCB 103 further has a slot 116 corresponding to the first elastic buckle 101, when assembling, the first elastic buckle 101 clamps the first PCB 103 into the first elastic buckle 101 through the slot 116 for fixation, and the first elastic buckle 101 limits the slot of the first PCB 103, so that the first PCB 103 is positioned in the circumferential direction and the Z-axis direction of the PCB fixing sleeve 104, and the surface of the first PCB 103 further has two conductive pole piece mounting holes 117.

Further, the outer diameter of the first PCB 103 is larger than the inner diameter of the PCB fixing sleeve 104.

Further, the outer diameter of the second PCB board 105 is larger than the outer diameter of the PCB board fixing sleeve 104.

Referring to fig. 5, the capsule endoscope of the present invention mainly includes a lens assembly 201, a permanent magnet 202, a battery 203, a transparent front cover 204, a third PCB 205, a capsule housing 119 and a built-in PCB fixing sleeve 104, wherein the front portion of the capsule housing 119 is provided with a first step surface (not shown) and a first connecting portion (not shown) formed by an inwardly or outwardly protruding boss, the transparent front cover is provided with a second step surface (not shown) and a second connecting portion (not shown) formed by an outwardly or inwardly protruding boss, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are nested with each other to form a fixing groove (not shown) for fixing the sleeve structure or the second PCB 105, the outer diameter of the second PCB 105 is larger than the inner diameter of the capsule housing 119, when the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is loaded into the capsule housing 119, the second PCB 105 is snapped into the fixing groove, and the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is fixed with the second PCB 105, thereby positioning the PCB fixing sleeve 104 in the Z-axis direction.

Further, the PCB board fixing sleeve 104 also serves as a barrier between the capsule endoscope and a battery disposed inside the capsule endoscope, so as to prevent the capsule shell 119 from overheating in case of overheating or short circuit of the battery 203, and the battery 203 is disposed inside the PCB board fixing sleeve 104 to be a closed space, so that dust carried by the battery itself or other substances generated by the battery under a certain specific environment will not cause pollution of the transparent front cover to affect the shooting of the lens.

The assembly process of the capsule endoscope is explained below: firstly, providing a PCB fixing sleeve with openings at two ends, wherein the first end of the PCB fixing sleeve comprises a first elastic buckle, the second end of the PCB fixing sleeve comprises a positioning column, a spacer positioned between the first end and the second end of the PCB fixing sleeve is arranged in the PCB fixing sleeve, the cross section of the PCB fixing sleeve is D-shaped, a longitudinally extending avoiding plane is arranged between the first end and the second end of the PCB fixing sleeve, and an accommodating space is formed between the avoiding plane and the inner wall of the capsule shell; secondly, provide first PCB board and second PCB board by the connection of FPC flexible flat cable, first PCB board sets up the draw-in groove corresponding with first bullet knot, and the second PCB board sets up the locating hole corresponding with the reference column.

and finally, inserting the PCB fixing sleeve into the capsule shell, enabling the pressing position of the second PCB or the PCB fixing sleeve to be arranged on the step surface of the capsule shell, assembling the transparent front cover and the capsule shell, enabling the first connecting part and the second connecting part to be mutually nested, enabling the second PCB to be arranged in the fixing groove, and enabling the second PCB to be limited by the capsule shell and the transparent front cover in the Z-axis direction.

By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, only one PCB fixing sleeve is needed to fix the first PCB, the second PCB, the battery and the permanent magnet into a whole, the first PCB and the second PCB are fixed at two ends of the PCB fixing sleeve by utilizing a buckle or/and a positioning column, meanwhile, the PCB fixing sleeve is internally provided with a spacer, so that a first containing space and a second containing space for assembling the capsule battery and the permanent magnet are formed, the first containing space and the second containing space are relatively independent closed spaces, the battery and the permanent magnet are separated by the spacer without interference or short circuit risk, the structure is simple, the assembly process is convenient, the step of frequently using glue is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the PCB fixing sleeve is provided with an avoiding plane, the containing space is formed between the avoiding plane and the inner wall of the capsule shell, and the FPC flexible flat cable for connecting the first PCB and the second PCB is positioned in the containing space, thereby avoiding the FPC flexible flat cable from being broken due to extrusion in the capsule shell.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a PCB fixing sleeve according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the second end surface 112 of the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is provided with an outwardly extending pressing location 118, and when the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is installed in the capsule housing 119, the pressing location 118 is snapped into the fixing groove formed by the first connecting portion (not shown) and the second connecting portion (not shown), so that the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is positioned and fixed in the Z-axis direction.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a PCB fixing sleeve according to a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein a limiting portion 123 is further disposed at an end of the first positioning post 108 of the second end surface 112 of the PCB fixing sleeve, the limiting portion 123 is a conical strong release or post buckle, an outer diameter of the limiting portion is larger than an inner diameter of the positioning hole 115 of the second PCB 105, and when the second PCB 105 is pushed into the first positioning post 108 of the second end surface 112 of the PCB fixing sleeve through the positioning hole 115 of the second PCB 105 during assembly, the second PCB 105 is limited in the Z-axis direction by the limiting portion 123, so that glue is not needed for fixation, and reliability of a product is improved.

Further, a second elastic buckle 120 may also be disposed at a second end of the PCB fixing sleeve, the second PCB 105 is disposed with a second slot (not shown in the figure) adapted to the second elastic buckle 120, the second elastic buckle 120 fixes the second PCB 105 on the second end surface 112 of the PCB fixing sleeve through the second slot of the second PCB 105, and the second elastic buckle 120 is similar to the first elastic buckle 101 in structure.

Referring to fig. 8, a schematic diagram of a structure of a PCB fixing sleeve according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, a schematic diagram of a first bracket according to a fourth embodiment of fig. 9, and a schematic diagram of a second bracket according to a fourth embodiment of fig. 10, where the PCB fixing sleeve 104 is composed of a first bracket 121 and a second bracket 122, a structure of a first end surface of the first bracket 121 is consistent with a structure of a first end surface of the PCB fixing sleeve, a second snap 120 is disposed on another end surface of the first bracket 121, a structure of a second end surface of the second bracket 122 is consistent with a structure of a second end surface of the PCB fixing sleeve 104, a positioning groove 124 is disposed on another end surface of the second bracket 122, and the first bracket 121 and the second bracket 122 are fastened to form the PCB fixing sleeve through the second snap 120 and the positioning groove 124.
